About: I have been a foster mom and adopter for 18 years. I fostered 50 dogs through a local rescue group. We have had 7 dogs, all but 1 are/ were snow dogs. I'm a part-time small animal physical therapist at ARC where we teach agility and obedience, help rehabilitate cats and dogs with injuries and provide quality of life rehab for seniors or the terminally ill. We took our last babies before they passed to ARC for quality of life, they had degenerative myelopathy and kidney disease, respectively. I fell in love with the place and became a PT. I have a soft spot for senior dogs, they deserve all the spoiling to make their golden years filled with love, comfort and adventure. To me dogs are equal to people and should be treated even better. I have a fenced in back yard and a home made for dogs. We have a four seasons room with a dog door to use. I split the house up according to where your dog is most comfortable while I'm out. We never miss our morning walk. In the summer we take dogs swimming at my in-law's pool 20 minutes in Blue Springs. We also have kiddie pools and a sandbox to discover toys. They can sleep in the bedroom, family room or patio room. If they are kennel training then in their kennel of course, which is in the very comfortable dog room. I am able to administer all types of medication, whether it be oral, injectable, or IV fluids. I am able to do dog CPR, we are also 5 minutes from our vet as well. My home is the ideal vacation spot for your furry friend. About this sitter: I'm a licensed Esthetician and have an in-home spa. I work at ARC part-time, just three afternoons a week. Clearly, I'm a huge dog lover. We previously fostered around 50 dogs for Furry Kids' Refuge. It is my life's work to stop puppy mills. I'm a very active person and enjoy outdoor activities. Why I love dog sitting Ever since, I was a child I grew up loving dogs and wanting to stop puppy mills. I always knew I wanted to work with animals in some kind of capacity. I worked on Proposition B with the Humane Society of America. I want to help people feel confident leaving their pets when away from home. About my yard I have a 1/3 acre yard fenced all the way around. We have lots of trees and outdoor dog beds to hang out on under the hammocks. We have lots of squirrels to watch and all of our neighbors have dogs. We have a small wrap around deck that connects to our 4 seasons patio room with a dog door. My experience administering medication I am trained in dispensing all types of medicine; whether it be oral or injectable. I'm also able to do IV fluids and CPR. Your dog(s) will be a part of my family while you are away. They will go about their day doing what they normally do at home. They will be free to play and not be cooped up like at a daycare or vet facility. We have a million toys to play with and a nice neighborhood to walk in and lots of places to nap. We currently have two dogs, they both came from difficult situations, but they love to play with other dogs, it's people that can be intimidating. They prefer people that bring dogs in the house. We do slow introductions. We start with a walking meet and greet around the neighborhood and then we come in the backyard with your dog off-leash to smell and then they can all meet slowly. If all the dogs like each other then I do like a day visit if you will be gone more than a few days, so that your dog is comfy here. If you will be gone more than 2 weeks I recommend a night stay beforehand. I work part-time from home in my spa and part time at ARC on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. We walk every morning and most days I head to the gym after. Perfect time for the dogs to decompress in their own areas and nap. I have a nice fenced in yard with locks on the gates. All dogs are separated by gates and have their own comfortable spaces with multiple rooms. All dogs are fed separately for safety.

About: Hi, my name is Autumn and i have worked with dogs and other animals for over 15 years. My experience comes from working in animal hospitals, pet stores, daycare, boarding, and rescue facilities. I've also been a dog walker for about 3 years. I worked for a dog walking company for 2 years and then started my own pet care/dog walking business called Road Dogs Pet Care and Transportation. We now have two new additions to our family, Six and Pepper. Six is my 2 year old Border Collie/Heeler mix. She's very spunky, sweet, and playful! Pepper is our 2 1/2 yr old 7 lb. poodle. She is basically my daughters little sidekick and spends almost all of her time with her. She sometimes thinks she's a Doberman, but she's harmless and warms up quick. Once she warms up she's ready to run with the big dogs! They're both great girls and are used to new friends and visitors often. 😊 I'm home full-time and take care of my two kids, two dogs, and our aquatic turtle. Aside from running occasional errands or appointments, I'm able to give your dog or dogs all the love, attention, and playtime that they need. I'm also available for daily dog walks if needed. I have a large fully fenced yard for them to run and play in. They are all inside and outside frequently throughout the day as needed or as they please. She gets along with everybody. :) So our household currently consists of Me, my partner, my two daughters (10 & 16), Six, Pepper, Marley, and Mr.B (Turtle). About: I've worked in the field of caring for others for a long time..babies, children and/ or adults with special needs, elderly, dogs, cats, you name it! I have fostered several dogs and even a cat! I have had cats in the past. I also have 2 dogs that I make sure to see every day as well, and my Great Dane goes to training classes for obedience (now) and later will go for therapy. I don’t live alone so they have someone else to help me care for them so that I can Rover as much as possible :) I am flexible when caring for dogs in your home and can meet you where you’re at. I work 3 12 hour days a week, so I have plenty of time on my 4 days off to walk and help care for furry friends! About: Growing up, I was fortunate to have a terrier from the time she was a puppy until her death an amazing 18 years later. She was my backyard companion. Later during my marriage, we adopted a Border Collie mix. She was such a sweetie. I loved taking her for a walk right after I got home from work. We had her for 16 wonderful years. At the same time, we had 2 cats. The male contracted FIV, so I worked with the vet and arranged weekly then monthly immunity shots. We had him for a number of extended years because of the shots. The other cat was my sister's who reached a point where she could not take care of it. I adopted it and she became my buddy for many years afterward. I am retired and have time to do something as much for me as it is for you. I can easily rearrange my day to accommodate your schedule. Our cats get plenty of attention. They are housebound, but we let them out occasionally on an elevated deck that does not have stairs, so they are contained there. We have a cat tree in the breakfast room that faces outdoors to two bird feeders. There is plenty of activity, plus a feeder that attaches to the window that gets frequent birds.

About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life. I have a lot of experience with dogs and taking care of them. Friends always rely on me for dog sitting. I love to take dogs on walks, take them to the dog park, cuddle, and make dog owners feel comfortable leaving their pet with me. I’m currently working part time and my schedule is pretty flexible. I have the ability to come and let the dogs out to go potty many times throughout the day if I’m not home with them. But most of the time I would be there with them. I have a huge .5 acre fenced back yard to keep your dogs in. And two extremely friendly large dogs that always want to play. I would love to take picture of your pups and send them to you so that you know that they are happy and safe. I can crate them if you’re more comfortable with that. About: I have taken care of and raised many animals over the years. I have dog and house sat for my brother and his lab for years. I have a grand dog boxer who for 3 years I raised and potty trained for my daughter while she slept days and worked nights. They recently moved to Florida so I have a lot of free time. I am on disability but function well so being retired I have plenty of time to spend with your animal. I have had many dogs over the years from chihuahua to cocker spaniels to old English sheepdogs. My grand dog is a boxer and they recently moved to Florida so I don’t see him much but prop I raised him while she worked nights and slept days with dog sitting potty training n playing lots of hours with balls and toys. I have a fenced yard with room to run and play. I have a fenced yard with lots of room to run and play. I have a friendly snorkie (schnauzer/yorkie). I can help potty train or crate your pet also
