About: I’ve had a childhood dog, her name was Daisy and she was a miniature Doberman. Recently I have been in college and dog sit for family, I love taking the dogs out for a walk/run or even bringing doggy’s to parks or even the beach, I’m willing to give them baths too!! I currently work part time and do online classes for college, I love driving and tend to do college at the park or the beach. I’m looking for a furry friend to join me whether I stop by their house or take them on a walk for some company. To make sure the boarding process goes smoothly, I ask that we conduct a quick meet-and-greet outside of my house so our pups can get acclimated to each other. As for how I will care for your pet in your residence, I will come with treats (with your permission, of course) and enter calmly so as not to frighten your pet(s). About: I’ve worked for multiple doggie daycares and boarding facility’s. I’ve worked alongside vets and trainers. I’ve done volunteer and foster care work for multiple animals types as well as farm related animals. I’ve given care and medicine to senior dogs and animals. About: I owned a crazy shelter dog for eleven years in Maine but am now pet free because I want to travel. My sons fly me to Texas and Maine to watch their dogs when they travel. I walk at least 15,000 steps a day and really miss having a pet. I am happily retired spending my time exercising, writing, cooking and generally enjoying myself which makes my schedule very flexible. I am definitely a morning person, so early works well for me. I have a large front yard and a very walkable neighborhood. I currently have no other pets in the house but will run into numerous other dogs while on walks.

Read on to find out the 10 things your dog absolutely needs. Take care of these 10 essentials, and you'll be assured to have a rewarding and long-lasting relationship with your canine companion. 1. Identify your dog External Identification: Outfit your dog with a collar and ID tag that includes your name, address and telephone number. No matter how careful you are, there's a chance your companion may become lost—an ID tag greatly increases the chance that your pet will be returned home safely. The dog’s collar should not be tight; it should fit so two fingers can slip easily under his collar. Microchip Identification: Have your dog microchipped by your veterinarian. Microchip ID will ensure that your dog will be returned to you if he is lost, even if his collar came off. When scanned by a veterinarian or animal shelter, your phone number, address and other vital information will appear, and you can be contacted. 2. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of all ages, not to mention I have experience with reptiles, amphibians, and fish. I’m available at most hours of the day to provide regular walking, feeding, or even playing with your pets. I’m currently enrolled part time in community college, so I’ll have a lot time available to take care of any pets. Any time from 7:00 AM to 10:00PM will work for me. In areas close to me, I can easily check in at least twice a day. I’m also open to staying overnight if there’s a pet that can’t be left alone for long periods.
