About: I have had 10 years of experience in the animal husbandry and veterinary field. Currently focusing on my last few classes before Grad. School and wanting to work one- on-one with animals. I am currently a full time student and using rover for part time work. Prior scheduled house sitting is preferred to be able to accommodate my school schedule; usually use the afternoon to run/fitness activities and homework. I frequently care for my family and friends pets in their home, for their comfort. As a prior ICU nursing asst., I believe in the mental and emotional welfare of animal home and their comfort/routine means alot to me.

About: I’ve been taking care of my own pets for a decade and love playing and interacting with them. I try to make a comfortable environment for them to live safely and happily. I’m a teacher on summer break who loves staying home with my own dog and cats and happy to help take care of yours when you need it! Fenced yard was the first addition we made when moving in because I know how important it is for dogs to get some unrestrained outdoor time. Plenty of rooms and lounging spots. My pets can be secluded if needed for a stress-free stay. My partner occasionally works from home and loves dogs as well so your pet will have a bonus person to play with :)

About: I've been fostering and taking care of others' dogs as long as I can remember. I have a huge home with a lot of open area to run and play. It has a fenced back yard. The fur babies sleep in my bed and yours will be welcome as well or they can sleep in other rooms. I work during the day but I get home around 530 pm. In the evenings, I'm home with the dogs. If its nice weather, we can go to the off leash parks and run around or go on the trails. I've owned, babysat, nursed back to health beagles, dachshunds, mastiffs, pit bulls, dalmatians, cocker spaniels, border collies, mixx breeds...they are all special to me. I don't give injected meds because I am TERRIFIED of needles! I am willing to travel to the dog's home if they are more comfortable there then outside of their own home. I will have to go home and check on my own dogs but I'll spend as much time as possible. I'll also bring treats from Treats Unleashed. I work 85% at home during the week but I can stop by for morning visits and evening visits. on the weekends I can be there as much or as little as possible At my house I have a husky who's pretty big and when he 1st meets a dog he barks a lot but then they become friends. At your house If you have a skittish dog or cat I know how to be present without being in their face or in their space. And if you have a loving dog I love to cuddle too. If you're going on a trip I don't mind getting your mail or packages and putting them in the house or whatever else you need done I am 85% working from home so I would be available more often. On the days that I am at the office, it will be about 4-6 hours between checkins during the day I will treat your fur babies as if they were my own. They have so much room to run and play inside and outside. We have great treats and toys. They will have a lot of fun.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16 years old, and we always had a dog or two in the house when I was growing up. This taught me responsibility and love for all dogs! I’ve taken care of many puppies, trained my own dogs from birth, and more. I tend to gravitate towards dogs and dogs tend to gravitate towards me. In my care, your dog will receive endless amounts of love and playtime between myself and my dogs, responsible care, a yard and frequent potty/food breaks, and a stress free experience for both you and your dog! I’m currently working full-time, but I am able to come home on lunch breaks Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to interact with the dogs. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, off Saturdays and Sundays. My schedule is pretty flexible so you can bet your dog will be taken care of! I have a fenced in back and front yard, and two sweet, trained, cuddly labs for your fur friend to play with (they love playing)! If I need to be away at any time, I can easily crate your dog next to my crate trained dogs. My dogs also enjoy the off leash dog parks, so if you are comfortable with it, I would take your dog to them for extra playtime! I feed my dogs twice a day, but can adjust to your dogs feeding schedule. I take my dogs out to potty about every 4 hours, but again, can adjust to your dogs potty needs. If in your home, your rules will be followed and I will only accept as long as I’m able to meet ALL of your needs. My goal is to provide a stress free home/experience for any fur friends needed!

As a business owner, I have a lot more freedom on my hands allowing me a mostly open schedule to care for your treasured pets When providing in home pet care I provide respect for your personal space and attention to detail in caring for your pet and making them feel a little less lonely without you. At my home I have a fenced yard, and space for crates as well as a home set up for pets. My two friendly dogs can either provide company for your dog or be crated as needed.

About: For the past three years, I’ve cared for pets through house sitting and drop ins. At home, I have 3 cats and a special needs Shiba Inu with anxiety, so I’m especially mindful with sensitive or high strung pets. I understand that just like people, each pet is different and has their own personality, as well as needs to feel safe and cared for. I currently work full time, but I am available for drop ins twice a day. I can do the first drop in around 11am, and the second any time after 5pm. I’m also available anytime on weekends. Starting in June, I’ll have an open schedule and can be available throughout the day/overnights. About: My name is Desten, CPDT-KA. I started my career with animals the same as many, passionate about animals from a young age. I started with volunteering at an animal clinic when I was 12 years old. From there I volunteered at shelters and pet stores, and since then I have worked at a variety of jobs in the animal industry including veterinarian hospitals, daycare and boarding facilities, and a training facility, holding positions from apprentice to assistant manager. In late 2020 I finished my apprenticeship under a positive reinforcement dog trainer then achieved my goal of becoming a CPDT-KA. Now I work woth a variety of dogs including puppies, seniors, reactive dogs, and fearful dogs. Pet care is a part of my daily routine. Every morning starts with me feeding, medicating, and walking my own animals. Then I'm either caring for the animals at my job, working with clients and their pets, or continuing to study animal behavior. First and foremost I always communicate with the pet parent to discuss care requirements and goals to ensure the highest quality care and safety is provided.
