“This was the first time using Tasha. It was a family emergency so there was no time for a meet & greet. This is a dog friendly home. The other dogs there were Gus’ size & he felt immediately safe. I so appreciate that I was able to go out of town with my husband & not stay back with the dog. I would definitely use her again.”
“Griffen and Gloria were nothing short of amazing taking care of my Crystal, who had never been with anyone other than family before. The updates were comforting and the quick response in communication were much appreciated. I like that they limit the amount of dogs and only take small ones. Absolutely recommend!!”

“Bridget did an excellent job taking care of our pups. She had great communication with us and updated with pictures daily. Loved how she already had the kennels so we didn’t need to bring ours. Big back yard, smaller dog environment, and great area.”

“Seth and his wife were amazing!! Very prompt with responses and sending photos. Very genuine and kind. Treated our dog with the upmost respect and love! Very highly recommended them! Brooks had such a great time with them and has clearly been exhausted since! Thank you Seth and summer!!!❤️”

“Nicole was wonderful! She provided excellent communication throughout our trip and sent photos, which gave me great peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dog was well cared for, and having fun. In fact, when he came home, he cried because he missed his new friends and the environment he had grown so attached to. We couldn’t ask for a better indication of how happy and comfortable he was in her care. Highly recommend!”

“Dez and her family are amazing. I have booked with other sitters in the city, but she has impressed me the most. I was worried that my dogs wouldn’t get along with her dogs, but she and her family did a great job to acclimate them. When I took my dogs back home, they seemed refreshed and happy. Loved that she sent nearly daily updates even gave them a bath too! What I appreciated the most was that she was transparent about when my dogs weren’t quite comfortable eating in a new environment. She reached out to ask if I had any tricks to stir their appetite, and she kept me updated until they finally got into a groove. Would definitely book again. 6 out of 5 stars!!!”

“Damonte was fantastic. Sent photos and videos of our little Ace. It’s comforting to know someone can take care of your furry friend like you would. Definitely recommend.”

He was happy to see us but I could tell her had been well taken care of. Thanks Sharon for allowing us to enjoy our time away and not worry about of 4 legged family member”

“Amazing and caring sitter! I hired Kate to check on my senior cat 2x a day while we were out of town. She administered medication, changed the litter box, fed and watered, checked our mail, and watered our plant. When our flights got delayed, she was able to come to additional last minute drop in. We will definitely book again!”

“Meggie was the ABSOLUTE BEST! We were gone for an extended time and she dropped in on our two cats each day and provided great updates and pictures. She absolutely put us at ease being away for so long and communicated everything so well. We will absolutely be using her in the future when we are away. Could not recommend more!”

“Rachel was the perfect fit for my cat Ruthie! She connected right away with her. I love the report card details of observations Rachel made as well as the photos or Ruthie I received from her while I was away. I would highly recommend Rachel and Rover in general. About: I respect kitty cats. They deserve love and attention and are so very entertaining to watch at times! I have had kitties in the past and it was hard work but for me but so worth it for the cuddles ❤️ I have cared for other people’s kitties in the past as well because I love to help out.

“Olga was fantastic! Our cats typically do not do very well with temporary changes in their environment and have not done well when boarded previously. Olga sent us regular updates and photos of them and it was very clear that they got much more comfortable staying with her after a short adjustment period. Can not recommend her enough! We will absolutely bring our pets back to her in the future any time they need to be boarded! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our boys Olga!!!”

“Kat was great. I have two cats, one's very loving and the other is Mr. Attitude (Jack). Jack who doesn't like anyone, but he loved Kat, of course so did Tabitha. She came in fed them, cleaned their box, and played with them. I will definitely book Kat again, she is awesome.”

“Madeline was incredible with my sweet kitty! The time she spent with her and the care provided was so comforting! I've already booked Madeline again. So happy!”

“I highly recommend Autumn. I've had her drop in on my cat several times now. Plenty of pictures. She's become good friends with a typically shy kitty. Will definitely continue to hire her.”

“Paige was great with our senior cat who needed medications and is a picky eater. She was undeterred by our detailed instructions for her medication and feeding routine. Her visits were timely and she was responsive when we had questions while we were gone. We would certainly use her again in the future.”
“Cheyenne was fantastic! She played with my cat every time and cleaned the litter box. She sent great photos so I didn’t have to worry about how my boy was doing. I forgot to update my new address in the app and sent Cheyenne in a wild goose chase to finally get to my new address. She was very nice about this though and accommodating. Definitely recommend!!”

