Currently I am a stay-at-home-mom and all of my kiddos are in school full time, so my schedule is fairly flexible. The only parts of my schedule not flexible are school drop-off and pick up. Occasionally I have to help care for my 94-yo grandmother when my aunt is unavailable to do so, but that is not often.

I care for pets in the manner requested by their owners, but I also like to spend time with each animal and make a connection with them. Getting to know a pet's personality helps me provide the best care outside of the basics. I am always happy to take pictures and/or video as requested by the owners as well.

If there are any specific needs your pet has, please let me know upon our first meeting. I have worked with many different kinds of animals with several different special needs over the years and nothing fazes me, but I need to know ahead of time.
A typical day
I like to do what the pets like to do. Not all animals enjoy the same activities. When I book with a new client, I always find out what kinds of things the animals enjoy doing and those are the activities I will do with them.

I have had a pet in my life ever since I was born and I have had a myriad of pets over the course of my life. My pets have included dogs, cats, rodents of all kinds, birds, fish, and reptiles. I have worked and cared for the animals at the Capital Humane Society, Petco (I was also a dog trainer), and Pioneers Park Nature Center. I currently have a house full of dogs of my own and frequently dog sit my grandpuppies whenever my daughter and son-in-law need me to do so. I have also recently taken an interest in dog grooming, but I am still learning.

Jamie did an awesome job. You were very pleased to get home buddy seem to be well taken care of. Thank you Jamie for watching Buddy while we were gone.
Jamie was absolutely wonderful with my 2 pets , Maddie and Jaden. You could immediately see she loves and is good with animals. Jaden (cat) normally is very shy but not with Jamie, he immediately went to her. I had last minute flight changes and she was there to help. I will definitely use Jamie again.
Jamie always takes excellent care of my cats. I am so happy to have her watching them when I am away.
