About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. I always had dogs, cats, and other small animals growing up. I’ve continued to have dogs and cats my entire adult life. I have helped friends and neighbors take care of their pets for many years. I’m reliable and love having pets to take care of! I am a school teacher, so I have summers off to take care of pets with few restrictions. During the school year, I work a 4 day week, so I am available to take care of pets pretty regularly. I can come to your home and take care of your pets so they feel comfortable and safe. I can follow all directions that your pet will need to make their time away from you easier. I am quiet, clean, and will keep your home just the way you left it.

About: With my years of professional experience and a lifetime of love for animals, I hope that I can be a reliable resource not only for your pets but for you as well. I am available for livestock care and house chores as well during the day for an extra fee. I look forward to hearing from you and caring for your furry babies. I have availability 7 days a week with small blocks for work 4 days a week, they are short shifts usually less than 6-7 hours. I will give notice of any dates that I am completely not available for. Just ask and I will gladly let you know. I personally have cats aged from 1-17 at home that I adore. I do not bring any of my own pets with me to any home. I keep my phone on loud and on me at all times for easy contacting. I have many of my own leashes, collars, etc so walks can go smoothly and make it an enjoyable experience for myself and the pet, but it is preferred to use items your pet is used to. I always keep extra water on me for all pets and all of my equipment gets cleaned between each pet use. I also keep my waist pack stocked with compostable poop bags, treats, paw salve and a water bottle for them. Your babies are my babies when I care for them. I will make sure they are safe and secure.

I am able to give medications and eye drops. I currently do not have any pets and would enjoy caring for yours. I am dependable, responsible, and will follow your instructions for care. Thank you. I'm currently working part-time in Prescott Valley. However, I live in Prescott. I can walk animals early mornings before 8:00, at lunch, and after work on those days. I am available for sleepovers Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. Your home, or mine. 😊 Meals and medications will be provided by you, and given as you request. Pets who sleep over will need to be indoor, as I do not have a fenced yard. If crate, and/or leash animals, pls provide items, including toys.

About: I've always been interested in animals, and I'm constantly expanding on my knowledge. I have experience in dog boarding, as well as some grooming. I have met, and cared for various types of dogs with varying needs. I'm home most of the time and have plenty of time to devote to your pups needs. When they are under my care, they are cared for as if they are my own. Everyone gets lots of love and individual attention. I have a 1 1/3 acres fenced in yard (4ft high, chain link). I have 5 of my own Labrador Retrievers that depending on the individual dog, your pup may get to play with. Social interactions are never forced, and not every dog has to play with them. All dogs get crated at night, when rotating dogs outside who may not be dog social, or if I need to leave the house for safety. All care is focused on what the individual dog needs to feel comfortable and happy. I often do not do doggy introductions on the first day of boarding depending on the individual dog. Safety is my number one priority while ensuring your dog is as happy and comfortable as possible. If in doubt, I'd rather be safe than sorry. I also have chickens, ducks, and turkeys that all dogs are supervised around.

About: I have cared for dogs of every kind since I was about 18. I absolutely love dogs. I'm that person that will ensure you notice any dog when out and about! I've been a dog owner my whole life to which has only added to my experience of caring and training. Although I work full-time as a medical assistant (8–5), pet care fits perfectly into my day. I love starting my mornings with early visits and spending my evenings walking, feeding, and giving your pets dedicated attention after work. I treat every pet as if they were my own, prioritizing their safety, comfort, and routine above all else. Whether in your home or mine, I maintain a secure, calm, and clean environment. About: I have taken care of dogs for about three years now. I have experience walking, feeding, bathing, and teaching basic commands (sit, stay, wait). I also have experience with dogs that have epilepsy and take medications, as the dog that I have has epilepsy and takes medications, so I know how to handle seizures and tremors when they occur. I work Friday-Monday pretty much all day - but I am free for a limited time after 7PM on those days. Or I am free Tuesday mornings and all day Wednesday-Thursday! I have successfully crate trained my dog within my home and am comfortable crate training when needed, necessary, or asked of me by a client. I take your fur baby's safety just as seriously as I take my own dog's safety.

About: I recently said goodbye to my beloved puggle of 16 years, and caring for dogs has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a lifelong animal lover, I’d be honored to look after your pets when you need an extra hand. I do request a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure your furry friend feels comfortable with me. To keep pets happy and at ease, I prefer caring for them in the comfort of their own home and familiar surroundings. I work remotely and live in Dewey, which gives me flexibility to help with your pet’s needs when given advance notice. For overnight stays, I prefer caring for pets in their own home to keep them comfortable and relaxed I am a reliable, responsible, and hardworking professional you can trust. I’d be grateful for the opportunity to earn both your business and your loyalty. Thank you for your consideration!

Ashley was wonderful! She was adamant to complete a meet and greet early with our boys and followed up closer to our booking date to ensure the pups were comfortable. She's extremely communicative, takes a lot of photos and played with the boys during her check-ins. She went above and beyond to clean up pup accidents, fixed our couch covers when they came undone and watered our plants.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Prescott Valley choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Prescott Valley with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
