About: I’ve taken care of pets of all shapes and sizes: fish, chickens, goats, horses, and of course cats and dogs! I started working with dogs and training them when I was 7 years old in county 4-H, and then when I was in high school I assisted with puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind, where I helped raisers socialize young puppies from 10 weeks to 18 months before they went back for further training. I’ve helped family and friends raise puppies they can live with and love, and my own dogs have been the best part of my life. I’m a current graduate student at Embry-Riddle, and I’m reliable, safe, and experienced in animal care. I’d love to work with you and your fuzzy family members! I work early shifts, so I’m available most of the afternoon and Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I love taking walks in the early morning, before it gets too hot and the sidewalk is still nice and comfortable. My favorite thing is letting the dog set the pace, and sniff to their heart’s content. I can visit most homes in Prescott and Prescott Valley during the workday if needed, and have flexibility for other events or longer trips if needed. I make sure to keep as close to the expected routine as possible whenever I pet sit. Everyone likes to know when they have to get up in the morning or when breakfast is coming, and your pets are no different. I’m comfortable working with dogs of varying personalities, and can understand when they might be more open to play or socialization, versus when they just need some calm and relaxation.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was a child and began pet sitting professionally at 14 years old. Over the past four years, I have provided pet care for family, family friends, and friends of friends, building trust through reliable and attentive service. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, from 5 pounds to over 150 pounds, and have successfully managed multiple large dogs at once, including caring for four dogs ranging from 80–150 pounds. Therefore I’m open to caring for pets inside my client’s home. While petsitting I will play with the pets as needed, take them on walks, stimulate them by teaching tricks and giving treats, spending time cuddling with them, pretty much anything I can do to make the pet comfortable and the client.

I have many of my own leashes, collars, etc so walks can go smoothly and make it an enjoyable experience for myself and the pet, but it is preferred to use items your pet is used to. I always keep extra water on me for all pets and all of my equipment gets cleaned between each pet use. I also keep my waist pack stocked with compostable poop bags, treats, paw salve and a water bottle for them. Your babies are my babies when I care for them. I will make sure they are safe and secure.

I spent my whole life with dogs, and I’m currently living in a petless household. So, not only do you benefit from my services, but I get the added bonus of being with furry friends! I’m currently working full-time, but have Fridays off during the summer, in addition to weekends. If an “emergency,” I can stop by after work on weekdays I will do everything I can to make your pet feel safe and happy while you are not with them. I am incredibly patient and will acknowledge any boundaries your pet has. My dog Gurdy (who lives with my mom) was rescued from the meat trade in Korea right before she came to us, and she was incredibly traumatized. After providing her with the live and care she deserved, she is now one of the happiest dogs I have ever seen

About: I grew up with dogs since I was a baby and I love interacting with all different sizes, breeds and personalities. I’ve sat for a neighbor before along with taking care of my own dogs by feeding them, giving our older dog medication, and taking them on walks. I’ve also taken care of my friend’s cat before while she was on vacation. I currently teach English online from around 7 until 11:30, so I am available anytime after that to attend to any of your doggy or kitty needs! My family has a fenced yard for our dogs and we try to take them on two walks every day. We give them two meals every day plus some treats and make sure to play with them when they want to.
