About: Hello! I worked with animals for as long as I could remember! I use to dog sit for my neighbors since I was 10 years old until I was 17! I currently still work at a dog daycare and have been working there for about three years now! I also work for wag as well so I take care of animals on there as well! I also have dogs of my own and two cats! I’m very fortunate to be able to take care of animals and have always loved and appreciated that owners would allow me to care for there pets while they are away! I would love to help you take care of your fur babies as well! :) I work full time at a dog daycare but I mostly spend my days at home with my own dogs! I besides working 2:30 to 10:00 pm I’m always at home! I will be with your babies when I am not a work and make sure they are getting the proper potty breaks as needed! I can also come home during my break which is usually the half way mark to come and give them attention and potty breaks! I only work Tuesday-Saturday! So I’m free Sunday and Monday which I will be home the whole time! At my home I usually let dogs free roam when they come to my house but I’m perfectly fine with crating your pups if needed I do have an in home crate! I mostly spend my time going on walks and something lazing around on the couch! I always give a good amount of outside time so they can have some fun playing and enjoying the weather! I always have safety in my mind especially when it comes to being outside and other dogs to make sure they are always safe! I would love to be able to help take care of your babies while you’re away!

I have always been an animal lover!

About: Hi, I am Tricia and i have had dogs all my life. I love pets very much and have worked at local animal shelters. Working in animal welfare has graced me with all sorts of experience with all types of animal behaviors and personalities. I also have lots of animal medical experience. I have worked with animals with aggression, separation anxiety, seizures, deaf, shy and fearful and much more. I can also medicate animals in any way needed. I am experienced in giving shots and pilling animals. Basic training is something I like to work on with all animals as I believe it helps them not only build their confidence but also keeps their mind busy and wears them out! Please let me know if I can help you out! I am currently working from home meaning I can spend tons of time with your pups staying at my home! We also love to go get pup cups often! “Kellen did an amazing job watching our two dogs, Lucky and Chewy, while we were on vacation for about 4 days. He took excellent care of them the whole time — fed them properly and spent a lot of time playing with them so they stayed happy and active. We could tell they were well looked after and content when we got back. He even went above and beyond by bringing our trash can out to the street for us because we had forgotten to do it before we left. That little extra bit of help really meant a lot. About: I have been a foster mom and adopter for 18 years. I fostered 50 dogs through a local rescue group. We have had 7 dogs, all but 1 are/ were snow dogs. I'm a part-time small animal physical therapist at ARC where we teach agility and obedience, help rehabilitate cats and dogs with injuries and provide quality of life rehab for seniors or the terminally ill. We took our last babies before they passed to ARC for quality of life, they had degenerative myelopathy and kidney disease, respectively. I fell in love with the place and became a PT. I have a soft spot for senior dogs, they deserve all the spoiling to make their golden years filled with love, comfort and adventure. To me dogs are equal to people and should be treated even better. I have a fenced in back yard and a home made for dogs. We have a four seasons room with a dog door to use. I split the house up according to where your dog is most comfortable while I'm out. We never miss our morning walk. In the summer we take dogs swimming at my in-law's pool 20 minutes in Blue Springs. We also have kiddie pools and a sandbox to discover toys. They can sleep in the bedroom, family room or patio room. If they are kennel training then in their kennel of course, which is in the very comfortable dog room. I am able to administer all types of medication, whether it be oral, injectable, or IV fluids. I am able to do dog CPR, we are also 5 minutes from our vet as well. My home is the ideal vacation spot for your furry friend. About this sitter: I'm a licensed Esthetician and have an in-home spa. I work at ARC part-time, just three afternoons a week. Clearly, I'm a huge dog lover. We previously fostered around 50 dogs for Furry Kids' Refuge. It is my life's work to stop puppy mills. I'm a very active person and enjoy outdoor activities. Why I love dog sitting Ever since, I was a child I grew up loving dogs and wanting to stop puppy mills. I always knew I wanted to work with animals in some kind of capacity. I worked on Proposition B with the Humane Society of America. I want to help people feel confident leaving their pets when away from home. About my yard I have a 1/3 acre yard fenced all the way around. We have lots of trees and outdoor dog beds to hang out on under the hammocks. We have lots of squirrels to watch and all of our neighbors have dogs. We have a small wrap around deck that connects to our 4 seasons patio room with a dog door. My experience administering medication I am trained in dispensing all types of medicine; whether it be oral or injectable. I'm also able to do IV fluids and CPR. Your dog(s) will be a part of my family while you are away. They will go about their day doing what they normally do at home. They will be free to play and not be cooped up like at a daycare or vet facility. We have a million toys to play with and a nice neighborhood to walk in and lots of places to nap. We currently have two dogs, they both came from difficult situations, but they love to play with other dogs, it's people that can be intimidating. They prefer people that bring dogs in the house. We do slow introductions. We start with a walking meet and greet around the neighborhood and then we come in the backyard with your dog off-leash to smell and then they can all meet slowly. If all the dogs like each other then I do like a day visit if you will be gone more than a few days, so that your dog is comfy here. If you will be gone more than 2 weeks I recommend a night stay beforehand. I work part-time from home in my spa and part time at ARC on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. We walk every morning and most days I head to the gym after. Perfect time for the dogs to decompress in their own areas and nap. I have a nice fenced in yard with locks on the gates. All dogs are separated by gates and have their own comfortable spaces with multiple rooms. All dogs are fed separately for safety.

About: I've had dogs for as long as I can remember. Very rarely do I find a dog or cat I can't connect with, and I am a very patient and admittedly stubborn person that just wants to be friendly with every pet I encounter. I've taken care of puppies who have worms all the way to senior dogs who gotta take their medication every day to stay healthy for as long as possible. On weekdays, I work from home 7:30AM-4PM. It's a very lax job where I can be hands off of my computer for the most part and take care of important things like pet care. Otherwise, my schedule is generally free. I'll happily watch, feed, play, walk, and take pets to go potty as often as necessary. I'll be sure to attempt to gain their trust while I'm taking care of them because they should be able to relax too while their owner is away. And if they are aloof, then I'll keep and eye on them and make sure to keep a comfortable distance.

About: I have had pet dogs my whole life. My husband and I currently have one large dog that loves being around other dogs. We are constantly at the dog park or going on walks and would love to take your fury friend with us! My husband has Sundays and Mondays off and I work split shift morning and evening during the week, meaning I can come home for walks and bathroom breaks throughout the day and am off on weekends. We live in an apartment that has a fenced in dog park and is right across from a nature trail. We go to the dog park and on walks everyday.

About: Friends, family, and co-workers often rely on me for dog and cat sitting. I have a pretty flexible schedule and have cared for small dogs and big dogs. I frequently go on walks when I’m off work and I’d like to take a dog with me. I’m not at the point in my life to have a dog of my own so I adore loving on other people’s fur babies! I’m pretty flexible early mornings and most evenings. I work a pretty standard job Monday through Friday and it would be no problem to work around it. I do not care for pets out of their own home. I prefer to watch pets in their own environment. I feel like that is best for them!
