I can assist with training, medication management, bathing, walks/play time, housesitting, clean up, and pretty much anything else you need! I am an early retiree who has plenty of time to dedicate myself to the care of your pet! Scheduled visits, daytime or overnight stays, vet or grooming appointment transportation, and housesitting availability. Walks and playtime at/near your home or nearby parks of your choosing. I can transport your pet securely buckled up in a harness or a crate to appointments or activity areas.

I can't board pets in my home because my cats are very sensitive to other animals, but I'm happy to provide drop in visits, walks, and companionship in your pet's home where they're most comfortable. My goal is to help your pet feel safe and cared for while giving you peace of mind while you're away. I'm also happy to do a meet and greet beforehand so everyone (pets included) can get comfortable. I work from home full time, which gives me a flexible schedule for drop in visits and walks throughout the week. I have a standing meeting every weekday at 10:00 a.m., and any additional meetings are usually scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., but I'm often able to plan visits around them. If your pet needs care at a specific time, just let me know. I'll always be upfront about my availability and do my best to accommodate your schedule. All of my services take place in your pet's home, where they can stay in a familiar and comfortable environment. I'll follow your instructions closely and stick to your pet's normal routine, whether that includes feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box or potty breaks, medication, or simply keeping them company. I'm comfortable caring for pets of all sizes, breeds, temperaments, and energy levels. I'll treat your home with the same respect I would my own, and if I notice anything out of the ordinary, I'll let you know right away. You'll also receive regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: I worked an animal shelter for about a year and half. I learned a lot from that experience, such as dog and cats diets, their body language, and how to administer medications if needed. I have also owned dogs most of my life and believe them to be such loyal companions. I am currently free most of the mornings as well as afternoons. I am mostly flexible as long as I’m told with enough time to make sure I have all the time your pets need! My pets at home are very spoiled, so I plan to do the same for your pets. I have a park nearby my house as well as I am not far from Belle Isle. So if your dog loves walking, I will make sure they get all the enrichment they need. If your pets were ever to stay at my house my dogs and cats are dog friendly. I am also more than willing to take care of your pets in your home if that’s what makes them most comfortable. I am all about making sure your pet feels safe and happy in whichever environment suits them best!

About: While this is my first time as a sitter/walker on an app like this I am very experienced with animals including dogs and cats. I am experienced with dog walking and caring for pet’s basic needs. I currently have a very open schedule so I will be able to visit or walk your pets with little scheduling conflicts. I will be attending community college in the fall starting in late August but I will update my schedule when it does change. I take safety for pets extremely seriously. Doors are a high alert area because I know how sneaky some pets can be once a door is opened. I have my own experience with stopping my own dogs and even cats from getting out either by body blocking the door or picking the cats up and moving them to a safe place. While on walks I like to keep my dogs at my side and always stay clear of other dogs or animals.

About: Since I was young I have always cared for not only my own personal pets but my family and friends pets whether they were dogs, cats, birds, fish, you name it. This include walking, feeding, bathing, and loving. Currently I have experience in a Vet clinic as a Veterinary Assistant so handling any type of medication or medical need is no stranger to me. I have also worked with a kitten and cat foundation that has given me experience in raising a litter of kittens and getting the most fulfilling job of bottle feeding new born kittens. I have also volunteered at a doggy spa day where I bathed greyhounds and made sure every pet looked their best. I am also attending school to get my Bachelors of Science in Animal Science along with my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine right after and I currently do research on horses at Michigan State University and have enjoyed that experience of working with these big beautiful animals. So learning and knowing what responsibilities it takes to care for horse as well working in a Vet clinic I value giving any pet the time, dedication, and love they deserve. Animals are my passion, I am consistently around animals whether they are small or large. As a student, I plan to fit my pet care schedule around any classes or school based events along with making sure your pet is well taken care of. So this meaning for dog walking and check-ins I will do morning and evening walks and check-ins to makesure your pet gets a good stroll on their favorite path or much needed time of love and play to burn off some energy. For dog sitting I will be their in the morning when your fur baby wakes up and wants their morning breakfast, sometimes during the day enjoying quiet time as I do homework or spend time playing with their favorite toy, and then tuck them into bed when they dream about their favorite people in the world. I will ensure to communicate with you on what my schedule looks like and ensure the best possible service for you and your animal. I value giving the best quality service and building a trusting relationship with you and your fur baby. Once I first step in your home I will treat you and your pet as family ensuring care and respect. This will be done by consistent communication with you as I am with your pet, whether its cute pics, letting you know when I have arrived and left for walks, and giving you any important information that may come up. I will also ensure that you and your animal feel safe and comfortable whether its in your home or out on a nature walk. Also, I will ensure that when I leave your home it will look better than new and your animal is the happiest in the world.

About: Since I was little, I’ve loved having animals. From when they were puppies until they were older and required additional care, I was there to create a magical time! Dogs with disabilities, who need medication, or ones that follow a specific diet and routine are all welcome! Currently, I work part-time at WIC but have a set weekly schedule. I’m available Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Sometimes this may change, but I update my calendars right away so you’ll have the most recent and up to date availability when scheduling with me. It’s important to fully understand your animal’s plan of care and to care for each animal based on their individual needs. Whether they’re in training, elderly, on a special diet, or taking any medications for a condition, I love to be surrounded by furry friends! I’m definitely an animal lover who enjoys being outside and staying active. Having a companion along with me makes it all the more joyous!
