“Jennifer’s pet and house sitting service was great. She communicated very well, both before and during her stay. She provided both photos and updates each day. Would definitely book her again.”

“This was our first time working with Erkia and she did an awesome job. She gave us daily pictures and was very kind and communicative. We tend to "over inform" our dog-sitters so they know all the quirks of the home. Erika breezed in, did a great job walking and caring for our dog and left our home in great shape. Grateful!”

“Emma stayed with my cat Patrick for a week while I was in another state for work. Patrick needs some special attention and takes daily medication. She did a great job making sure he was taking care of and comfortable! Additionally, she communicated with me well and made sure to send me some pictures every day!”

“Erin stayed with our two cats would could not be around each other. She kept them separate, happy and safe! Our house was spotless and I had great peace of mind knowing she was keeping an eye on things! Highly recommend! We will be using her again!”

“Evelyn was such a relief, and I mean that deep in my soul. She came into our lives at a moment when I was stressed, pressed, and worn thin by a variety of external issues. Pippa, my 7-month-old kitten, had not only never stayed with anyone (or anywhere else), he'd also never spent significant time with anyone but me. But Evie was patient, kind, and accommodating for both of us -- and eased my mind incredibly because I was fully confident in the safe and conscientious care that Pippa would have while I was away. Evie sent wonderful photos, videos, and reports of Pippa's health and happiness every day -- even allowing for a significant time/internet access difference on my end. And, Pippa loved Evie (to an almost (but not quite) envy-inducing level). I returned to a healthy, happy, and well-played-with cat; a neat and well-cared-for house; and a calm mind. I could ask for nothing more.”

About: Hi!! My name is Alyssa, and I’m a dedicated and compassionate pet sitter in the Kansas City area! I have experience working with animals of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, from energetic puppies to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. I’m very attentive to routines, feeding schedules, and any specific needs your pet may have. I also have hands-on experience caring for my diabetic cat, including administering insulin injections and monitoring routines. Because of this, I’m comfortable supporting pets with medical needs and understand the importance of consistency, timing, and gentle handling. Outside of pet sitting, I work in the counseling field supporting children and families, which has strengthened my patience, responsibility, and ability to stay calm in all situations, these skills I bring into caring for your pets as well. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, loved, and secure while you’re away and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. I am getting my master’s, so I have some evening classes, but I am still able to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, and house sitting during weekdays and weekends. Because of my schedule, I’m able to prioritize your pet’s routine, including feeding times, walks, play, and any medical needs like medications or insulin injections. I do my best to be reliable, on-time, and responsive to messages. I prioritize safety, structure, and a calm environment for every pet I care for. I follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, medications, and any specific instructions you provide. I have experience administering medications, including insulin injections, and understand the importance of consistency and careful monitoring. In your home, I am respectful of your space and ensure your pet feels comfortable and secure. I pay close attention to behavior and body language, especially for anxious or shy pets, and adjust my approach to meet their needs. My goal is to create a safe, low-stress environment where your pet feels cared for and you feel confident they’re in good hands.

“I was so lucky to find Brenna!! She completed an in home sit for my two dogs and left them happy and the house spotless. She was a great communicator throughout, sending photos and regular updates. Nothing was better than coming home to fresh sheets, and she even left me a delicious homemade casserole for my first day back, which was such a lifesaver so I didn’t have to prioritize grocery shopping and food prep. Thank you so much, Brenna!!”

“Ell was great! She kept me updated with photos, & I could tell my dogs were very well taken care of. She also took good care of my home & left it clean & organized! She also did me the favor of watering my outdoor plants. I will definitely be hiring Ell again!”

About: Having owned pets all my life, I completely understand the feeling of nervousness when leaving your pet in someone else’s care, but I am here to ensure you that they will be treated as if they’re my own. I enjoy long walks, the more sniffs of nature, the better! Making sure your dog gets fresh air and is active on your busiest days is what I’m here for. I want to make sure you’re never worried when your pets are in my care, there will always be an overload of updates and pictures for you to enjoy! My love for pets and taking care of them doesn’t stop at dogs. I love a good lounge session with cats or maybe they want to meow away about their day, I’m here to listen! Whatever it may be, I’m here to help ☺️ I work in a restaurant, so my hours are usually night time, but pet care is my number one priority and I’m willing to work whatever I can into my schedule to help meet the needs of your pets! I plan care for your pet in your home by making sure they feel like you’re still there. Cuddles? I’m on it. Acting like I don’t exist unless it’s for food? Done. Whatever your pet needs and wants, I’m there to supply!
“Another 10 star performance by Abby! There are very few people we would trust with our animals and our house for a week while we traveled overseas— Abby is at the top of the list! We received daily updates/photos and she took great care of our boys. Excellent communicator before and during her stay which gives us peace of mind. House was immaculate when we got home. Thank you Abby!”

“Kelsey took wonderful care of our house and garden. She followed all our instructions conscientiously and even left us some gifts commemorating our dog Mr. Tigs who recently passed away. She's awesome!”

“Claire took excellent care of our pups and the house. She was very responsive and kept us updated throughout our trip. The house was tidy and well kept and the pups were happy when we got home.”

“Regan was amazing! He communicated well, and took amazing care of our two, wild huskies on Christmas!!! This was our first Rover experience and we look forward to using him in the future!”

“Amazing caretaker. She went above and beyond to ensure my pets were taken care of. My dog had a cough and she took him to the vet and kept me updated every step of the way. Would recommend her to any pet owner!”

“Julia took excellent care of our girl. We made a last minute request for Julia to extend her stay and she was kind enough to accommodate. I would definitely recommend Julia for your pet sitting needs.”

Jennifer was wonderful! She took Oso on walks, played with him in the backyard and snuggled with him when watching TV. She was great in letting Oso set the pace and activities they would do! Her communication was great! I will definitely be scheduling her to care for Oso in the future!
Mattie really seems to love our fur babies when taking care of them in our absence. We regularly received text photos and updates letting us know how they were all doing. In one picture, one of our cats was laying on Mattie's legs while our dogs were snuggled up the each side of her. Our condo lobby attendant said Mattie was super nice and great with our pets.

Kara is awesome! She stayed with my cat while I was overseas for nearly three weeks and, for the first time ever, I returned to a content boy who acted almost like I hadn’t even been gone (usually it takes about a week for him to express his disapproval and get over my absence/return). My cat is very particular on who he likes, but from the first night he was wrapped around her neck and snuggled in as if she were me! I received plenty of photo updates and he received tons of love and snuggles and consistent meals schedules as if I were home. Kara is just the best!

Illa was professional and very responsible in taking care of my Maltese. She’s spoiled to death but that’s the way I like her to be and Illa was very respectful of that and contacted me about one issue which I definitely appreciated. It all worked out great and I definitely would recommend her for doing a wonderful job!
100000% would rebook! Sally was amazing, incredible, perfect!! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter. She stays with my dogs for 4 nights and my dogs were soo happy! She sent lots of photos and both my dogs were smiling and relaxing in each photo! Sally also left my house spotless and went above and beyond with cleaning!
