She was able to come meet my three pups the day before she was needed and asked many questions. She wanted to make sure we felt safe with her coming in and wanted to keep our pups routine as close to normal as possible. Kimberly stay about 45 minutes for both stays and made sure all the pups got treats, went potty, had fresh water and were feed. She took several notes for their rover report and took pictures as well. Overall we were very happy and comfortable with Kimberly coming in and checking on our babies while we were gone. We will for sure be booking with her again in the future!!!”
