I would like to know the dog's preferences and peeves. Does your dog love to visit a certain park? Paved roads or trails? Do they do well on a shorter leash or wandering at the end of a long lead? Does your dog get along well with other dogs?

If your dog has a lot of energy, we can play or go for nice long walks (with lots of sniff-breaks, of course). If your dog is older or more laid-back, then slow, meandering walks with a belly rub once we get back home might be more their speed. Your dog's the boss! Within limits or else the treat jar would be empty :)

I would love to spend some time with your furry friend! If your dog enjoys a morning walk or hike we can go together. If your cat wants a warm lap to curl up in, I will happily oblige. Whether they need to be pampered or cared for, big and small pets are wonderful. If they have special needs, I will follow your instructions to ensure you have one less thing to worry about. I am detail oriented and appreciate clear instructions if that is needed. Being away from your furry companion can be difficult for you as well. If you would like, I can send you updates and/or pictures so you can see what they are up to while you are away.

Kim provided excellent communication from the moment I requested the booking to the drop-in for our dog! She was on time and followed all the instructions, and provided lots of photos! I’d recommend her to anyone and will definitely use her again!

Kim was very professional, offered thorough updates with photos during her drop-ins, and was on time. Our dog seemed to have a great time playing, and she fed and kept him on schedule with medication. We are so happy to have someone we can trust while we are away to care for our dog!
