The one thing that I will say would enhance the experience (again, they did awesome) is if they sent pictures/videos of how Ryder was doing daily or every other day. I know it can be hard to keep up with, but as a pet owner, you feel that much better being able to see your pet interacting and playing happily when he is not with you. They sent photos and videos when I asked, which was great, but if they sent them unprompted on some regular cadence I think it would enhance the experience even more. That being said, they did awesome great job and definitely deserve a five star rating!”
“We are so happy we chose Kathryn and her family to take care of Winston for the 10 days we were away. When we first met her and the family they were friendly and very informative. We have never left him for that long. When we picked him up he was very excited to see us but showed no signs of stress at all. We had left him once for two nights at a doggie day care place and when we picked him up he was so stressed it took over an hour to calm him down. I would recommend Kathryn to anyone in need of someone to care for their pet. We had pictures sent almost daily to assure us he was being protected and cared for, which was a great relief for us.
