I am currently working full time in a dental office but missed caring for pets in my spare time. I do overnights with pets to help ease the hearts of pets who are used to someone being home at night. I am typically out of the house for 9 hours a day for work, but depending on where you are located I might be able to drop by on my lunch break.

Unfortunately I do not do in home sitting in my own home but I do watch all furry animals in their home. I treat the home as if it were my home and try to leave it in better condition than I found it.

I do prefer to do a meet and greet prior to booking. This ensures all parties involved are aware of the pets needs and we are able to go over a realistic day to day while the owners are away. I do enjoy hearing about the pets routine along with things to look out for that may be abnormal behavior.
A typical day
Depending on the weather? Because we all know how unpredictable Missouri can be, I try and take pups for a walk and make sure they get plenty of sunshine while under my care. Both doggies and kitties will get love and attention while I stay and care for them.

I have previously worked for Farview veterinary hospital in Independence for 4.5 years. Over the years I learned how to administer medication, insulin and how to tend to each pet’s specific needs. I have also mastered how to read a dog/cat’s body language and how to correctly approach them. Having worked in an animal hospital allowed me to meet clients to house sit for and get the experience of being with the pets in their safe zone instead of seeing them in the hospital where they tend to be uncomfortable. I enjoy being able to establish a great relationship with my clients and their furry friends. I have nurtured and cared for pets big and small so size doesn’t bother me. I can’t wait to meet your furry friend and love on them endlessly.

Adrianna is awesome! Our cat had been a little sick recently and was on the mend after a vet visit. Adrianna was very communicative, giving us updates on our cat’s energy level and well being. It gave me such peace of mind while we were away.
Adrianna was able to come last minute while my husband and I welcomed our baby. We are so grateful!
First time leaving our senior diabetic cat and he warmed up to Adrianna so quickly. She updated us regularly and included pictures which we appreciated so much! We also appreciated being able to meet her before booking. Will be re-booking whenever we go away as we now know we have someone we can trust with our fur baby and our home.
