About: I have taken care of many family and friends dogs. I treat them like they’re mine own. I go out of my way to make them feel happy. I’m retired so my days and evenings are open to care for your pets. My hours are very flexible. Time with your pet will be the best part of my day. I love to walk, so your dog will get as much walking in as he or she wants. Their schedule will be my schedule. There are lots of dogs in my neighborhood, so your fur baby will meet new friends.

About: dogs are very important to me as i have been around them my entire life. i currently work at a dog kennel and as much as i enjoy cleaning up after and taking care of those dogs, i would love to have the opportunity to take care of more dogs outside of the kennel environment. my own dog is so very special to me. when i take him back to visit my parents, we have a total of four dogs running around! the smallest is around 10lbs and the biggest is around 85lbs, needless to say it’s crazy and fun! i currently work part time so i am very flexible with my schedule. i am happy to accommodate as much as i can to fit whatever needs you may have. i live in an apartment so as of now, i am not able to dog sit at my home. however, i am more than happy to commute to your residence to treat your dog as if they were my own. dogs have unique personalities and i am capable of accommodating special requests to make sure your dog is as comfortable and safe with me as possible.

About: I’m studying conservation biology, and I’ve worked in Zoo Crew and pet sitting jobs in the past! I absolutely love all kinds of pets- puppies to seniors, cats and dogs to rabbits and snakes- I’ll care for all of them :) I have plenty of time right now because of summer break, so I am available at any time to care for your pets! Typically, I like to spend a good amount of time with dogs- playing with them, taking them on walks and such so they still get their enrichment in! My weekly routine is very flexible and the pets I help look after are always my number one priority! For looking after pets in my clients homes, I’ll make sure they have food, water and then I’ll play with them for a bit so they’re not too bored or sad. If the client wants and/or is ok with it, I’ll also take their dogs for a walk so that they can get their energy out and have a little fun!

About: I live in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood that allows us to go on long, quiet walks. In addition, to walks we can play outside in our fenced yard, playing catch or fetching the ball or just lying in the sun enjoying ourselves. If you dog is older and just likes to have a relaxing day on the couch we can do that too. What ever you prefer your dog to do, I can give them. Their preferred schedules will be maintained for them and make sure that your dog gets extra love while you are gone. I am able to host any size dog for you and trust me they will feel as if they are a part of the family as well. Can't wait to meet you and your dog.

About: I care deeply about dogs and their welfare, including love and exercise. My dog Mitzy also loves other dogs and is a gentle companion; she loves to play and make friends. I work from home, so I am available at all times. I will spend time with your pup, and my own dog is very loving. I have a fenced backyard and we have a huge neighborhood area exclusively to us homeowners the size of a football field. Also there are to parks within 5 minutes.

About: I have at least 10 years of experience working with all kinds of animals ranging from normal pets to farm animals. I have experience working with senior dogs and dogs with disabilities. I have one year of schooling at Southeast Community College for livestock management, I have much experience in knowing how to work with animals. For the most part my schedule is mostly open throughout the work week except for Mondays,Thursdays and Fridays depending on the week. These are days I typically do my in home cleanings. Along with being attentive to knowing when to let them out. My dog loves long walks so we walk a lot! As I am a house cleaner, some of my clientele have dogs. Sometimes the client may ask you to let the dogs out for them while they are out.

About: My wife and I both grew up with multiple dogs in our families. My wife grew up on a farm with mostly outside cattle dogs and I grew up in the city with mostly inside dogs. When we got married we got a dog of our own. She was our baby until we had kids of our own. She was then the best big sister to our daughters the rest of her life. We have owned 2 boxers in the time that we have been married and truly loved our time with them. We have realized as our 3 girls have gotten older and super involved in activities, we no longer have time for a dog of our own. That is what has brought us to Rover. We would love the opportunity to care for other people dogs in a way that works with our crazy schedule. My wife and I are both teachers and coaches. During the school year we are very busy teaching, coaching, and running our 3 daughters to activities. During the summer our schedule slows way down. We are usually home during the the week and at the lake on the weekend. All/most of my family would be available for pet care Monday-Friday during the summer. We would be available to have dogs in our home or to drive to your home. We would not be able to do any overnights in your home, but would welcome dogs to stay over night in our home. We live in a split level house, so there is no way to avoid stairs. We have a big fenced in backyard with a play set, trampoline, and above ground pool. We live in a quite neighborhood on a side street. We have lots of houses around us with dogs and lots of dogs in the neighborhood. My wife takes long walks daily and would love to have a canine companion. My 3 girls love animals and will spoil all dogs with love and attention.

