This has included both dog walking and dog/cat sitting. I work from home Wednesday/Friday and other weekdays I typically get home from work around 2 pm. Weekends I am completely free. I am a homebody at heart so looking for some furry friends to keep me company or get me out for my daily walk/run! I am both a huge dog and cat lover! I live in an apartment in a very pet friendly building within a great walking neighborhood. I love taking dogs along for my morning run if they need to let out some extra energy. About: First of all let’s start off with I want to be an successful veterinarian within the next 2-5 years and you’d be so much help ! Currently trying to work at petsmart and / or petco ! Volunteered at wayside waifs for 2 years and grew up with 15-30 / 40-60 pound dogs ! Cats were rare around the house but I’ve had a lot of kittens. 1 bunny. Free on weekends and weekdays . Currently unemployed and attend school . I have a calm 7yr old boy that came 2 months early and a chill daughter💙 I’ll more than likely be home alone with your little snuggle buddies 🤗 oh and I can make any trips for you as long as the cost is covered 💙💙💙 i’m a full-time mom to my 7yr old and 2yr old so i don’t work at the moment.. id love to actually sit someone’s loving animal.. i kind of need it sometimes . postpartum can be real annoying at times 🙄 i’m pet friendly and also the people around me 💓 your little fur babe(s) will definitely get spoiled non-stop . HOW COULD YOU NOT LOVE THEM 😩💓 (well unless of course if they just prefer not to be dealt with ) i can groom them , walks , treats (of my own), etc. don’t be surprised if when you pick your fur baby up they’re dressed 😭😭 LOL i love fashion as well. hopefully they’re friendly 💓 Free for most of the day being that I do not work. As long as there’s toys and space there’s always time to play ! It’s hard to leave your pet when you travel, but rest assured Erica takes care of your pets as if they’re her own. She made the time to visit our Coco ahead of our trip to meet her and learn more about her. I believe pets can sense animal lovers and Coco was immediately at ease. I also really appreciated how she checked in a few times to share how well things were going during our trip and even shared a few pics of them hanging out together. I can’t wait to have Erica watch Coco again.
Erika was great! She sent photos and videos daily of a very happy and well cared for little dog. It was important to me that my dog stay in our house where she’s familiar and that someone stayed overnight with her that was willing to let her burrow in the blankets and snuggle with them. She’s a Chiweenie so her happy place is burrowed under blankets with a warm human. Erika also took care of our house and plants. An added bonus is that she works from home so she was here most of the day so my Lil Ting got lots of extra attention while we were away. The house was the same as we left it (we are very clean and tidy) when we returned. We were gone for 8 days. Highly recommend Erika for your little loved one(s).
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kelsey! She watched my Chihuahua and my Maine Coon cat for 11 days while I was out of the country, and I felt completely confident that my fur babies were in great hands. Kelsey gave my Chihuahua plenty of love and attention every single day. She played with her and even sent me videos of her having a blast with her little squeaky toy. 🥰 She also made sure my cat stayed entertained with all of her electronic chasing toys. It was so reassuring to receive regular updates and see how happy and well cared for they both were. Kelsey sent me so many pictures and videos during the 11 days I was away. She also left me beautiful, detailed notes about the care she provided each day, which I really appreciated. And she didn’t just take care of my pets. She took wonderful care of my newly planted backyard garden too! Honestly, I think Kelsey may have a greener thumb than I do. 🌱🌻 When I came home, the house was clean, my bed was clean and ready for me, and most importantly, my pets were happy, healthy, and clearly loved. If you have high-maintenance pets who need lots of attention, playtime, and individualized care, I highly recommend Kelsey. She went above and beyond, and I would absolutely trust her with my fur babies again! ❤️🐾
Our previous Rover sitter flaked out on us right when we already left for our trip. Lauren stepped and cared for my pups. She was so understanding of the situation and had genuine concern for the care of the pups. I highly recommend and would request her again!
Alyssa did a great job checking on Sully while I was away! She sent me pictures and updates, was super flexible when I accidentally gave her the wrong address, and was always easy to get ahold of. I really appreciated how dependable and communicative she was. Sully was well taken care of, and I would definitely have Alyssa watch him again!
Lauren was a fantastic sitter! Communication was great whether it was asking questions or letting me know how my critters were doing. My highly anxious and fearful dog has some pretty rough "quirks" - It's hard to find a sitter who fits well with her personality. Rafaela was flexible when needed, had a very calm energy, and showed up to both the meet & greet AND the housesitting job clearly having reviewed all of the info on my dog's profile (she immediately asked - totally unprompted - whether my dog had already taken her medication for the day. Details like this made me 100% confident that she would follow all guidance exactly as planned). I felt very confident leaving my dog with her and would happily rebook!
We really appreciated how well Anna took care of our pup, Fern. She communicated well, sent pictures and updates and contacted me with any questions she had. It's not easy leaving an elderly dog with anxiety, but we felt assured that she was well taken care of, and a big bonus was coming home to a clean home! Michael was an incredible sitter for Buddy while I was away! He was so attentive and made sure Buddy stayed on his normal daily routine, which gave me so much peace of mind. He sent daily updates along with plenty of pictures, so I always knew Buddy was happy and well cared for. Not only did Michael take Buddy along with him when he ran errands (Buddy absolutely adores car rides!), but he also made sure Buddy got plenty of playtime with other dogs.
