She was able to go to rescue my baby after a Rover sitter left him home alone while I was out of town due to an “emergency”. Beverly was there step by step and I wouldn’t know what I would’ve done without her stepping in to get a ride to my place, pack him and his things, and take him in for boarding. Both times issues arose, one was a health issue and another where my flight was cancelled and I needed extra days of care. She cheerfully accommodated the situation and put my mind at ease during a stressful time. She takes great care of Halle, who is a rescue and can be reactive towards other dogs. I usually have to give a lot of instructions for sitters, but not so much with Jess, she just knows what to do. I especially noticed that Halle was more relaxed after staying with Jess. Now that she is used to her, I feel really comfortable leaving Halle with Jess.”

This is the second time Finley was taken care of by Leslie. She sends updates and pictures of our Yorkie to us so we won’t worry about him. He is happy and comfortable staying with her. If we need a sitter for Finley in the future we know we can trust her to care for him.
We have never felt so comfortable leaving our dogs with anyone else! Alisa always goes above and beyond. She sends multiple pictures every day, and the dogs always look relaxed and happy in each picture. You can tell they enjoy their time with Alisa and probably hardly miss us at all. One of our dogs doesn’t eat when stressed, and is a picky eater even when she’s not stressed, but we picked her up from Alisa’s house with some new healthy weight she had gained because she enjoyed her time so much that she ate her meals!
Connie and Terry were wonderful with our dog Sam. They were so sweet and loving with him. It felt like we left him with family. They sent thorough updates with pictures each day and we could tell Sam was having a great time and was being so well cared for. It is clear that Connie and Terry are true dog people and really enjoy their time with them. We are so grateful that we found them!
