About: I have a good amount of experience caring for animals. This is a friendly environment with room to run in and out. I'm a hands on sitter and animal lover. I work in the area I live and check in between appointments on the dogs. The rest of the time I'm here and home on weekends. My kids are home for the summer. There are many areas for the dogs to relax and feel comfortable. There are several water stations inside and outside. The backyard is 75% shaded during the daytime hours.

I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been pet sitting on and off for family friends and neighbors since I was a teenager, but started doing so more professionally in the past 5 years. Most of my experience is with overnight care for dogs (ranging from a single night to a full month at a time) but I’m an animal lover with personal experience caring for every kind of pet imaginable (horses, ferrets, fish, cats, bunnies, reptiles/tortoises). I work very flexible hours part-time which mostly consists of work from home, this leaves my schedule wide open for overnight care and long stays. Very good at keeping consistency with feeding and medication schedules, as well as making sure potty breaks taken as frequently as needed (experience with special needs dogs who require being let outside/cleaned up after much more than other dogs).

I work at a preschool during the week Monday and Tuesday 8-4 Wednesday 8-1 and Thursday and Friday 8-4. My weekends are open availability and love meeting new animals. I have been dog sitting for a few different families. Occasionally I have had them at my apartment but I mostly watch them in their environment so they are more comfortable. I feed and give them water, play with them so they get exercise and let them out to go to the bathroom, take dogs for a walk when it is cool out.
