About: Hi, my name is Autumn and i have worked with dogs and other animals for over 15 years. My experience comes from working in animal hospitals, pet stores, daycare, boarding, and rescue facilities. I've also been a dog walker for about 3 years. I worked for a dog walking company for 2 years and then started my own pet care/dog walking business called Road Dogs Pet Care and Transportation. I am a single mother of two daughters (5 & 11) and dog mom of 3 older (13,13, &15), very sweet dogs. They are all very social and well behaved. I have a large fenced in yard. I also have experience doing nail trims and offer in-home nail trims. i also have experience bathing and administering medications. I take care, safety, and love very seriously and will always do my best to make sure your babe feels as comfortable and happy as possible! Profile update: Hi, a lot has changed since I first joined Rover. I no longer have my three elderly babies as they have all passed away due to old age. We now have two new additions to our family, Six and Pepper. Six is my 2 year old Border Collie/Heeler mix. She's very spunky, sweet, and playful! Pepper is our 2 1/2 yr old 7 lb. poodle. She is basically my daughters little sidekick and spends almost all of her time with her. She sometimes thinks she's a Doberman, but she's harmless and warms up quick. Once she warms up she's ready to run with the big dogs! They're both great girls and are used to new friends and visitors often. 😊 I'm home full-time and take care of my two kids, two dogs, and our aquatic turtle. Aside from running occasional errands or appointments, I'm able to give your dog or dogs all the love, attention, and playtime that they need. I'm also available for daily dog walks if needed. I have a large fully fenced yard for them to run and play in. They are all inside and outside frequently throughout the day as needed or as they please. About: I have had dogs my whole life. I currently have 2 dogs who love attention. Life gets busy- I’m excited to walk and play with your pup when you need help! I’m a full time nurse. I work 3 12 hour days a week, so I have plenty of time on my 4 days off to walk and help care for furry friends! I’d be happy to meet with you prior to selected services to ensure you and your pet feel comfortable with me. I’ll make sure leashes and harnesses are secure prior to walks. About: I've been fostering and taking care of others' dogs as long as I can remember. I have a huge home with a lot of open area to run and play. It has a fenced back yard. The fur babies sleep in my bed and yours will be welcome as well or they can sleep in other rooms. I work during the day but I get home around 530 pm. In the evenings, I'm home with the dogs. If its nice weather, we can go to the off leash parks and run around or go on the trails. I've owned, babysat, nursed back to health beagles, dachshunds, mastiffs, pit bulls, dalmatians, cocker spaniels, border collies, mixx breeds...they are all special to me. I don't give injected meds because I am TERRIFIED of needles! I am willing to travel to the dog's home if they are more comfortable there then outside of their own home. I will have to go home and check on my own dogs but I'll spend as much time as possible. I'll also bring treats from Treats Unleashed. I work 85% at home during the week but I can stop by for morning visits and evening visits. on the weekends I can be there as much or as little as possible At my house I have a husky who's pretty big and when he 1st meets a dog he barks a lot but then they become friends. At your house If you have a skittish dog or cat I know how to be present without being in their face or in their space. And if you have a loving dog I love to cuddle too. If you're going on a trip I don't mind getting your mail or packages and putting them in the house or whatever else you need done I am 85% working from home so I would be available more often. On the days that I am at the office, it will be about 4-6 hours between checkins during the day I will treat your fur babies as if they were my own. They have so much room to run and play inside and outside. We have great treats and toys. They will have a lot of fun.

