“Jacki has watched our girl multiple times this past year. She is always on time, gives wonderful updates, and does the little things that are above and beyond! We appreciate her so much and always know our girl is in good hands when we are gone!”

“I have a somewhat unique situation with my cats and I was going to be gone for about 12 days—longer than I’ve ever been away from my boys. I was able to completely trust Connie to take care of them while I was gone, and I will booking her in advance going forward whenever possible! Can’t recommend her enough.”

“Lulu was excellent with both of my dogs who have very different personalities. She was thorough and sent me pictures/text updates when she was there. I fully trust her to watch any of my animals in the future. 5/5”

“Absolutely amazing! I couldn’t recommend Cheyenne more. She’s caring thoughtful and has amazing attention to detail. My one baby cat was more social with her than I’m used to seeing with others! I absolutely plan on booking with her again! Thank you again Cheyenne!!”

About: My name is Jill and have been dog sitting for almost 12 years! For most of those years, dogs came to board at my home overnight. I created a full blown business and it was the most fun I've ever had with a job! But after having my human kiddos and adopting a special needs cat, I no longer offer in-home boarding. BUT I have happily pivoted to Drop-In Visits and Dog Walking during the morning and early afternoon! I am a stay at home mom and can have flexibility in my days. A little background: I am a Golden Retriever lover! We had my heart dog, Wallace, who hosted countless dogs at our house with me. He has recently passed and now we have Shadow; the most cuddly Golden I've ever met! We also have, Eugene, our Siamese special needs kitty who thinks he's a dog. My two kids and husband love helping me out with my animal adventures. If my criteria works for you, let me know! Thanks for looking at my profile and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible! -Jill I am a stay at home mom and a licensed massage therapist who works from a home office and makes my own schedule. My days are very flexible! I offer: feeding, bathroom breaks, walks outside, pets/snuggles, brushing, picking up poo, and giving oral meds. Let me know exactly what will make your pet comfortable during our visits!
“Rachel did an amazing job with my reactive dog. This was our first time using rover, so I was a bit nervous but Rachel sent updates and many pictures everyday!! I will be booking again in the future🤍🤍🤍”

“This was my first time using Rover and Mya made the experience amazing! I will definitely be using her again. My dog is very shy and not good with strangers but Mya took her time to be patient and calming. My dog started warming up to her very fast and I belive dogs have a good judge of character ;)”

“Saige is awesome! She goes above and beyond to care for my pup and to communicate concerns. Great peace of mind when traveling knowing my pup is receiving high quality care. Thanks!”

“Maggie has been excellent with Oliver. She even checked to make sure he was up to date on his tick prevention as some of the grass is tall. One walk after it had rained she dried him off prior to the end of her visit. I would definitely recommend her for all your fur babies!!!”

“Caitlin was wonderful at taking care of my two spoiled enormous dogs! This is the first time we've used a pet sitter and we will be using Caitlin's services in the future. The dogs were more relaxed being at home and frankly I was relaxed on vacation. She gave them medicine they needed and kept us updated with lots of pics and it was truly a great experience.”

“Kellen took excellent care of my 2 dogs. Communication before, during, and after my vacation was top notch. He was patient with my old puppy who is anxious around new people. He also took time to play with the younger one. Visits were always on time. Will gladly rebook him to look after my dogs for my next trip.”

About: I've had dogs for as long as I can remember. Very rarely do I find a dog or cat I can't connect with, and I am a very patient and admittedly stubborn person that just wants to be friendly with every pet I encounter. I've taken care of puppies who have worms all the way to senior dogs who gotta take their medication every day to stay healthy for as long as possible. On weekdays, I work from home 7:30AM-4PM. It's a very lax job where I can be hands off of my computer for the most part and take care of important things like pet care. Otherwise, my schedule is generally free. I'll happily watch, feed, play, walk, and take pets to go potty as often as necessary. I'll be sure to attempt to gain their trust while I'm taking care of them because they should be able to relax too while their owner is away. And if they are aloof, then I'll keep and eye on them and make sure to keep a comfortable distance.

