Nicole was wonderful and took such great care of my dog while I was away! She kept in touch the entire time and let me know how Auggie was doing and what they were up to, and sent pictures with every visit. She even took in a package I received so it wouldn’t be sitting out and made sure the house was at a comfortable temperature when I forgot to turn on the heat. I highly recommend Nicole for any pet sitting/walk situations and will definitely be calling her again when I go out of town!

About: I will treat your dog as I do my own dogs. My dogs are spoiled rotten with love & attention. I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old, when I began walking my neighbors dogs & sitting or boarding while they were out of town. I have also been walking & fostering dogs from animal shelters for the last 12 years. I prefer the smaller breed dogs (for myself - as my dogs), but love the medium & large size dogs as well. I will give your dog a unique walk or jog (depending on their energy level). For dogs with medical issues or recuperating from surgery I let the dog set the pace we walk. I am available anytime day or night in Dewey, Prescott Valley, Prescott, Williamson Valley, Chino. I look forward to meeting you & discussing your dog or dogs care needs, as well as what your expectations are. I will give you & your dog a unique & pawsome pet care experience. I'm an independent contractor with several of the gig apps, so I'm in & out all day. I can make my own schedule to work around whatever I have going on that day, week or month so I'm available when you need me. I have a partial fenced yard & 2 dogs. I can crate your dog(s) if requested & preferred. I can also crate my dogs if requested or preferred. Pets are allowed on furniture. I have a gravity water bowl with bottled water in it.

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. I always had dogs, cats, and other small animals growing up. I’ve continued to have dogs and cats my entire adult life. I have helped friends and neighbors take care of their pets for many years. I’m reliable and love having pets to take care of! I am a school teacher, so I have summers off to take care of pets with few restrictions. During the school year, I work a 4 day week, so I am available to take care of pets pretty regularly. I can come to your home and take care of your pets so they feel comfortable and safe. I can follow all directions that your pet will need to make their time away from you easier. I am quiet, clean, and will keep your home just the way you left it.

Amber was great! Our pets were very comfortable and happy from the start. We felt very comfortable leaving them in Amber's care. There were tails wagging from the moment they met Amber and lots of licks from Joey, our chihuahua:) We are so happy to have someone to book with if we need to go somewhere, that's such a big deal when you have to leave your pups:) Thank you from all of us!!

About: I’m considered the “animal person” in my family. It doesn’t matter what type of animal it is, I want to pet it! I spent my whole life with dogs, and I’m currently living in a petless household. So, not only do you benefit from my services, but I get the added bonus of being with furry friends! I’m currently working full-time, but have Fridays off during the summer, in addition to weekends. If an “emergency,” I can stop by after work on weekdays I will do everything I can to make your pet feel safe and happy while you are not with them. I am incredibly patient and will acknowledge any boundaries your pet has. My dog Gurdy (who lives with my mom) was rescued from the meat trade in Korea right before she came to us, and she was incredibly traumatized. After providing her with the live and care she deserved, she is now one of the happiest dogs I have ever seen

About: I have volunteered at Petsmart to help out dogs in need, I would help take them potty and give them food. I have taken care of my family’s and friends dogs, while they go on vacation. They've relied on me to play with them, walk, feed and bath their dogs. I’ve owned a dog since I was 6 years old, and I have experience with them. I love dogs so much and I love taking good care of them as they were my own kids. I’m available for boarding any days and time of the week as I work walking distance from my home and my husband works from home. Your fur baby will never be left alone. I live in an a cozy and spacious home with my husband and our fur baby who's about 60 Ibs. He is friendly and trained! We have a big backyard where they can play and relieve themselves; and also go out on daily walks around the neighborhood.

About: Hi! I'm Lennia (Samantha) I live in Phoenix and I am excited to do something I love which is caring for your four legged family member. I'm looking to sit all dogs or cats in their own home and small dogs in my home or theirs. I love dogs I have grown up with them all my life. Pomeranians, Siberian Husky mixed with German Shepard, Chihuahua, Jack Russell Terrier mixed with Shih Tzu, Two pit bulls. So I have had a wide array of Animal experience and I'm confident I can handle any puppy with the right instruction. I don't have a favorite breed because each one is different and all my dogs have been/are wonderful and amazing and since moving I miss them so much. So I can't wait for Christmas to see them. Until then let me spoil your pup. Why I love dog sitting Since the day I was born! I have always have had a dog in my home. It's crazy to say not a year of my life has gone by without a dog in my life but I'm so thankful for it. I have grown up with many different dogs with all different temperaments. I also would always watch my neighbors dogs as a teen so I have experience with house and pet sitting. My experience administering medication I am comfortable with by mouth medication and topical but no needles/injections. Now I have a 2 year old pup of my own only 5lbs and I am so thankful to have my own pet and to be able to love yours while your away. I will treat your dog/cat as I love my own. I am currently working on building my own company so I have a lot of flexibility in my daily routine for walks, drop-ins and pet sitting. I follow all your rules to the letter my goal os to keep your fur child's routine the same. I leave your home clean and pristine, and your pet happy and loved.

Ashley was wonderful! She was adamant to complete a meet and greet early with our boys and followed up closer to our booking date to ensure the pups were comfortable. She's extremely communicative, takes a lot of photos and played with the boys during her check-ins. She went above and beyond to clean up pup accidents, fixed our couch covers when they came undone and watered our plants.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Prescott Valley choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Prescott Valley with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
