About: I have taken care of many family and friends dogs. I treat them like they’re mine own. I go out of my way to make them feel happy. I’m retired so my days and evenings are open to care for your pets. My hours are very flexible. Time with your pet will be the best part of my day. I love to walk, so your dog will get as much walking in as he or she wants. Their schedule will be my schedule. There are lots of dogs in my neighborhood, so your fur baby will meet new friends.

About: Most people babysit growing up, I was the local petsitter instead. Now I’m the go-to petsitter for my friends and colleagues, looking to help others! I have experience petsitting both cats and dogs! My main summer job is research, so the hours I’m available are very flexible. I make my own schedule so I can make myself available for most times! I’ve cared for lots of pets of varying age and need ranges, so I am equipped to do whatever is needed for pets to thrive while their owners are away. I am used to taking dogs on long walks or snuggling under a blanket, and I have two very particular cats of my own so I know how to get kitties eating, playing, and comfortable!

About: dogs are very important to me as i have been around them my entire life. i currently work at a dog kennel and as much as i enjoy cleaning up after and taking care of those dogs, i would love to have the opportunity to take care of more dogs outside of the kennel environment. my own dog is so very special to me. when i take him back to visit my parents, we have a total of four dogs running around! the smallest is around 10lbs and the biggest is around 85lbs, needless to say it’s crazy and fun! i currently work part time so i am very flexible with my schedule. i am happy to accommodate as much as i can to fit whatever needs you may have. i live in an apartment so as of now, i am not able to dog sit at my home. however, i am more than happy to commute to your residence to treat your dog as if they were my own. dogs have unique personalities and i am capable of accommodating special requests to make sure your dog is as comfortable and safe with me as possible.

About: Even in childhood, I've loved animals. I decided when I was very young that I wanted to make a career out of rescuing abused, disabled, and neglected animals who need help; I still think about this dream today, at 20 years old. For all my life, I've had a dog, cat, or critter to come home to. I'm willing and able to go on walks, though prefer not to walk too much on days above 90 degrees Fahrenheit or below 30. As far as I'm concerned, I'm willing and able to do anything your animal may need. I care about every animal companion, and will do my best to make their lives as enjoyable as possible. I would even be willing to try caring for an animal that may act somewhat aggressive, as long as they don't have a history of serious injuries, seeing as I'm not trained to defuse an attitude such as that yet. I am also, of course, willing to care for your home through small time chores as long as I am there. Right now, I'm a sandwich slinger at Subway. Usually I only get morning shifts which are 3 hours on average, 6 hours tops. I would let you know if I'm going to be away for longer! Otherwise, I try not to leave my wards for more than 4-5 hours just out of caution. I generally prefer to petsit outside my home, since our pets aren't always awesome with new friends... but I'm always willing to come to your place, granted we (of course) meet beforehand so I can get a lay of the land and your pets can assess me. I will do my best to keep routines just the same for your pet, as well as ensure that the house is NOT messed up. I will keep in touch with you with pictures and updates! (Unless you don't need that, of course!)

About: I’ve mostly cared for bigger dogs with a lot of energy. I regularly look after my friend’s pets as well as my family’s. I have a dog of my own, she’s very active and friendly. I’ve had her for over a year and learned so much about dogs from being a pet parent. I got to school part-time but I still have quite a bit of time throughout the day for check-ins. The weekends are best for boarding. I like to do dog walking throughout the week. I spend most of my time at home so I don’t mind hosting at my home but I’ll also do care at a client’s home. I do not have a fenced in back yard but I live in an area with a lot of parks and open spaces. I do spend a lot of time outside so I’m comfortable with going out for multiple walks a day. I don’t provide treats of my own unless the owner asks me too or if they tell me what they’re okay with their pet eating. Since then I’ve been pet sitting for several families. When I was in high school I interned at a veterinary clinic and also trained my parents black lab to do dog therapy at our local nursing home. I went to college to be a Veterinarian but decided to work with cancer patients instead. My love for animals never went away and I absolutely love caring for and being around them. I am an active stay at home dog mom! While I’m a little busy here and there taking care of our house my schedule allows me to be very open with walks, drop ins and day care times😊 When I care for pets I treat them how I would want someone to treat my fur baby. About: Hello my name is Kirstin. I currently live in Lincoln NE. I have always loved animals no matter the species. I had previously work at a veterinarian office, as a kennel attendant and receptionist, so I'm not afraid of giving medication. I love to learn about new animals and any fun facts about them. I am also able and comfortable to give medication. I currently volunteer at what is called The Cat House. So I love caring for animals. I have been pet sitting for around 6 years for cats and dogs, but I'm willing to learn what it takes for other animals. I am comfortable with small and large animals and even ones that might be aggressive. I know that if an animal attacks me there was probably something I did to agitate them it usually is never the animal's fault. I currently work part-time, anywhere from 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. weekdays, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. all week, or 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays. All of this does depend on my part-time scheduling. If you have any questions on how I will care for your pet, don't hesitate to shoot me a question. I usually watch the dogs when I let them out into the yard unless the owner has stated otherwise. I carefully measure out the food given. Depending on the weather and usually will wipe dogs paws when they come inside. For any pets that require it, I always make sure to play with them to get physical energy out and to give them mental stimulation.

About: I live in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood that allows us to go on long, quiet walks. In addition, to walks we can play outside in our fenced yard, playing catch or fetching the ball or just lying in the sun enjoying ourselves. If you dog is older and just likes to have a relaxing day on the couch we can do that too. What ever you prefer your dog to do, I can give them. Their preferred schedules will be maintained for them and make sure that your dog gets extra love while you are gone. I am able to host any size dog for you and trust me they will feel as if they are a part of the family as well. Can't wait to meet you and your dog.
