Emily truly went above and beyond in the care is my cat. She met with me in person to discuss my cats quirks and medical problems. She is extremely punctual and did an incredible job with medication administration and keeping her litter box clean. Not to mention, our power went out and our generator was malfunctioning. Emily called me and stayed on the phone figuring out how to get power back to my house outside in the freezing cold. She was willing to come early or late to accommodate our schedule.
