“Allie was very attentive to our dog, Pepper, and gave us frequent updates. The two of them got along very well and Allie was obviously quite in tune with Pepper's needs. Also, the house was left in great shape.”

“Miranda!! Did an amazing job. This was our first time leaving our fur babies behind and she the process better and smooth. My furr babies fell in love, she would send me updates, pictures, communication was great as well. Her services are amazing! I would deft recommend her. I’ll deft be booking her services for our next vacation. She is amazing!!”

“Tobi came over and dog/house sat over the weekend. She did a great job! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She has great communication and very attentive.”

“Therese was amazing with our two dogs! She communicated with us regularly to let us know the dogs were doing well. We felt secure leaving them with her for the weekend, and will definitely keep her in mind for future dog sitting.”

“Where to begin…? Amber has been watching my “kids” for over three years now, during my frequent out of town/state/country trips. I felt completely comfortable with her from her very first stay. My pets are my “kids” and to be able to leave my home and them in her care without worry has been such a Blessing. I’m able to enjoy my leisure time away or focus on work while gone knowing that they are cared for, protected, and loved. Sadly, on a recent trip overseas, one of my beloved dogs had to be put to sleep. Amber took her, and her ever present sister, to the vet and FaceTimed me so I could “be there” with them. She held and comforted her as she passed, and then comforted the other animals as they grieved. As much as I wished I could have been there with her in the end, I know she felt loved and at peace with Amber when she went. You can feel 100 percent confident that your pet(s) and home are in responsible, capable, and caring hands with Amber! She’s the Best!!”

About: I bring a warm, dependable personality and a flexible schedule to every job. I’m experienced with young puppies, senior pets, and everything in between. I’m happy to help with basic training, medication, or simply sticking to your pet’s routine to keep things consistent while you’re away. I treat every pet with the same care and attention I’d want for my own. Pet care fits easily into my routine! I work a part-time job with shifts no longer than 7 hours, and I’m also an online student, which gives me a lot of flexibility. I’m available for drop-ins on my way to or from work, and I often have time before and after shifts to spend quality time with your pets. My schedule allows me to be consistent, responsive, and fully present for the pets I care for. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping your pet comfortable by following their usual routine as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding times, walks, playtime, or quiet snuggles. I make sure your home stays clean and your pet feels safe and cared for while you’re away. I’m respectful of your space and keep you updated with messages and photos if you would like, so you know your pet is happy and in good hands.

“All 3 of my dogs have particular personalities and Reymie was able to treat each one according to their needs. She gave medications properly, made sure they were fed, watered and walked through the day. I could tell the dogs were happy and comfortable around her. Reymie has a great attitude, is reliable, As a bonus, I was so happy to get photo and video updates when out of town.”

About: I'm an assistant librarian who absolutely loves dogs, cats, and all other pets. I had two small dogs, Bella (a Chihuahua) and Scotty (a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix), who were my fur-babies for over 15 years. I also loved taking care of our family's Dalmatian, Spankie, and my desert tortoise, Cookie, when I was younger. I've dog-sat and dog-walked for friends and family for years, and I would be extremely happy to apply the same love I had for my own pets to yours, even if it's just for a moment during a walk. I currently work full time, Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. I am more than happy to fit pet care in the mornings or evenings on weekdays. I am available for weekends as well. I care for pets in the clients home based on their desired needs/requirements. I am happy to oblige to the client’s preference of where their pet may be in the home.

“Conner was great. We were away for a vacation and we never once had any anxiety about whether or not the animals were being taken care of. He sent daily pictures and they always seemed happy. He even handled our (usually) very ornery cat without any issue, and I can’t say that about every sitter we’ve had.”

“Sarah was fantastic! She is warm, friendly, and asked great questions in our meet-and-greet, and the dogs loved her. One of my dogs requires several meds and she handled that well. I appreciated the photo and video updates, showing my dogs were happy. My house looked emaculate when I returned home. I could really enjoy my vacation knowing my babies were being well cared for in their own home. Rover and Sarah are the best!”

“Jacklyn has a very calm demeanor that inspires confidence. She recently sat for us for the first time & she diligently read through our detailed instructions, asked questions, and followed everything to the letter. We would be happy to have her housesit for us again.”

“Jasmine stayed in our home with our rambunctious Labrador for 10 days. She kept us informed on his well-being during our trip, sending texts and photos throughout the trip. We came home to a happy dog and a neat and clean home. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend that you do too!”

“Lexy seems like a very dependable pet-sitter, who really loves dogs! She was very respectful of our space and our flat-coat retriever was clearly VERY happy to see her when she came. That says a lot. Got regular pictures too and fast replies which was appreciated.”

About: Hi there! I am new to Rover and though my experience comes mainly from caring for my own pets, I’ve developed strong skills in feeding, maintaining routines, and providing affection and playtime. I’m reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to making sure your pet feels secure and happy in your absence. I have a very flexible schedule. I focus on personal projects (through art) rather than a traditional 9-5 job, this allows me to offer more availability and accommodate your pet sitting needs at almost any time. I’m committed to providing the best care for your pet, and my schedule ensures I can give them the attention they deserve without any time constraints. When caring for my own pets or others' in their home, I prioritize comfort, routine, and attention to detail. I make sure pets feel at ease by sticking to their usual routine, whether it’s feeding times, walks, or play. I also provide plenty of affection, ensuring they don’t feel lonely, and I’m always mindful of their individual needs, reading their body language as well to not make uncomfortable. Your pet will feel safe, loved, and well-cared for, just like my own!
