About: I have experience in wildlife conservation, environmental chemistry, horse stables, and while I was in college I pet sat through a different app and also worked as a veterinary assistant. I’ve been pet sitting professionally since 2009. My 18-year-old cat and 13-year-old husky recently passed away so I need all the cuddles I can get. I am comfortable with high energy pets, baby pets, and grumpy seniors. My pets are extremely friendly, Healthy, and socialized. I am happy to take another dog adventuring with us, help with potty training, give meds or treatments, nail trimming, and baths as needed. Cats, birbs, small farm animals (especially chickens) and exotic plants are welcome too. I collect rare plants and have over 200 myself so please let me know if that is an add on you could use. I do not charge extra for puppies as they pay the difference in cuteness! I work from home so my schedule is completely open. I also have no children and a home with a large yard and metal cord dog trolley. Beaches in walking distance. I am happy to follow all training rules for your pet but my home is one where cuddles on the furniture happen regularly if that is something you would like. Don’t know why but most guests sleep in the bed with me even if they don’t at their own homes. If a dog is my guest for more than half the following day after boarding I do charge for that day. Rover suggested this and I feel that is fair unless we have agreed otherwise. Looking to add 2-3 regular clients since having moved. I’m an established sitter with good clients and like to have availability for them so keeping our circle small. *Flexible with scheduling and rescheduling since circle is small and close* PS Deaf and blind dogs do well in my home. I spend an hour in the mornings and evenings feeding and straightening up after my pets with a good mid day drive or walking adventure for the dog(s). I have a nice deck partially enclosed with lots of plants, toys, and things to lay on. If it’s nice out I keep the door open and they go in and out as they please. No access to ground from deck so its catio vibes and safe. My home is aesthetic and animal centric with great care being placed on managing allergens. My pets totally run the show and are sassy. Still well behaved and listen to commands. You can talk to my cat like a person. I mean he’s gonna talk to you regardless. Safety, timely care, and good vibes are my top priorities when caring for animals in any setting. Meet & greets are required and must confirm pet is a good fit for us. I spent a few hours a day maintaining my home for my pets and have weekly care routine set up, so it is easy to add another pet for the day I strictly follow care plans specified by the owners. If there are none, then the animals are allowed on the furniture and they join my routine.
About: I had an English pointer who just recently passed away due to illness. I’m not ready for a new pet so I’d love to share my love with your fur baby I work full time from home. About: I've taken care of pets since I was 12. I've had dogs, cats, and goats for as long as I can remember. My neighbors, friends and family have trusted me to care for and walk their pets numerous times. Now I'm extending my compassion and experience to others looking for the same love for their pets. About: In simple words… I love animals! I have grown up with cats and dogs my whole life, I spent a significant amount of time on my grandparents farm, and my grandfather bred Clydesdale horses. Blue passed a year ago so I welcome the temporary void with your sweet baby! I work from home so my schedule is very open to caring for your pet, and they will receive quiet a lot of attention/love/affection! Weekends are typically open as well, this is all dependent upon my schedule. I have a fenced in backyard, do not own any animals at the moment, and no kids. I am open to staying in your home depending upon a short meet and greet, and flexibility of my schedule. I have one stipulation about dogs staying in my home: With all due respect, if your animal has a strong oder or sheds a lot I do not wish to have them stay in my house. Also, I do not have a crate/kennel so you will need to provide if this is needed for your animal.

About: I have a 5 year old dog of my own--he is a mix of a lot of working breeds and high energy breeds, and therefore requires a lot of attention, stimulation, training, and exercise. He gets at least 2 hours of physical exercise a day, as well as another 1-2 hours of mental exercise (training, puzzles, games, etc). He is very well trained, taken care of, and behaved, and therefore this is something I can pass on to your precious pups as well. I know how to take care of rambunctious/high energy/needy/etc. pets, so no matter what needs your pup is, I can handle it. I also have additional experience with my childhood pets. When I was 14-18, we had two pups in the home that I was tasked with training and taking care of. I did the same for them as I do for my own current pup, and over the years I have learned and nearly perfected how to care for dogs. I give my high energy dog 2 hours of activity time a day, not to mention enrichment, water, food, treats, and potty time outside. About: We've been caring for pets since we were both about 5 years old, with Gary's grandparents owning a farm & ranch in Montana growing up. Karen's family bred poodles since she was born. We're good at training puppies, and adult dogs as well. We love playing fetch much of the day with our Tilly and will do what your pet loves as well! We've cared for HUGE birds, tiny birds, chickens, cats, dogs large and small, rabbits, cattle, horses and pigs. We have also administered various types of medicine and cared for different types of infections, teaching owners as well. We love to snuggle with them and give them lots of attention! I, Karen, am used to cooking holistic meals for our dog and will care for your pet according to your instructions as well. We enjoy walking them, swimming with them and petting them often. They deserve it! They rely on us for their WHOLE well-being. Consistency is so important for animals so we will respect and follow the plans you lay out for them. We can also gather mail, water plants, do housekeeping, organization, gardening and more. Gary is a great handyman should the need arise during a sit. He maintains our pool and irrigation systems and makes any repairs needed. We're truly a great team!❤️ This is our sole work so available most of the time! Of course it depends on the type of care you need and if it works along with another sit. For example, we could walk your dog daily and have an overnight sit that allows for a short leave for that. We are very attentive, loving and kind! Our goldendoodle Tilly is on a nice schedule for exercise, eating, supplements and only healthy treats. We keep her clean and always look her over for any wounds and whatnot. We keep a clean home with uplifting music for pets. Also, we're very cognizant of pet signals, like needing to go potty, play, snack, snuggle and wanting general attention. It's one of those things that you get blessed by for just BEING a blessing to them!💛
About: I am a certified veterinary technician for over 13 years, specializing in emergency medicine, where For the past 8 years, I’ve been the Senior General Manager of pet daycare, boarding, training, and grooming facilities, overseeing operations, leading teams, and maintaining exceptional standards of care and safety. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, and I’m also CPR and pet first aid certified. My deep knowledge, hands on experience, and lifelong love for animals drive my commitment to providing the highest level of care and support for every pet I work with. I am able to be extremely flexible with my schedule to help meet your needs. :) I do work outside the home during the week, the hours can be adjusted and vary upon booking. I will follow all instructions and requests you have for your babies to a T. I will make sure they are loved and cared for just as if you were home with them.