About: I have been a foster mom and adopter for 18 years. I fostered 50 dogs through a local rescue group. We have had 7 dogs, all but 1 are/ were snow dogs. I'm a part-time small animal physical therapist at ARC where we teach agility and obedience, help rehabilitate cats and dogs with injuries and provide quality of life rehab for seniors or the terminally ill. We took our last babies before they passed to ARC for quality of life, they had degenerative myelopathy and kidney disease, respectively. I fell in love with the place and became a PT. I have a soft spot for senior dogs, they deserve all the spoiling to make their golden years filled with love, comfort and adventure. To me dogs are equal to people and should be treated even better. I have a fenced in back yard and a home made for dogs. We have a four seasons room with a dog door to use. I split the house up according to where your dog is most comfortable while I'm out. We never miss our morning walk. In the summer we take dogs swimming at my in-law's pool 20 minutes in Blue Springs. We also have kiddie pools and a sandbox to discover toys. They can sleep in the bedroom, family room or patio room. If they are kennel training then in their kennel of course, which is in the very comfortable dog room. I am able to administer all types of medication, whether it be oral, injectable, or IV fluids. I am able to do dog CPR, we are also 5 minutes from our vet as well. My home is the ideal vacation spot for your furry friend. About this sitter: I'm a licensed Esthetician and have an in-home spa. I work at ARC part-time, just three afternoons a week. Clearly, I'm a huge dog lover. We previously fostered around 50 dogs for Furry Kids' Refuge. It is my life's work to stop puppy mills. I'm a very active person and enjoy outdoor activities. I live my life for my family and my dogs. "Be the person your dog thinks your are." Boone Pickens. Why I love dog sitting Ever since, I was a child I grew up loving dogs and wanting to stop puppy mills. I always knew I wanted to work with animals in some kind of capacity. I worked on Proposition B with the Humane Society of America. I want to help people feel confident leaving their pets when away from home. About my yard I have a 1/3 acre yard fenced all the way around. We have lots of trees and outdoor dog beds to hang out on under the hammocks. We have lots of squirrels to watch and all of our neighbors have dogs. We have a small wrap around deck that connects to our 4 seasons patio room with a dog door. My experience administering medication I am trained in dispensing all types of medicine; whether it be oral or injectable. I'm also able to do IV fluids and CPR. Your dog(s) will be a part of my family while you are away. They will go about their day doing what they normally do at home. They will be free to play and not be cooped up like at a daycare or vet facility. We have a million toys to play with and a nice neighborhood to walk in and lots of places to nap. We currently have two dogs, they both came from difficult situations, but they love to play with other dogs, it's people that can be intimidating. They prefer people that bring dogs in the house. We do slow introductions. We start with a walking meet and greet around the neighborhood and then we come in the backyard with your dog off-leash to smell and then they can all meet slowly. If all the dogs like each other then I do like a day visit if you will be gone more than a few days, so that your dog is comfy here. If you will be gone more than 2 weeks I recommend a night stay beforehand. I work part-time from home in my spa and part time at ARC on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. We walk every morning and most days I head to the gym after. Perfect time for the dogs to decompress in their own areas and nap. I have a nice fenced in yard with locks on the gates. All dogs are separated by gates and have their own comfortable spaces with multiple rooms. All dogs are fed separately for safety.
About: Extremely reliable with above reproach follow through and communication. I will regularly provide updates with photos. Have cared for senior dogs needing medicine. Driven by ensuring your dogs feel safe and cared for. I have open availability to care for your animals needs at almost any time. Send me a message with abnormal requests and I am certain we can find a solution. I can provide either a private or communal space for your dog to interact with ours to ensure a safe and fun environment for all. We carefully introduce each new dog and keenly watch for behavior changes.
“Shannon was very professional and did all the visits in a timely manner. I am so grateful she was able to help me out while I was out of town for work. She is a life saver!! Highly recommend!!”

About: I have had pet dogs my whole life. My husband and I currently have one large dog that loves being around other dogs. We are constantly at the dog park or going on walks and would love to take your fury friend with us! My husband has Sundays and Mondays off and I work split shift morning and evening during the week, meaning I can come home for walks and bathroom breaks throughout the day and am off on weekends. We live in an apartment that has a fenced in dog park and is right across from a nature trail. We go to the dog park and on walks everyday.
