Salene was absolutely amazing with our senior Maltese. She provided excellent care throughout her stay and kept us completely in the loop with regular pictures and videos. It was so reassuring to see how well our pup was doing while she was there. Communication was great, and Salene was attentive and caring every step of the way. Emily was wonderful!! My dog is diabetic, which has proved troublesome in finding proper boarding. I luckily found Emily, who is an experienced vet tech. She had all of the training and expertise needed to care for my sweet pup, which really put me at ease. She was very accommodating with her schedule too, as my dog requires strict feeding/insulin times each day, but Emily happily took on this demanding schedule to provide the proper care needed. We were able to meet before the actual time of boarding as well, and my dog was instantly happy and safe in her space. Emily provided daily pictures and updates, and each time, my sweet pup looked so joyful the whole time. Now that I have returned from my trip, my dog came home very happy and energetic, which also shows the value of their time together! I will be happily booking Emily again in the future!!
