About: I have owned dogs my whole life, and know how to take care of them. I also have experience with cats, I have helped my grandfather with a stray cat that chose him! I'm openly available, as of today. I like to volunteer, but that usually only takes about 4 or 5 hours. I will give your pet the time it needs. You make sure that they have plenty of fresh water, eat on time, and walk them every day when the sun is not too hot, eg in the morning or evening.

About: Hi everyone this is an update as of July 2026. I am a retired American Airlines Flight Attendant. I like to travel, do volunteer work, workout, meet my good women friends for coffee, lunch, etc, and spend time with my partner (a retired pilot). We occasionally sit together and he enjoys all my lovable pets as much as I do. I am about as risk free and responsible as they come! Hopefully, I can help out those who need pet/ house sitting. Also available if you just need someone to come for a few hours. These services are for dogs under 20 lbs and cats. If you have larger dogs that do not require walking, I can let them in and out (if you have a fenced in backyard) play with them, exercise, feed, water, meds, etc. Otherwise, if they need walking I need to stick to the under 20lbs. I can sit and housesit/ visit cats also, my only request is that there is a room for me to sleep in that the cats do not use. Yes, I am slightly allergic and I do wear my mask when brushing them. I have unfortunately, put my Bichon/ Maltese of 16 years down about 4 years ago. So I do not own a dog or cat at present. She had a collapsed trachea and some heart issues and was starting to have high risk seizures at 16. Hence, I am familiar with elder dogs and giving them medications. I completely trust Heather with my sweet senior rescue! I was on a longer trip than I wanted to be due to a family commitment, and only was going to do the trip if i didn’t have to board him. Although a friend was able to housesit with him at night, she works full-time. Heather came to the rescue and did three check-ins each day for four days straight (walks and feedings)! She is so affectionate with him, and he just loves her. Knowing Heather was checking in on him kept me from being completely distraught! She also was so patient and understanding when I had an issue with my lockbox, and we had to temporarily pivot to another solution. Heather is a pet sitter extraordinaire!
Shannon took wonderful care of our cats, Palmira and Pliges! She sent detailed updates and lots of photos after every visit, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She gave them plenty of affection and playtime, paid attention to their eating habits, and even tidied up around the litter box. She was kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond. We would happily book her again and highly recommend her!
Mara was amazing at caring for my very senior special needs dog and our other dog who doesn't warm up to people so well (but Mara's energy won her over). She provided great pictures to let us know they were doing well. Also, I appreciated how she accommodated our last minute booking when I was having trouble finding anything dog sitter. She's highly skilled and a literal dog whisperer. :-)
Caitlyn has been wonderful with our dog, Hobo. She was flexible and added in extra walks when we called from vacation and needed it. Her visits have always been lengthy with lots of exercise and playtime, and she was willing to come early mornings and late at night. She sent lots of pictures and it was clear that Hobo was having a great time with her. Caitlyn definitely went above and beyond and I would recommend her 100%.
During our second round of visits, Bird showed some signs of stress. Chrissie worked diligently with me to accommodate Bird and do whatever she could to make her comfortable. I really appreciated that! She also did some extra things for us like bring up the trash cans and bring in packages. Lovely to work with her!!
Calli was great taking take of my two cats, especially as they were adjusting to a new home (and having some behavioral challenges). She was lovey to communicate with and gave my guys lots of love while I was away. I came home to a clean house & happy cats! Will definitely book again!
