About: I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life and caring for animals has always been a big part of who I am. I’m comfortable with pets of all personalities and energy levels, from playful puppies to calm senior pets. I also volunteer at a local duck rescue, where I help care for and monitor birds, so I’m very attentive to animal behavior and wellbeing. I treat every pet like my own and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I work a flexible accounting job. I have full availability on the weekends. I am open for dog walking or periodic check ins during the week. I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment and always follow each pet’s routine closely. About: 10+ years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, temperaments, sizes and ages have taught me that every dog really is one-of-a-kind, and I honor all of their unique personalities and needs. I do sincerely respect dogs, but I always have so much fun spending time with them! I’m a student, and I’m busy with class from 12:30-4 M-TH, so I have the most free time during mornings and evenings. I live in an apartment with my very gentle 8 year old poodle, who I’ve noticed is a comforting presence to nervous dogs. I live a very short walk away from a great dog park.

About: I worked at an animal shelter for about a year and a half, where I learned a lot about caring for animals. I became familiar with dogs’ and cats’ diets, learned how to understand their body language, and gained experience administering medications when needed. I’ve also owned dogs for most of my life and have always believed them to be incredibly loyal and loving companions. I am currently enrolled in a veterinary assistant program. Most of my classes are online, with the exception of Fridays, when I attend classes on campus. I am generally available Monday through Thursday for most of the day, as long as I am given advance notice. I am also available on weekends when needed, with advance notice. My pets at home are very spoiled, so I plan to treat your pets the same way! I always want to make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, care, and love while they’re with me. I also enjoy going on trail walks or taking long walks in general, so I’d be happy to have some furry company along the way.

About: I’ve always had a love and passion for animals of all kinds, but dogs are just so easy to love! I’ve helped take care of my friends and family’s dogs for as long as I can remember. I have experience walking, playing, bathing and watching dogs of all different shapes and sizes! I’m currently working part-time, so fitting in time with your fur babies before work (8am-10:30am) and after work (5pm-7:30pm) on the weekdays is no problem! About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals ever since I was a child as my family had a farm when I was growing up. I have also rescued most of the animals that I’ve had and wish to rescue way more in the future. I’m currently enrolled in Schoolcraft community college studying nursing. About: I grew up having dogs in my home and in my family. I’m experienced in caring for dogs that are diabetic or pre diabetic. I will care for your fur babies like they’re my own and make them feel at home. They will get plenty love and attention while they are in my care. I currently work on Monday through Thursday and at home on Fridays. I will always make sure your fur baby is cared for as directed. I have a fenced in yard and we will also go on walks. I like to get dogs out even if we go for treats.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve had my family dog, Chutney, for over 10 years, and taking care of him is really what got me into dog sitting. I did Rover throughout college and absolutely loved it, and after taking a break during the pandemic, I’m excited to be offering my services again. Since moving to Detroit, I’ve spent the past three years dog sitting and caring for many wonderful pups. I previously worked fully remotely, and while I’m now hybrid, my schedule is still very flexible. Right now, I’m only in the office once a week for a couple of hours, and starting in July 2026 I’ll be in the office three days a week. The good news is that I get to choose my own hours, so I won’t be gone all day just a couple hours! This flexibility allows me to continue giving pets plenty of attention, companionship, walks, and care throughout the day. Pet care fits pretty easily into my daily routine because I currently work a hybrid schedule and only go into the office once a week for a couple of hours. Starting in July 2026, my schedule will shift to three in-office days per week, but I’ll still only need to be there for a couple of hours each day. I also live with my partner, who is great with dogs and typically home during the day since he works evenings, so there’s usually someone around to keep your dog company and cared for while I’m briefly in the office. This gives us plenty of flexibility to follow your dog’s routine, provide lots of attention, and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for throughout the day. I also make time for at least two walks a day, along with regular check-ins, feeding, and anything else your dog may need to feel happy and comfortable. I make it a priority to make sure your dog always feels safe and comfortable. I treat every dog as if they were my own. I give plenty of extra cuddles, attention, and quality time so they feel secure and loved while you’re away. You can trust that your pet will be in good hands.

I am the friend who keeps my friend’s pets for their weekend getaway and I’m always asking to pet a furry friend that I meet along my day.
