About: I’ve taken care of pets of all shapes and sizes: fish, chickens, goats, horses, and of course cats and dogs! I started working with dogs and training them when I was 7 years old in county 4-H, and then when I was in high school I assisted with puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind, where I helped raisers socialize young puppies from 10 weeks to 18 months before they went back for further training. I’ve helped family and friends raise puppies they can live with and love, and my own dogs have been the best part of my life. I’m a current graduate student at Embry-Riddle, and I’m reliable, safe, and experienced in animal care. I’d love to work with you and your fuzzy family members! I work early shifts, so I’m available most of the afternoon and Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I love taking walks in the early morning, before it gets too hot and the sidewalk is still nice and comfortable. My favorite thing is letting the dog set the pace, and sniff to their heart’s content. I can visit most homes in Prescott and Prescott Valley during the workday if needed, and have flexibility for other events or longer trips if needed. I make sure to keep as close to the expected routine as possible whenever I pet sit. Everyone likes to know when they have to get up in the morning or when breakfast is coming, and your pets are no different. I’m comfortable working with dogs of varying personalities, and can understand when they might be more open to play or socialization, versus when they just need some calm and relaxation.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was a child and began pet sitting professionally at 14 years old. Over the past four years, I have provided pet care for family, family friends, and friends of friends, building trust through reliable and attentive service. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, from 5 pounds to over 150 pounds, and have successfully managed multiple large dogs at once, including caring for four dogs ranging from 80–150 pounds. In addition to daily care such as feeding, walking, and playtime, I have experience teaching dogs new tricks and reinforcing basic commands. My experience extends beyond dogs as well. I’m currently working part-time. So I have plenty of time before 2pm and after 8on weekdays. On weekends Friday-Sunday im completely free. I will make sure I go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. I myself have animals and do not want to put any stress on either of our pets by bringing new ones in. Therefore I’m open to caring for pets inside my client’s home. While petsitting I will play with the pets as needed, take them on walks, stimulate them by teaching tricks and giving treats, spending time cuddling with them, pretty much anything I can do to make the pet comfortable and the client.

While I’ve loved the adventure, one of the things I’ve missed most while being away from home has been spending time with dogs and other animals! I grew up in Prescott and will be home in Arizona for the summer with a very open and flexible schedule. At the moment, I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week and am excited to build connections with both pets and their owners. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and I’m looking forward to meeting new furry friends, getting outside for walks, and providing dependable care and companionship whenever it’s needed. I currently have two Australian Cattle Dogs, Max and Jazzy, who are my babies! They’re both 11 years old and still full of energy, so we’re out on daily walks and often exploring local trails and outdoor adventures together. Along with exercise, I make sure they get plenty of playtime, attention, affection, and of course lots of cuddles. Because I have dogs of my own at home, I’m not currently able to offer boarding or care in my home. However, I’m happy to provide walks, drop-in visits, and pet care in my clients’ homes. When caring for your pet, my goal is to maintain their normal routine and make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’ll treat your dog with the same patience, attention, and care that I give to Max and Jazzy, making sure they get the exercise, companionship, and affection they need.

About: I'm genuinely attached to dogs and love caring for them. I enjoy walking and would love to stay in shape while enjoying the outdoors with your fur baby. I'm currently a caregiver for a senior citizen, and my schedule is very flexible to accommodate your needs. My routine is adjustable and I am able to care for your fur babies in their own home. I offer lots of playtime, snuggles and long walks. I have a fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play with their favorite outdoor toys.

