About: I'm newer to paid pet sitting, but I interned at a veterinary clinic, owned some pets, so I'm comfortable around animals of all kinds: dogs, cats, and small animals, including nervous ones and seniors. I can give medication if needed, and I'm also happy to help with baths and nail trims. I've spent time with both puppies and older dogs, and I adjust to whatever each pet needs. For me, caring for animals means real connection through active play, regular walks for dogs, and just paying attention to their mood and comfort. Whether it's a pup who needs to run off some energy, a cat who wants quiet company, or a small animal that needs gentle handling, I'll treat them like my own. I have a very flexible schedule, so I can build my day around a pet's routine: walks, feeding, and medication times, rather than fitting them around mine. Consistency and presence are important to me, especially for animals who do best with a steady routine. I adjust care to each pet's comfort and energy level, including 30 minutes of fetch in a fenced yard, 30- to 45-minute leashed walks, or a leashed hike if they're up for it (if the weather permits). I stay attentive to their routine and needs throughout our time together, and I also offer baths or nail trims for an additional $20 if you'd like.

You can rest assured while I am with your pets that they will be well attended to. A typical visit includes 15-20 minutes of play with your pet depending on energy levels, lots of positive attention and love, feeding and making sure they have access to water and making sure any business is done. As an overnight visitor, often for pets with anxiety or special needs/senior pets, I am with your pet in your home from 10pm-8am, plus visits during any of their usual scheduled feedings. As a dog walker, you can expect me to arrive and provide a full 30 minute walk to your pet. If you book through rover, you can also get a map of the walk we did, how long it took, and I provide pictures along the way. When it's time to go home, I make sure they and your home are safe and secure.

I work full-time as a Marketing Manager with a flexible, mostly remote schedule, so I can fit consistent visits into my week. I follow each dog’s routine closely, including feeding times, walk schedules, meds, and any house rules, so they stay comfortable while you’re away. On every walk, I check that harnesses and collars are secure, keep dogs leashed, and stay alert to other dogs, traffic, and wildlife. Client dogs never go off-leash or to dog parks unless you’ve asked me to. Before each visit ends, I double-check doors, gates, and locks, and make sure your dog has fresh water. I keep your vet and emergency contact info on hand, and you’ll get photos and an update through the Rover app after every visit.
