“Taryn was soo great with our two dogs. She was very responsive and always on top of taking care of both of our dogs. We couldn't be more happy and content about leaving our two dogs with her.”

“Jen stayed at our home with our two dogs for 4 nights. We could not have been happier with her communication and all of the photos and daily updates she provided. She handled our very rambunctious young lab mix with walks and playtime as well as provided oral medication and Injections meds to our senior dog. Such a delight to have met her. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing caretaker. She went above and beyond to ensure my pets were taken care of. My dog had a cough and she took him to the vet and kept me updated every step of the way. Would recommend her to any pet owner!”

“Maryn did a great job watching our kitties. She stuck to our routine with their feeding schedules and left our home exactly as we left it. She even went above and beyond with leaving food and water out for the neighborhood cats who were not included in the booking but who my husband and I look after. We will definitely be booking with Maryn again!”

About: Hi! I’m Piper, and I’ve been taking care of pets for as long as I can remember! I currently have a dog and a cat, but I also have experience with kittens/puppies, elderly cats/dogs, injured cats, and sick cats. I also have experience with farm animals like goats and chickens-safe to say I love animals, and none are too big or small! At this time, I do not offer boarding as I do not have a proper area for your pet. My apologies! I am available 7 days of the week, and have plenty of time for your pet! I cannot sit overnight, however I can wake up bright and early to let them out, along with staying later at night to keep them company. My hours are 8am-12am, with some breaks in between to check on my own pets/run errands. I am unfortunately unable to offer boarding at this time. On walks, I do not allow off leash time unless you (owner) can provide a safe, fenced yard for your pup to play in. This is for your dogs safety! I follow instructions to a T, so please provide me with any medication/feeding information, as well as your typical daily schedule! This helps me make your pet feel more comfortable and ensures I’m meeting your standards when it comes to caring for them. This is required for full/multi day services.
“Abby is wonderful and I would highly recommend her. We did an initial meet and greet and I immediately felt comfortable with her. We were gone for 11 days and Abby stayed at our home with our 5 pound Yorkie. We choose an in home sitter because our dog has major separation anxiety. Abby sent us daily updates and pictures and our dog was living her best life as usual!! We already have our next stay scheduled with Abby.”

“Emma stayed with my cat Patrick for a week while I was in another state for work. Patrick needs some special attention and takes daily medication. She did a great job making sure he was taking care of and comfortable! Additionally, she communicated with me well and made sure to send me some pictures every day!”

“Rachel did an amazing job with our dogs. We were able to enjoy our vacation, knowing she was taking such good care of them. We got daily updates, with pictures. She gladly brought in mail and watered plants for us. She is very accommodating and fit us in to her schedule. She was able to pop in for 3 afternoons visits before her time here started when our son wasn’t able to get here during the day to let them out. We will definitely be calling her for future jobs! She’s a gem!!”

“Emma did me a great service and booked an overnight stay with my pup very last minute when my original sitter backed out. Emma took my pup on a drive and took great care of her. She also sent updates and pictures throughout the night while I was at work, which was greatly appreciated! Would book again!”

“Erin is wonderful! She house and dog sat for two weeks. Trustworthy and loving to our two dogs and send photos of them every day. Outstanding communicator. Will use again and again!”

“This is the second time Vanessa has watched my greyhound mix, and it was just as good as the first time. She's responsive and sends daily updates. I would recommend Vanessa to others.”

“Charlett was great and trustworthy! She showed up on time, was quick to communicate, spent time hanging out with our dog, even texted pictures of him throughout our vacation. Charlett even drew us a picture of our dog. We will use her again!”

About: I have taken care of dogs throughout my childhood and adolescence, and I am a dog lover through and through. I am patient with puppies and love taking care of both active and snuggly dogs alike. I am trustworthy and reliable. Following through and exceeding your expectations in taking care of your dog are always my goal. I am a public school teacher, so I am available weekday evenings and weekends. I am open to both long-term set schedules and more flexible situations. I live in the West Plaza area and love going for neighborhood walks, heading over to Loose Park, or taking pups to off leash dog parks. My apartment is smaller, but I prefer to spend my time outside being active and as opposed to staying indoors.
“Regan was amazing! He communicated well, and took amazing care of our two, wild huskies on Christmas!!! This was our first Rover experience and we look forward to using him in the future!”