When you board with me I ONLY host your dog(s) — they will be the only pet(s) I have in my home during their stay! I have experience with young puppies, middle aged dogs, and senior animals who need a little extra-special care in their handling. I have experience with giving medication, working with deaf animals, blind animals, and both deaf and blind animals near the end of their life. I have trained my own dogs from puppy age, and have worked with rescues who are juveniles. I believe in only positive reinforcement, setting boundaries, and consistency. I'm a calm, easygoing and empathetic person, and pets of all kinds appreciate my demeanor. Please note that if your dog(s) MUST have a walk every day there is a charge for that service on top of the boarding fees. I work from home and make my own hours, so my availability is very flexible. I do have commitments several days per week, but I'm confident we can work together to make sure your pet receives the care they deserve, and you want for them. I have lived with pets my whole life, mostly dogs and cats, though I have had fish and geckos too. My approach to caring for any pet is to treat it with respect, empathy, kindness and safe boundaries. I genuinely want all pets to be healthy, happy, and loved, whatever that looks like for them. I believe pets need mental and physical stimulation to be healthy. I respect your rules for interacting with your pet, as long as the pet's safety isn't compromised. When doing check-ins, I check water, food and let the pet out for 15-30 minutes, interacting with them to their comfort level. I clean up any messes I find, and communicate with you how I found the house/pet upon arrival. I am happy to send photos at check ins too! I only board/host pets from one family at a time to ensure everyone’s safety.

About: I've cared for and have raised many types and sizes of pets. I've witnessed both cat and dog deliveries, raised and pet-sat for neighbors, friends and family. I am able to give medications and eye drops. I currently do not have any pets and would enjoy caring for yours. I am dependable, responsible, and will follow your instructions for care. Thank you. I'm currently working part-time in Prescott Valley. However, I live in Prescott. I can walk animals early mornings before 8:00, at lunch, and after work on those days. I am available for sleepovers Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. Your home, or mine. 😊 Meals and medications will be provided by you, and given as you request. Pets who sleep over will need to be indoor, as I do not have a fenced yard. If crate, and/or leash animals, pls provide items, including toys.

As a retired college professor, I want a pt job that keeps me active doing something I love that makes me happy. Cats and dogs really make me happy!! I will be available to visit pets at the owner’s home for a play date and/or to walk your dog. I’ll be sure to treat your home with the same respect as my own. Example: if your dog’s paws are muddy, I’ll wipe them before letting him back in your house.

About: I’ve lived with dogs since I was 7 or 8 years old. I finally got one of my own age 16. Family & friends have relied on me to take care of their pets if they were out town or errands to do. I would take care of them like one of my own. My fiancé has cared for birds, lizards, and fish, and has lived with and cared for dogs and cats for the last 8 years. As well as administered shots to many of our own furry friends. We can also bring in packages/mail and water plants upon request. I’m available anytime of the week. We could do weekdays after 6pm and any time on weekends. We can do middays & evenings depending on what we have scheduled. Unfortunately my home isn’t available for services but I can to do drop ins/dog walking services. I have a fenced yard, it’s secure & safe. I have some toys at my home. The owners are more than welcome to bring their toys with them. I do have 1 other pet here that aren’t not mine. I have a dog & a kitty of my own that is okay with dogs/cats. I always try to engage with my pets as well as the clients pets & care for them when needed.

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. I always had dogs, cats, and other small animals growing up. I’ve continued to have dogs and cats my entire adult life. I have helped friends and neighbors take care of their pets for many years. I’m reliable and love having pets to take care of! I am a school teacher, so I have summers off to take care of pets with few restrictions. During the school year, I work a 4 day week, so I am available to take care of pets pretty regularly. I can come to your home and take care of your pets so they feel comfortable and safe. I can follow all directions that your pet will need to make their time away from you easier. I am quiet, clean, and will keep your home just the way you left it.

About: I had a few dogs when I was younger where I had to take care of them the first dog I had was a boxer for a couple years I also had a few cats too when I was younger now I take care of a smaller size dog I don't have a job, so I can take care of your pets whenever you like. I walk to the destination on time and be reliable My yard is fenced at my house and does a doggie door for the back door so they can go in the backyard my dog also has plenty of food and water as well.

About: I have taken care of dogs for about three years now. I have experience walking, feeding, bathing, and teaching basic commands (sit, stay, wait). I also have experience with dogs that have epilepsy and take medications, as the dog that I have has epilepsy and takes medications, so I know how to handle seizures and tremors when they occur. I work Friday-Monday pretty much all day - but I am free for a limited time after 7PM on those days. Or I am free Tuesday mornings and all day Wednesday-Thursday! I have successfully crate trained my dog within my home and am comfortable crate training when needed, necessary, or asked of me by a client. I take your fur baby's safety just as seriously as I take my own dog's safety.
