We love small dogs!
I have had pets my entire life. Growing up we had dogs, usually 2 at a time. As soon as I got a house of my own, my husband and I got small dogs. Kibbles and Biscuit were my 1st babies. Our children have grown up sharing mama's lap with their doggie brothers. Both of my first fur babies have now passed away and we miss them greatly! But now we have Sugar and Spice and Titan. They are West Highland Terriers, and they definitely add energy to the house! Both of my pups were born into our Rover family and love having other dogs to play with. While I will be the primary caregiver for your fur baby, the entire family will enjoy their stay. I have a younger boy who loves to play ball with the dogs. And my 2 older children will help feed and play with them. Sometimes the dogs sleep in their rooms. While your dog is here, we will treat him/her like our own. We specialize in smaller breeds. We have been taking care of Rover pups for over 5 years now and have built up a lot of regular clients. So many of them are very small. Because of that we only take in new clients under 25 lbs. We would love to meet your pup! We have two dog doors and a very large yard. The dogs are free to roam and play all day. I encourage pets to bring their own beds/crates to have their own “piece of home” while they are here.

Crystal and her family take great care of the dogs. My dog has stayed with her multiple times and I feel like they treat them as their own. She also is good with communication. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Crystal enough! She’s watched our mini golden doodle a half dozen times this year and she’s incredible. She’s great at communicating and sends photos, she’s caring and empathetic to your pups needs, and overall you can tell how much she and her family love dogs! Sunny is always so happy and well taken care of and we have peace of mind everytime we travel. Crystal is always our first choice when we have to leave Sunny with a sitter!!! I would give her 100 stars if I could.
Our two chihuahua puppies that are 11 months old had a great stay with Crystal! They stayed with her for a week. Highly recommend Crystal and look forward to continuing to board with her for future visits!
Phoenix loves it here and I believe the feelings are mutual! I love knowing my baby is safe and having an amazing time!

We picked up our furbabies earlier than anticipated before midnight and they fell asleep waiting for us to go to sleep. That's how I know they had a great time! They will definitely be back. Thank you for taking such great care of Waffles and Rony for 13 days. They smell so good and they can't stop smiling.

Schedule
I am a virtual teacher and I work full time from my home office. It is very common for me to be working at my desk with several dogs all cozy around me. Also, we have teenage kids, so often when my husband or I leave, the kids stay home. There is someone home most of the time. I generally feed the pups breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening.

I separate dogs from different families to eat, sleep or on the rare occasions no one is home. Other than that, they generally roam the house and yard playing and sleeping all day--just like home, but with more friends. :)

A typical day
In addition to my husband and I, we have 3 kids who love animals. So your dog will get plenty of love and attention, though it will always be under my supervision. We have a very large backyard for the dogs to play in. But most of them prefer to spend the majority of their time with us, hanging out, watching movies on the couch or running around and playing with the kids and other dogs. While your dog is with us we will treat him/her like family.

- How does your dog do around children and other dogs? I would like to have a meet and greet with each dog before their visit. I do care for multiple dogs at a time. So I like to meet the dog and learn his/her temperament to make sure it is a good fit. I never leave dogs from different families together unsupervised and separate everyone at meal times. I have been doing Rover for over 5 years and have learned many tricks for keeping everyone safe and happy!