“As a new travel nurse to the area, it’s important for me to find a sitter that meshes well with my dog who has separation anxiety. Caitlin was wonderful with my boy, provided updates, and I came home a happy/tired pup! Until next time, thank you Caitlin.”
“Derrika was great with our pup! She was very professional and I had a high degree of confidence that our little guy was well cared for and loved while we were away. I loved feeling like it brought her joy to be with him too and not just a transaction. We’ll definitely be back!”

About: I have had dogs in my family since I was a child and have years of experience with various breeds. I work from home most days and happy to get active with the doggos. I have a loving a cuddly home and treat all my fur guests as family. As someone with a senior dog, I am very patient and know how to accommate the additional needs some pets may have. With my flexible work from home schedule, I am able to be home during the week, to take your dog out for walks, potty breaks, cuddle, and to play. I am also available on weekends. With the exclusion of running errands, while your dog is with me, they will never be left alone for more than a few hours extended amount of time. I have a fenced in back yard for your dog to run free in. I also have a senior chihuahua who is very chill and unbothered, so as long as your dog likes other dogs, they will get along just fine. I do let dogs sit on the couch and get on the bed, however, I will respect that boundary if you do not allow that for your pets. I know all families have different schedules for potty and feeding times, and my schedule is flexible so I can keep your dog on track even while you are gone.

I have worked with animals with aggression, separation anxiety, seizures, deaf, shy and fearful and much more. I can also medicate animals in any way needed. I am experienced in giving shots and pilling animals. Please let me know if I can help you out! I am currently working from home meaning I can spend tons of time with your pups staying at my home! We also love to go get pup cups often! I have a fenced yard and dogs that also love other dogs. My house is centered around dogs with lots of comfy beds, toys and other fun stuff!
“Amazing. Sylveena is wonderful. She fit me in last minute and my Snick loved being there. She sent plenty of photos and most of all my baby slept like a baby when I picked her up. Sylveena is great and I will definitely book with her again.”

“Christine was super flexible with our last minute need for someone to watch our dog while we were on vacation. Our dog came home happy and tired from a day of fun playing with Christine and her kids.”

“Juno had a great time with Ron at doggie daycare. She was very tired when we got home so I know she had a full day of playing. Ron was very responsive and even sent an update and picture during her stay.”

“We are so pleased with this outstanding service. Our puppy Buddy (18 month-old Newfiedoodle) totally enjoyed his experience with Shawn. He came home to us happy and went back to Shawn happily the next day. Shawn was a delight to work with. We’ll use his outstanding service again next time we’re in the KC area. Thanks so very much for making this a great experience.”

