It’s very reassuring to know that her work ethic is even better than first impressions: she was meticulously on time, diligent about starting and ending the Rover tools that help me stay on top of my fur-babies when I’m away from home, she was spot-on attentive to my care instructions and went FAR above-and-beyond to picking up a hairball that turned up unwelcome and unannounced (don’t they all?!). April has since stepped in and given our dog the exercise and attention she had been missing. Also clipping Grizz's nails and trimming her dog beard. April is a dedicated and observant caretaker that I would recommend for all pets exotic or otherwise.”
