“Great overall! She communicates (sometimes a bit often), but you can tell it’s in her caring nature. She was able to go to rescue my baby after a Rover sitter left him home alone while I was out of town due to an “emergency”. Beverly was there step by step and I wouldn’t know what I would’ve done without her stepping in to get a ride to my place, pack him and his things, and take him in for boarding. She sent me pics and videos to ensure he was well taken care of. I would book with her again!”

I was extremely nervous as this was my first time utilizing Rover, as I usually book with PetSmart but I wanted to make sure my senior dog was well taken care of as boarding can be stressful for older dogs. Once we had the meet and greet, my dogs immediately loved Jess. Oh, my goodness! Pattie is the best dog sitter ever! My Mini Labradoodle usually has high separation anxiety, and is very skittish around strangers, but he knew right away that he had friends in Pattie and her little Yorkie! He warmed right up, and felt right at home. Pattie sent many pictures and updates, and even sent daily letters from Buddy to Mom & Dad! I like that Pattie stays outside with the dogs in her fenced yard when they need to go outside. She also carefully followed each of my instructions that were written out for her, and messaged me when she had questions. Buddy felt comfortable on her lap as well as the dog bed that were available. I don’t think he missed us much at all. We will be sure to ask for Pattie the next time we have to be out of town!
Zhe is the best! He takes such good care of my babies. He asked detailed instructions: what time to feed them, any allergies, any special information that he needs to know, etc. He provided lots of pictures. He’s back yard is big and clean, Xixi and Mars had a great time with him!
