“Carolyn did a great job for us. We had to make an emergency 10 day trip and our family members that normally watch our dogs were all going with us. We were grateful to find Rover and Carolyn! She came for a meet and greet and we took the dogs for a walk together and went over all the food, treats and yard cleaning needs. She made sure our trash and mail were taken care of as well which was greatly appreciated! She sent us daily visit pics so we knew our "kids" were happy and notes about everything she took care of. About: Hello there! I hope to make your acquaintance. My greatest passion for life stems from a deep-rooted love and appreciation of nature. Not only do animals encourage me to spend more time outdoors, they also lift my spirits. I have yet to meet one whose company or quirks did not bring me enjoyment; from my best friend’s sixty-four slithering snakes, to the most docile (and most dastardly) of llamas. As a child, my favourite playmates were fickle felines, slobber-faced dogs, flopsy rabbits, furry scurriers, flittering birds, flashy fish, and even the occasional amphibian, reptilian, or arthropod to cross my path. Not much has changed since then. Ever-optimistic in my venture to learn more about and care for our beloved companions, I aspire to take courses for animal massage therapy, nutrition, acupressure, and aromatherapy. For now, I am enrolled in basic lessons for the efficient use of essential oils for health benefits. Hopefully this proves to bolster the vitality of our loved ones, and to also honor my endless admiration of plants and animals. I am more than happy to discuss any questions, comments, or concerns regarding your dearest critter’s care, and hope to get to know them a bit better. I have a relatively flexible schedule, while studying for my ultimate goals of a career in working with animals. Please contact me for any more information on scheduling; if necessary. About: I have worked with dogs of every age and would love to encourage preferred behaviors with training while I am caring for your pets! I can also preform general maintenance including nail clipping and bathing on request. I am working part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pets, however I do have my own pets and would need to be able to leave occasionally. I am available for overnight house sitting. I am experienced in identifying unwanted behaviors in a home setting and how to best redirect younger cats and dogs to encourage the preferred behaviors. I am also diligent in making accommodations for senior pets in my care practices.

I am patient and attentive and can see what animals need physically and emotionally when they are missing their parents. Although my home is not currently available for hosting pets, I am able to do drop-ins, walks or stay in your home with your critters. About: I've owned and cared for dogs and other animals for the majority of my life, and I have over a decade of professional experience in the pet care industry. Most recently, I managed a pet resort and spa in the DMV area. I can provide oral and topical medications, as well as simple injections like insulin. While I am not a vet myself, I have a wide knowledge of health and behavioral issues, and can keep a close eye to alert you if any problems arise. I’ve worked with puppies and seniors, toy poodles and Great Danes. I also love cats! I’m confident I can take the best care of your baby. I currently work part-time in the mornings, so I’m available starting in the early afternoon through the evening. I could do weekend visits as well if needed. I prefer to only do daytime visits, but will do overnights for the right family! As I have a cat who must be an only child, I do not accept any boarding in my own home. In your home, I will always follow your instructions for caring for your pet, and never take a dog out off-leash.

About: Hello! My husband Andy and I have been dog care givers for over 30 years. We live on a fenced 2 acres that has 4 separate dog runs if separation from our 4 is preferred. One of us is home everyday and we both have ample experience with puppies, seniors, and special or behavioral needs dogs. Our 4 Aussies are great with other dogs, if you are looking for lots of play time! Dogs are our passion and we will treat them as we treat our own, who are spoiled rotten! We know it’s hard to leave your babies behind and our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible. We can accommodate most requests and gladly send updates while you are away I work from home full time and am here 24/7 , Andy is self employed and creates his own schedule so can accommodate if I’m ever not home We currently have 4 fenced dog runs on 2 acres as well as an enclosed sunroom with doggie door access, and also a covered porch