I understand how important your pets are to you, and I strive to give them compassionate and attentive care, just as I would with my own pets. About: Hi, my name is Autumn and i have worked with dogs and other animals for over 15 years. My experience comes from working in animal hospitals, pet stores, daycare, boarding, and rescue facilities. I've also been a dog walker for about 3 years. I worked for a dog walking company for 2 years and then started my own pet care/dog walking business called Road Dogs Pet Care and Transportation. I am a single mother of two daughters (5 & 11) and dog mom of 3 older (13,13, &15), very sweet dogs. They are all very social and well behaved. I have a large fenced in yard. I also have experience doing nail trims and offer in-home nail trims. i also have experience bathing and administering medications. I take care, safety, and love very seriously and will always do my best to make sure your babe feels as comfortable and happy as possible! Profile update: Hi, a lot has changed since I first joined Rover. I no longer have my three elderly babies as they have all passed away due to old age. We now have two new additions to our family, Six and Pepper. Six is my 2 year old Border Collie/Heeler mix. She's very spunky, sweet, and playful! Pepper is our 2 1/2 yr old 7 lb. poodle. She is basically my daughters little sidekick and spends almost all of her time with her. She sometimes thinks she's a Doberman, but she's harmless and warms up quick. Once she warms up she's ready to run with the big dogs! They're both great girls and are used to new friends and visitors often. 😊 I'm home full-time and take care of my two kids, two dogs, and our aquatic turtle. Aside from running occasional errands or appointments, I'm able to give your dog or dogs all the love, attention, and playtime that they need. I'm also available for daily dog walks if needed. I have a large fully fenced yard for them to run and play in. They are all inside and outside frequently throughout the day as needed or as they please. I'm happy to cater to any individual needs. 2/23/25 Update: Hi, so its now been about 23 years of working with all these amazing beautiful babes! Im still available for boarding, home drop-ins, and daily walks or potty breaks if you don’t have time or need any extra help. We have a new family member now. Marley is our newest baby girl. She is a two year old Dalmatian and she is super sweet and full of playful sweet energy! She gets along with everybody. :) So our household currently consists of Me, my partner, my two daughters (10 & 16), Six, Pepper, Marley, and Mr.B (Turtle). Also just to clarify, my name is Amber Autumn Hays. I went by Autumn when I first started my Rover Act. You can call me either. :) Please let me know if you are in need of a sitter, boarding, daycare, walks, or nail trims, and I would be happy to help! 😊🐾🐾🐾 Can't wait to meet new friends and see old ones again! Looking forward to warm weather and summertime fun! ☀️ Basically I live and breath kids and dogs and my world pretty much revolves around my kids and yours. :) I have learned a lot over the last 23 years so I am very qualified in giving your pup the care they want and need while you are away. I have a very large fully fenced in yard and 3 friendly and playful babes to keep your baby company. Everyone has free roam in the house or outside during the day. I can also kennel if need be or I only kennel at night or if I leave the house for any reason. If I come to your home, I follow any instructions you give me and the time frame that you’re needing.

About: I've been fostering and taking care of others' dogs as long as I can remember. I have a huge home with a lot of open area to run and play. It has a fenced back yard. The fur babies sleep in my bed and yours will be welcome as well or they can sleep in other rooms. I work during the day but I get home around 530 pm. In the evenings, I'm home with the dogs. If its nice weather, we can go to the off leash parks and run around or go on the trails. I've owned, babysat, nursed back to health beagles, dachshunds, mastiffs, pit bulls, dalmatians, cocker spaniels, border collies, mixx breeds...they are all special to me. I don't give injected meds because I am TERRIFIED of needles! I am willing to travel to the dog's home if they are more comfortable there then outside of their own home. I will have to go home and check on my own dogs but I'll spend as much time as possible. I'll also bring treats from Treats Unleashed. I work 85% at home during the week but I can stop by for morning visits and evening visits. on the weekends I can be there as much or as little as possible At my house I have a husky who's pretty big and when he 1st meets a dog he barks a lot but then they become friends. At your house If you have a skittish dog or cat I know how to be present without being in their face or in their space. And if you have a loving dog I love to cuddle too. If you're going on a trip I don't mind getting your mail or packages and putting them in the house or whatever else you need done I am 85% working from home so I would be available more often. On the days that I am at the office, it will be about 4-6 hours between checkins during the day I will treat your fur babies as if they were my own. They have so much room to run and play inside and outside. We have great treats and toys. They will have a lot of fun.
About: I've worked in the field of caring for others for a long time..babies, children and/ or adults with special needs, elderly, dogs, cats, you name it! I have fostered several dogs and even a cat! I have had cats in the past. I have owned and helped care for friends and families’ dogs, cats, lizards, snakes, guinea pigs, etc. I'll be devoted to providing the best care and fun for your fur-babies as I can! I'm reliable and responsible and I love animals. I have 2 dogs and I have consistently been a hand in helping friends and family with their animals in a pinch because I love spending time with animals. I have a big heart and I love to have fun and play sessions with almost all animals. I'm very attentive of dogs' needs and care for their happiness a great deal. I love give them hugs and kisses (if they allow it)..I promise to follow all instructions as best as I can and give the best care to every animal I meet! My full time schedule is 9am to 6pm. I do house sitting, which means I will stay with your pets at night. I also do drop in visits and dog walking so my schedule books up quick, but that’s the way I like it! I also have 2 dogs that I make sure to see every day as well, and my Great Dane goes to training classes for obedience (now) and later will go for therapy. I don’t live alone so they have someone else to help me care for them so that I can Rover as much as possible :) I am flexible when caring for dogs in your home and can meet you where you’re at. I 100% know that every dog is different just like every person is different. I celebrate difference and strive to help where I can. I work with integrity and, of course, respect.
About: Raised with dogs and always been around them for the past 29 years of my life. I've also pet-sat for cats since 2012 and have lived with them since 2020. I currently have 4 cats, and a dog I share custody of with my parents. I love parks, going on walks or hikes, and always follow hygiene procedures. Cleaning litter is no problem. I have minor dog training experience and will always ask what commands you want me to remain consistent on. I have experience giving cats and dogs oral medication via syringe and pill, and am familiar with specific dietary and medical needs. If your pet needs extra mobility help I am here for them, too. What sets me apart is that I am reliable, calm, and enthusiastic about all animals. I have recently returned to university, so my schedule is very flexible. Most of my classes are online. Every week I check what needs to be done for the next week so that I can plan the best patterns for work, study, and life. Staying up late or Waking up early is no problem. The first thing I do in respect to any client is get to know what expectations are and a brief history of the pet and their needs. Setting firm boundaries while expressing deep compassion and care is my go-to. I adore playing with active pets and giving them plenty of cuddles and attention - but if a pet is skittish of strangers or doesn't like being touched I will always give them the space they need to be themselves. Trust is a two-way street and as a human it is my responsibility to bridge the language gap with patience, love, and consistency. Making sure pets are safe and accommodated for in weather is a priority, whether that is in the form of hydration, giving them a coat, or assuaging their fears.

