“We were unexpectedly informed that we couldn't bring our beloved pet, Cholula, to the Airbnb. Since my wife has always preferred to have Cholula cared for by family, we were faced with the choice of either using Rover or canceling our trip. We decided to try Rover and arranged a meet-and-greet with Shane, who seemed like a wonderful person. He was willing to care for Cholula on the same day. The backyard was lovely, and the other dogs were well-behaved, allowing Cholula to adapt quickly. Throughout the three days and two nights, Shane provided us with updates and sent photos of Cholula, which greatly eased our minds. Thank you very much.”

About: Hello Everyone, When I have interacted with friends dogs my wife has noticed that dogs will almost instantly bond with me. I have had success with pet sitting for friends. I also have fostered many dogs including a whole litter of puppies from the Arizona Small Dog Rescue in Phoenix as well as adopted a maltipoo named Chopsticks from them. While I have provided pet services, with what started out with daily walks with a client's dog named Odin a retired racing greyhound, turned into an adoption and my own pet. The owner came across some health problems and they knew I was the one to to put their mind at ease and trust to take Odin to my own home. I am someone who works full time working from home. I am flexible throughout the day. During the meet and greet we can discuss schedules. I understand your needs for each animal is different. I want to understand your pets boundaries when I come into their space. I understand how important walks and exercise is for the mental and physical health of any pet. Let me know if walks are needed, playing fetch in the backyard or if going to a dog park is appropriate. Also if you just need some one to snuggle with your pet I can do that there is plenty of me. I am more than willing to send you pictures throughout the day or on visits to reassure you of the happiness of your pet. If you book me for house sitting I can bring in Amazon packages and mail as well as water plants.

They are both sweethearts and get crawled on daily by our 2 year old son. My wife also groomed dogs in college and we have set her up with a dog washing room in our barn fully set up with a portable water heater for those cold months. We would care for any dog like our own. They would have plenty of fun time outside playing and a comfortable place to sleep while they’re here. I work from home and my wife is a stay at home mom with our son. She handles the house and our 7 acres of land. Caring for your pet would be an easy addition to our daily schedule as we care for our own. We have a large fenced in back yard and would supervise them when out. When we are gone and when we go to bed at night we will crate dogs to ensure their safety as well as their comfort of having their own space. We also keep dogs separate when feeding. Keeping dogs safe, comfortable and happy is most important to us just like we would expect of someone watching our two sweet Goldens.

About: I’ve lived with dogs since I was 7 or 8 years old. I finally got one of my own age 16. Family & friends have relied on me to take care of their pets if they were out town or errands to do. I would take care of them like one of my own. My fiancé has cared for birds, lizards, and fish, and has lived with and cared for dogs and cats for the last 8 years. I do have a fenced in yard and two fur baby’s that would keep your animals company while you are away. I am willing for your animals to either stay at my house or to stay at your house or check in. Whatever you prefer.
About: I have been caring for animals since I was a child and began pet sitting professionally at 14 years old. You can depend on me to plan ahead, communicate clearly, and prioritize your pet’s comfort and routine. During in-home boarding, I ensure frequent and timely potty breaks to keep your pup comfortable throughout their stay. To provide consistent and proper care, I kindly ask for written feeding instructions, including portion sizes and feeding times. Please also inform me of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance so I can create the safest environment possible for your dog. To help your pup feel at home, I offer treats and peanut-butter–filled Kongs around lunchtime (if permitted). Upon request, and for an additional fee, I can also provide daily walks, park outings for playtime or fresh air, nail trims, and baths. For safety and comfort, I do require that dogs be kennel-trained. If your dog is not yet fully comfortable in a kennel, I am happy to introduce gentle training exercises to help them build positive associations. This not only supports the boarding process but also benefits your dog in everyday situations where crate time may be necessary. My goal is to ensure your pup feels safe, relaxed, and cared for—just like they’re at home.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for 15 years now. I’ve had all kinds of breeds! I can feed, bathe, and walk as well as care for any dog! My dogs are my family so I know how special they are to you! I have plenty experience with puppies, kittens, older dogs, and cats. I am currently a student at a college in Prescott. About: I had a few dogs when I was younger where I had to take care of them the first dog I had was a boxer for a couple years I also had a few cats too when I was younger now I take care of a smaller size dog I don't have a job, so I can take care of your pets whenever you like. I walk to the destination on time and be reliable My yard is fenced at my house and does a doggie door for the back door so they can go in the backyard my dog also has plenty of food and water as well.
