About: I am a medical student who loves to play and care for animals. I have been caring for all types of animals for the past 10 years, including but not limited to dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, hedgehogs, etc. I have personal experience caring and training my dog who was diagnosed with glaucoma which caused her to become blind in one eye. This means that I have to administer eye drops into her eye every night. I have trained her to go to her bed and sit patiently to allow me to input her eye drops peacefully in an exchange for a treat. In high school I also helped train puppies to become guide dogs for the blind. I am able to care for wild and rambunctious dogs to relaxed and care-free dogs. With these special skills and personal experiences, I will be able to ensure that your dog is cared for as if they are my own. I understand that dogs are a huge part of your family and will do my best to make sure they are treated with love. As a full time student, I have flexibility in my schedule to fit in pet care into my weekly routine. I like to implement breaks into my study schedule and what good way to rest than playing/caring for animals! While I am unable to board / care for animals in my own home, I will be able to go to the pets home and care for them there. I can do house visits to feed or care for them in the home or take them out for walks around your neighborhood.

I provide attentive, personalized care in your home so your dog can stay comfortable in a familiar environment. About: Most dogs aren't badly behaved. They're stressed, confused, or never taught how to communicate what they need. I offer walks, in-home drop-in visits, house sitting, and 1:1 training, along with basic husbandry support like nail trims and brushing. My training sessions aren't about teaching your dog to perform on command. I teach you the tools and principles: communication, timing, and how to read what your dog is actually telling you, so you can train whatever you want, on your own terms. I spent a year training in person under Tess Erngren, founder of GoodDog Academy in Oslo and one of Scandinavia's most established voices in reward-based, fear-free dog behavior work, alongside my own husky, learning hands-on. That year, and everything my own dog has taught me since, still shapes how I work today. I have pet first aid knowledge from that training as well as general first aid experience. Eight years ago, my first husky changed how I see training completely. A puppy class on fear-free, positive reinforcement methods showed me that most of what I thought I knew about training was actually about control, not trust. Force-free doesn't mean soft. It means real structure, built through a dog's own agency instead of fear and appeasement. I don't use an aversive of any kind: no e-collars, no prong or choke collars, no corrections meant to intimidate. Letting a dog choose what to sniff, where to go, and when to disengage builds confidence, not just compliance. That philosophy is the same whether I'm walking a husky who needs to run their nose for an hour, or sitting with a bichon who just wants a calm lap and a familiar routine. A session with me might look like decompression walks, nose work, or simply unstructured time to explore, whatever that particular dog needs that day. My schedule is fully flexible, mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends. I'm happy to work around whatever fits your dog's routine best, including last-minute requests when possible. All sessions take place at your home, so your dog stays in a familiar environment. I limit the use of crates as much as possible, dogs do best with freedom and choice, but if your dog is already crate-trained and calm in one, a short session is fine. I offer meet and greets whenever that's helpful. When meeting a new dog, I let them come to me rather than approaching directly, stay relaxed and at their level, and pay close attention to their body language so the introduction happens at their pace, not mine.

As collegiate student-athletes, responsibility, consistency, and reliability are a big part of who we are. Whether your pet needs a long walk, playtime, cuddles, or just someone dependable while you’re away, we will make sure they feel safe and cared for! I am more than happy to provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re gone. Our goal is to treat every pet like they’re our own and make sure both you and your pet have the best experience possible! We are currently open to add more into our schedule. Currently, we can come whenever you may need, including mornings, during the day, or evenings. Your dog or cat should expect a lot of love! We enjoy giving the animals we care for all of the love and attention they deserve. We are so excited to meet new friends!

About: I volunteered all throughout my high school years at the humane society and still try my best to help out and donate when I can. I have three pets, and have had many more in my life and hope to have even more when I’m given the proper opportunity and safe environment. Through my years of being a pet owner I know that animal care isn’t all that easy and isn’t for everyone. It requires hard work, patience, and lots and lots of research. I pride myself in being vigilant with care instructions as every animal is different even when it comes to the same breed. I work a part time job where I find out my schedule weekly. My job entails a 4-7 hour shift where I am completely free after. I am also a student but have yet to begin courses for the fall. I’m a lover of all animals and understand the importance of care and attention that comes with taking care of our furry friends. As a cat parent myself, I wouldn’t want anything but the best and most attentive sitter and through that experience, I have the drive and need to make sure all pets are getting the care and stimulation they need as animals. I also have two parakeets and while having a cat and birds in the house wasn’t easy at first, through training and lots of patience I successfully managed to have my own kitty befriend our two parakeets.

About: While this is my first time as a sitter/walker on an app like this I am very experienced with animals including dogs and cats. I am experienced with dog walking and caring for pet’s basic needs. I currently have a very open schedule so I will be able to visit or walk your pets with little scheduling conflicts. I will be attending community college in the fall starting in late August but I will update my schedule when it does change. I take safety for pets extremely seriously. Doors are a high alert area because I know how sneaky some pets can be once a door is opened. I have my own experience with stopping my own dogs and even cats from getting out either by body blocking the door or picking the cats up and moving them to a safe place. While on walks I like to keep my dogs at my side and always stay clear of other dogs or animals.

About: I currently have 2 dogs that I’ve trained from puppies. I’ve pet sit for my brother for the last 5 years. A day hasn’t gone by in the last 10 years that I’m not out walking dogs. I’ve cared for senior dogs as well as puppies and love them all. I currently work 2-3 days a week with a rotating schedule but am available every morning and night as well as most weekends. My schedule is extremely flexible. I have a fenced in yard in a great neighborhood. Both my dogs are extremely friendly and always looking for another friend to play with.

About: Since I was little, I’ve loved having animals. From when they were puppies until they were older and required additional care, I was there to create a magical time! Dogs with disabilities, who need medication, or ones that follow a specific diet and routine are all welcome! Currently, I work part-time at WIC but have a set weekly schedule. I’m available Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Sometimes this may change, but I update my calendars right away so you’ll have the most recent and up to date availability when scheduling with me. It’s important to fully understand your animal’s plan of care and to care for each animal based on their individual needs. Whether they’re in training, elderly, on a special diet, or taking any medications for a condition, I love to be surrounded by furry friends! I’m definitely an animal lover who enjoys being outside and staying active. Having a companion along with me makes it all the more joyous!