About: Hi, I'm the person your pet has been waiting for! I've had fur babies in my family my whole life, so I'm fluent in barks, meows, zoomies, and the very specific 3am guinea pig squeaking situation. Currently mom to a rescued German Shepherd mix who thinks he runs the house (he does), a bonded pair of cats who tolerate him, and a rescued guinea pig who is, frankly, the most dramatic member of the family. I have volunteered with KC Pet Project because animals don't just deserve survival, they deserve champions, and completed their dog and cat care training. Whether your pup needs a solid walk, your kitty needs lap time and laser pointer therapy, I've got you covered with love, patience, and an endless supply of baby talk. Your pet's comfort and safety is my whole thing. Drop-ins, walks, sit-ins. Let's make your time away the least stressful it's ever been. My schedule is genuinely flexible! I work part-time virtually running a nonprofit, so I'm not tied to a rigid daily routine. That means I can pop in as often as your pet needs throughout the day and into the evening, whether that's letting them out, refreshing food and water, or just hanging out for some ear scratches and couch time. And if your dog or cats do better with a consistent companion rather than drop-ins, I'm absolutely able to stay with them. Whatever keeps your pet happiest and most comfortable, we can make it work! Keeping the Peace (and the Pets Inside) Door safety is something I'm almost comically careful about. Before I open any exterior door, I make sure your pet is accounted for and not in a position to bolt. Cats especially have Olympic-level door-darting skills and I have a deep respect for that talent, which is exactly why I won't give them the chance to use it. I also do a quick walk-through each visit to make sure nothing is accessible that shouldn't be, food left out, cabinet doors open, small items on the floor, anything that could turn into a hazard gets addressed. And when I leave, your home gets fully secured, every single time, no exceptions. Out on Walks Every walk starts with a leash check, making sure everything is properly fitted and securely attached before we hit the sidewalk. Once we're out, I stay tuned in to what's around us. If another dog comes into view and is showing signs of reactivity or just seems like a potentially stressful interaction for your pup, I'll proactively move us away and give everyone space. I won't wait to see how it plays out. A calm, uneventful walk is always the goal.

“Laura was the absolute best! Took in my anxious big baby pittie and loved him from the first second. My boy seemed so comfortable and Laura provided pictures, videos and updates during my 24 hours away from Blue. I couldn't be happier or have asked for a better person to care for my boy 💙🩵”

“Becky took such great care of our two boys! She sent pictures and videos every day and loved them just like we do. So thankful to have a trusted sitter while we are out of town! We will definitely use again!”

“Upon the first conversation and meeting, she made us feel comfortable and we knew our fur baby would be safe and well cared for. Being out of the country for 3 weeks, we needed no worries and Saige delivered! When we picked up Mali, she looked happy and loved. We will definitely be using her again. Thank you!”

“First time leaving a pet with anyone but family. She was truly awesome. Open to meet with her with our collie prior to are vacation. Communication was always timely and helpful. She helped us relax and enjoy our time away. Thanks!”