About: I've worked in the field of caring for others for a long time..babies, children and/ or adults with special needs, elderly, dogs, cats, you name it! I have fostered several dogs and even a cat! I have had cats in the past. I have owned and helped care for friends and families’ dogs, cats, lizards, snakes, guinea pigs, etc. I'll be devoted to providing the best care and fun for your fur-babies as I can! I'm reliable and responsible and I love animals. I have 2 dogs and I have consistently been a hand in helping friends and family with their animals in a pinch because I love spending time with animals. I have a big heart and I love to have fun and play sessions with almost all animals. I'm very attentive of dogs' needs and care for their happiness a great deal. I love give them hugs and kisses (if they allow it)..I promise to follow all instructions as best as I can and give the best care to every animal I meet! My full time schedule is 9am to 6pm. I do house sitting, which means I will stay with your pets at night. I also do drop in visits and dog walking so my schedule books up quick, but that’s the way I like it! I also have 2 dogs that I make sure to see every day as well, and my Great Dane goes to training classes for obedience (now) and later will go for therapy. I don’t live alone so they have someone else to help me care for them so that I can Rover as much as possible :) I am flexible when caring for dogs in your home and can meet you where you’re at. I 100% know that every dog is different just like every person is different. I celebrate difference and strive to help where I can. I work with integrity and, of course, respect.

About: Raised with dogs and always been around them for the past 29 years of my life. I've also pet-sat for cats since 2012 and have lived with them since 2020. I currently have 4 cats, and a dog I share custody of with my parents. I love parks, going on walks or hikes, and always follow hygiene procedures. Cleaning litter is no problem. I have minor dog training experience and will always ask what commands you want me to remain consistent on. I have experience giving cats and dogs oral medication via syringe and pill, and am familiar with specific dietary and medical needs. If your pet needs extra mobility help I am here for them, too. What sets me apart is that I am reliable, calm, and enthusiastic about all animals. I have recently returned to university, so my schedule is very flexible. Most of my classes are online. Every week I check what needs to be done for the next week so that I can plan the best patterns for work, study, and life. Staying up late or Waking up early is no problem. The first thing I do in respect to any client is get to know what expectations are and a brief history of the pet and their needs. Setting firm boundaries while expressing deep compassion and care is my go-to. I adore playing with active pets and giving them plenty of cuddles and attention - but if a pet is skittish of strangers or doesn't like being touched I will always give them the space they need to be themselves. Trust is a two-way street and as a human it is my responsibility to bridge the language gap with patience, love, and consistency. Making sure pets are safe and accommodated for in weather is a priority, whether that is in the form of hydration, giving them a coat, or assuaging their fears.

I've had fur babies in my family my whole life, so I'm fluent in barks, meows, zoomies, and the very specific 3am guinea pig squeaking situation. Currently mom to a rescued German Shepherd mix who thinks he runs the house (he does), a bonded pair of cats who tolerate him, and a rescued guinea pig who is, frankly, the most dramatic member of the family. I have volunteered with KC Pet Project because animals don't just deserve survival, they deserve champions, and completed their dog and cat care training. Whether your pup needs a solid walk, your kitty needs lap time and laser pointer therapy, I've got you covered with love, patience, and an endless supply of baby talk. Your pet's comfort and safety is my whole thing. Drop-ins, walks, sit-ins. Let's make your time away the least stressful it's ever been. My schedule is genuinely flexible! I work part-time virtually running a nonprofit, so I'm not tied to a rigid daily routine. That means I can pop in as often as your pet needs throughout the day and into the evening, whether that's letting them out, refreshing food and water, or just hanging out for some ear scratches and couch time. And if your dog or cats do better with a consistent companion rather than drop-ins, I'm absolutely able to stay with them. Whatever keeps your pet happiest and most comfortable, we can make it work! Keeping the Peace (and the Pets Inside) Door safety is something I'm almost comically careful about. Before I open any exterior door, I make sure your pet is accounted for and not in a position to bolt. Cats especially have Olympic-level door-darting skills and I have a deep respect for that talent, which is exactly why I won't give them the chance to use it. I also do a quick walk-through each visit to make sure nothing is accessible that shouldn't be, food left out, cabinet doors open, small items on the floor, anything that could turn into a hazard gets addressed. And when I leave, your home gets fully secured, every single time, no exceptions. Out on Walks Every walk starts with a leash check, making sure everything is properly fitted and securely attached before we hit the sidewalk. Once we're out, I stay tuned in to what's around us. If another dog comes into view and is showing signs of reactivity or just seems like a potentially stressful interaction for your pup, I'll proactively move us away and give everyone space. I won't wait to see how it plays out. A calm, uneventful walk is always the goal.
