I am a remote worker, so I plan to walk dogs on my lunch break (approximately 12 PM - 1 PM). I can also check in on dogs and feed them as needed. I work full time, but work from home Mondays and Fridays. Currently I could do drop-ins and walks anytime Fridays through Mondays. For Tuesday through Thursday, I would only be available early morning and evening. I’m available any day for house sitting stays which includes overnight care in your home with evening and morning routines. We can discuss if midday drop-in or walk are needed on the days i’m in the office. Drop-ins include feeding, water refresh, play/potty time, and quick updates. Walks include a 30-minute walk at your dog’s usual pace, leash handling, water refill if needed, and notes to the owner. If your dog needs longer than 30 minutes, Incan also do a longer walk for an hour. I make a point to ensure pets are following their schedules and any training they are working on. I currently live in downtown Kansas City with my two best friends, Malakai, an 8 year old Siberian Husky, and O’Malley, a 3 year old Frenchie, so I’m very comfortable with both high energy dogs and smaller companion breeds. I work from home full time, which gives me a flexible schedule for walks, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your dog, and I’ll always make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I work from home full time, so pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. My dogs already keep me active with walks, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of attention throughout the day, so adding another furry friend to the mix feels pretty seamless. I’m home most of the day and have a flexible schedule during both weekdays and weekends. Your dog’s safety and comfort will always come first with me. I live in a pet friendly apartment downtown with plenty of walking areas nearby, and my two dogs are both very social and friendly with other dogs. I’m also comfortable crating your dog if preferred or following any routines, feeding schedules, or care instructions you already have in place to help them feel at home.

About: I have cared for my friend’s dogs while they are away many times. I enjoy providing animals with enrichment and making sure they get ample exercise. I am careful around new dogs to let them show me what kind of care they prefer, and strive to make my time with them as enjoyable as possible for both of us. I have full time evening employment. I am available to care for pets Sunday-Thursday 9am to 2pm (meaning my latest available visit would start at 1:30pm for an 30 min visit), and All day Fridays and Saturdays! I have lots of experience with sneaky animals who love eating things they are not supposed to eat or hiding in places they should not be.