While your pet is in my care, you can expect them to play a variety of brain-engaging games, eat out of puzzle feeders, and receive undivided love and affection! I work a very flexible job that allows me to fit in walks and drop-in visits whenever needed. There are no times that are too early or too late for my schedule! I will follow any procedures and protocols you have put in place for your pet. Your pet's routine is important to me and them! About: Most people babysit growing up, I was the local petsitter instead. Now I’m the go-to petsitter for my friends and colleagues, looking to help others! I have experience petsitting both cats and dogs! My main summer job is research, so the hours I’m available are very flexible. I make my own schedule so I can make myself available for most times! I’ve cared for lots of pets of varying age and need ranges, so I am equipped to do whatever is needed for pets to thrive while their owners are away. I am used to taking dogs on long walks or snuggling under a blanket, and I have two very particular cats of my own so I know how to get kitties eating, playing, and comfortable!

About: Even in childhood, I've loved animals. I decided when I was very young that I wanted to make a career out of rescuing abused, disabled, and neglected animals who need help; I still think about this dream today, at 20 years old. For all my life, I've had a dog, cat, or critter to come home to. I'm willing and able to go on walks, though prefer not to walk too much on days above 90 degrees Fahrenheit or below 30. As far as I'm concerned, I'm willing and able to do anything your animal may need. I care about every animal companion, and will do my best to make their lives as enjoyable as possible. I would even be willing to try caring for an animal that may act somewhat aggressive, as long as they don't have a history of serious injuries, seeing as I'm not trained to defuse an attitude such as that yet. I am also, of course, willing to care for your home through small time chores as long as I am there. Right now, I'm a sandwich slinger at Subway. Usually I only get morning shifts which are 3 hours on average, 6 hours tops. I would let you know if I'm going to be away for longer! Otherwise, I try not to leave my wards for more than 4-5 hours just out of caution. I generally prefer to petsit outside my home, since our pets aren't always awesome with new friends... but I'm always willing to come to your place, granted we (of course) meet beforehand so I can get a lay of the land and your pets can assess me. I will do my best to keep routines just the same for your pet, as well as ensure that the house is NOT messed up. I will keep in touch with you with pictures and updates! About: Hello my name is Kirstin. I currently live in Lincoln NE. I have always loved animals no matter the species. I had previously work at a veterinarian office, as a kennel attendant and receptionist, so I'm not afraid of giving medication. I love to learn about new animals and any fun facts about them. I am also able and comfortable to give medication. I currently volunteer at what is called The Cat House. So I love caring for animals. I have been pet sitting for around 6 years for cats and dogs, but I'm willing to learn what it takes for other animals. I am comfortable with small and large animals and even ones that might be aggressive. I know that if an animal attacks me there was probably something I did to agitate them it usually is never the animal's fault. I currently work part-time, anywhere from 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. weekdays, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. all week, or 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays. All of this does depend on my part-time scheduling. If you have any questions on how I will care for your pet, don't hesitate to shoot me a question. I usually watch the dogs when I let them out into the yard unless the owner has stated otherwise. I carefully measure out the food given. Depending on the weather and usually will wipe dogs paws when they come inside. For any pets that require it, I always make sure to play with them to get physical energy out and to give them mental stimulation.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for family friends for years. My girlfriend and I love meeting new fur babies and getting to play with them! I work 1:30 to 5:30 every week day at the bank! Olivia works 2 to 8 usually but other than that we like to watch tv and go on walks so we will be at the house often!! I send photos of pets and make sure the owner is at ease for the whole time we are there! I am very responsive to texts if there are any issues/updates. I am comfortable with kenneling dogs at night or having them sleep on the bed!