“Mackenzie is amazing. She stayed with our two dogs for the weekend while we were out of town. She was personable, kind, and reassuring while we were away. She always responded promptly to questions about how the dogs were doing and kept us updated with pictures through out the weekend. I will 100% be booking with her in the future!”

“Kelsey is by far the BEST dog sitter we have EVER had!!! She went above and beyond every single day with both our boys with walks, play time, feedings, potty, etc. We know this because she was so communicative and sent pictures/videos anytime she was with them. This was huge because it gave us that comfort while out of town that they were in the best hands (honestly maybe even better!!). We ended up having some travel issues that caused us to be gone for another day and even though I know she’s busy, Kelsey took care of our boys without missing a beat! She’s the best to work with, super consistent and our dogs absolutely love her. We wish there were more stars to give because 5 doesn’t even seem like enough!”

“Reese was a fantastic sitter. I had to book last minute and she was extremely helpful and punctual. Communication was fantastic with regular updates and pictures for peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking.”

Wendell Phillips pet parents share their Rover experiences
Mattie really seems to love our fur babies when taking care of them in our absence. We regularly received text photos and updates letting us know how they were all doing. In one picture, one of our cats was laying on Mattie's legs while our dogs were snuggled up the each side of her. Our condo lobby attendant said Mattie was super nice and great with our pets.

Taryn was wonderful to work with. I had originally booked her for one night of watching my dog, Teddy.. When I became aware that I needed someone for two nights, I contacted her and she was able to adjust her schedule so that she could watch my dog for both nights. This was the first time I had ever used a pet sitter, so there was some apprehension. However, after reading some of her reviews that feeling diminished. After meeting her, any apprehension I had had disappeared and I knew O made the right choice. She showed up on time on both days. The first day, we made sure to meet in a public area. We had allowed enough time for her and Teddy to meet and get use to each other. It took a little bit for him to settle but he warmed up to her. On the second day, there was no "getting familiar" from Teddy. He was immediately at ease. Communication was excellent throughout. There was no assuming that something was ok. If there was something she wanted to do that we had not previously discussed, she politely asked me for permission. That only confirmed with me that I had made the right choice. On both nights, she sent me a picture of Teddy at rest as well as informing me about his behavior. As you might be able to tell, I was extremely pleased with Taryn and highly recommend her to handle you and your pet's needs.

Kayma was AMAZING! She did a great job communicating before her stay and during the stay she sent lots of updates and pictures of Otis. My house looked as if she wasn’t there when I returned. I was able to relax during my time away because I knew my anxious dog was being well taken care of, thank you so much Kayma.

I can’t say enough good things about Kennedy! While I was in Mexico, she took such incredible care of my dogs and gave me total peace of mind the entire time. She went above and beyond—not only making sure they were happy, cared for, and loved on, but also administering their medications and kept everything on track. When feeding schedules needed to change, she adapted without hesitation and handled it all seamlessly. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, and that kind of trust is priceless. I came home to calm, healthy, happy pups—which says everything. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and truly compassionate pet sitter!

Kara is awesome! She stayed with my cat while I was overseas for nearly three weeks and, for the first time ever, I returned to a content boy who acted almost like I hadn’t even been gone (usually it takes about a week for him to express his disapproval and get over my absence/return). My cat is very particular on who he likes, but from the first night he was wrapped around her neck and snuggled in as if she were me! I received plenty of photo updates and he received tons of love and snuggles and consistent meals schedules as if I were home. Kara is just the best!

Maryn was attentive, caring, and responsive during my trip. She took great care of my two cats, and made sure to send pictures and updates while I was out of the country. It made me so much more relaxed knowing they were in good hands! I would recommend her to anyone looking for quality care and peace of mind.
