Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a Veterinary Technician with over 5 years of experience working in a small animal veterinary hospital. I have professional experience caring for dogs, cats, and exotic pets including rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and rats. I’m comfortable administering oral and injectable medications, monitoring pets for signs of illness, and providing attentive, compassionate care. Friends, family, and clients have trusted me with their pets for years, and I always strive to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care.

Emily was wonderful!! My dog is diabetic, which has proved troublesome in finding proper boarding. I luckily found Emily, who is an experienced vet tech. She had all of the training and expertise needed to care for my sweet pup, which really put me at ease. She was very accommodating with her schedule too, as my dog requires strict feeding/insulin times each day, but Emily happily took on this demanding schedule to provide the proper care needed. We were able to meet before the actual time of boarding as well, and my dog was instantly happy and safe in her space. Emily provided daily pictures and updates, and each time, my sweet pup looked so joyful the whole time. Now that I have returned from my trip, my dog came home very happy and energetic, which also shows the value of their time together! I will be happily booking Emily again in the future!!

Emily was a lifesaver! I had to find a sitter kind of last minute and as always was a little nervous leaving Archie with someone new but she was so reassuring and I knew I was leaving him in good hands. He adjusted much quicker than I anticipated and had a great time! I’ll be sure to come to her if I need a sitter in the future!

Schedule
I work right across the street from home, which allows me to be very flexible and make plenty of time for walks, potty breaks, playtime, and quality attention throughout the day. During weekdays, I’m available for early morning, midday, and evening visits, and I have open availability on weekends.

A typical day
Pets staying in my home will enjoy multiple walks throughout the day, plenty of playtime, and lots of love and attention. Since I work right across the street from home, I’m able to check in during lunch and maintain a consistent routine with morning and evening care. My goal is to help every pet feel safe, comfortable, and right at home while they’re with me.
