About: I’ve recently had to put my 15 year old dog down. I would love to care for yours the way I cared for mine for the past 15 years. I have walked dogs of all ages and size for the Humane Society of Central Oregon in Bend for the past 3 years. I am retired and love hiking and enjoying the outdoors. Would love to include a dog on my adventures. Not quite ready to replace my dog. We have a shared fenced yard with my in laws. They have a Golden retriever rescue just over a year. We are caring and attentive, able to care for senior dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs since I was 9 but have always been the reliable choice for neighbors, family, and friends when it comes to watching over others. I have two dogs of my own (which I’ve raised from two months old) with different personalities, so I’m well versed in dealing with high energy and slightly reactive dogs. I have a hybrid schedule - work from home 2 days a week and work in Bend 3 days a week. I’m always looking for an excuse to take a screen break which is the perfect time to take your pup on a walk (at least two times during my work hours 7am-4pm). I’m used to crate training and can assist with that if needed and love to spend time outside with my own dogs to let them run their energy out. My dogs receive daily supplements, so if your dog has specific needs for meals, I’m your girl.

About: I’ve lived with or taken care of dogs of all sizes, breeds, personalities, and needs my entire life! Have a high energy and chaotic fur baby? It’s a good thing I love walks and playing! Got a more relaxed and calm dog? We can go to the park and read a nice book together! I am a recently graduated college student waiting to start my Masters program so my days are vastly open! I would love to fill my days with your animals and helping out where I can! I am attentive to all animals and carefully read all care instructions left by owners. I am also very careful with the weather conditions as animals are more susceptible to heat and cold then we are!

Dog Walking: My dog-walking service is a special opportunity for my 16-year-old son, who is recovering from a traumatic brain injury and working hard to earn his own spending money. He has grown up around animals and genuinely loves spending time with dogs. All walks are supervised and coordinated through me, and if you prefer that I personally handle every walk, I’m always happy to do so. We have a secure, fenced side yard with a doggy door, allowing dogs that are comfortable using it easy access for supervised potty breaks and outdoor time throughout the day. If your dog has a different routine, I’m happy to follow your preferences. Your pet will enjoy plenty of playtime with me, my family, and our friendly dogs (if appropriate). We also provide two enjoyable walks each day, along with lots of affection, enrichment, and attention. Of course, treats are always given according to your instructions, dietary preferences, and any allergies or restrictions. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away.

About: We’ll have done Rover for 6 years but, have experience as a dog walker and sitter for the last 8 . Savanah works in Wildland fire works but, due to the nature of the job has 6 months of the year to take care of your critter! Amber is available in the spring and summer months while I’m doing fire. We love being active with your animals. We are happy to walk and or trail run with your pooch. We own a home with a secure fence and lots of grass with plenty of room to roam also near a park perfect for play! We reside in a nice neighborhood with many places for exercising and hiking. We will provide detail and care for your dog no matter what his or her needs may be. I’m a wildland firefighter and due to the nature of my job I am home in the fall and winter with an open schedule to be available to care for your critter! I am blessed to live in a great neighborhood with miles of trails for hiking and walking. I live directly across from a park where your dog can roll in the grass. I also have a fully secure fenced yard for your pooch!

About: I have been around dogs of different temperaments and personalies my whole life and I'm the kind of person who stops to pet every dog I come across. When I spend time with my dogs I enjoy being outside and active, just as much as hanging out and giving pets. I've never met a dog I didn't get along with, and I promise they'll love hanging out with me (maybe too much). I like to either go for a walk, run, ski, or maybe even for an excursion into the mountains. It really depends on the dog though. If we need to keep it low-key then we'll just do a few laps in the neighborhood or even just hang out at home. Aside from getting the pup some exercise, I will often go spend time with friends or go run errands. In these cases I like to bring the dog with me as much as possible, but again, it depends on the dog. If you have a younger dog I can do some very basic training in obedience, commands and behavior. I work inconsistent hours and days. Outside of that I spend time outside or at the house cooking and hanging out with friends. Typically if I'm not working I will spend most of the day with the pet. When I do work, I can be gone 8 to 14 hours, so I like to get up super early to walk the dog, and take care of chores. This really depends on the pet. Some dogs like to flee if they get out, some like to stay around the people. Some dogs are friendly to other dogs, some are not. Some are all bark and no bite, some no bark and all bite. Learning how the dog does in different situations helps me figure out where I can take them, and how to take care of them and keep them safe. I think the big thing about house sitting is making sure they have everything they need before I leave them for an extended period of time: taking them out to poo, making sure they're fed, making sure there's no human food left out for them to snatch, etc.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for over 8 years with experience with all types of breeds, age, and specific care needs! I provide detailed updates every couple hours to ensure you can rest assured knowing your babies are having fun with you are on your vacation! I can’t wait to love on your fur babies! I work around your schedule and pet’s routine. I provide a walk in morning (and evening if you would like)! I can give feedings as much as your pup requires during the day, along with medications. I have a fenced in yard and always monitor when my pups go outside to play! I pick up poop daily to make sure their environment is clean.

About: I have worked at stables, vet clinics and volunteered with rescues. I'm a "human" Nurse, but my skill set transfers easily to animals. Care, patience and tons of love. I am capable of administering medications, and skilled at special needs for dogs. I work M-Th 6-4. I am available for overnight stays, primarily on weekends! Overnights on weekdays are for animals that can be home alone during my work hours. I have lots of energy to engage and play! I do need to be able to leave periodically to check on my doggo at my own home and go out to eat, so no separation anxiety pets please. I have an escape artist dog at home. My senses are keen. I am always aware and would be the same for your pet/pets at your home. A watchful eye!

About: I have been dogsitting and dog walking for over 10 years, with experience from puppies, to mature senior dogs. My dog recently passed away, at the ripe old age of 12, so I am accustomed to accommodating elderly dog's needs. I love to run and hike, and having a dog come along is the best part of those activities! I am recent graduate with my MSW from Boise State and I am spending my summer in Central Oregon as I transition into a career job! I will be working part time (occasionally full time) at the Bend Parks and Rec summer camp department, and would love to take your dog on outdoor adventures with me! I have my own vehicle that is well suited to transporting dogs to parks and trail networks. I can’t take dogs at my house, but would be happy to provide drop in visits and longer outings throughout the week. I will be working at the Bend Parks and Rec summer camp program, usually about 20-35 hours per week, so I might have some flexibility in my schedule. Currently I cannot care for pets at my home during this summer. I have my own vehicle and can visit homes to care for dogs in the central Oregon area.

I ran a dog sitting business in Texas and had the pleasure of watching over 200 dogs during my time there (in and outside of Rover). Watching dogs has brought so much joy into my life, and I’ve built strong relationships with both the pets and their owners - I've never had a single client with a bad experience. Aside from dog watching, I’m a local insurance agent with the flexibility of being able to work remote whenever I want to. If needed, I’ll never leave your pups alone unless it’s for a quick grocery run or needed errand. My guarantee: - I never board dogs from different owners at the same time. - While leashed, no dog will ever get away from me, no matter the size. I am bigger than 99% of people and will always remain in control. - Your dog will remember me if we meet again! I spend lots of time loving on these dogs😁 Looking forward to meeting you and your pup! I’m available on call 24/7! Since I’m not required to be in the office at all times, my schedule is super flexible with being able to do this. Depending on your dog’s needs, I will always give TONS of attention and affection! I give walks & potty breaks every 1-2 hours. Even more often for puppies.
