About: I will Make sure if the owner has a special instructions to follow them, carefully. Have 100% of my attention on your pet , as well as meeting the pet’s needs. I could play outside , go for a run if you would like. Anything to make the pet and the owner happy! I have breed dogs for about 5 years and I am very familiar with dogs. As well as I can teach them new things. I will go above and beyond for this experience to be a great one. stepping out of the comfort zone or doing different routines with the dogs , don’t bother me ! I try to take her out as much as possible, because she does drink a lot of water I usually always make sure my dog gets as many potty breaks throughout the day. My before, during and after work. Every time I need nails trimmed for Chestnut (Guinea pig) l, I call her and she comes right over to do that and she offers to give Chestnut a bath so he can be clean after we clean out his bedding. About: Hello my name is Kirstin. I currently live in Lincoln NE. I have always loved animals no matter the species. I currently work at a veterinarian office, as a kennel attendant and receptionist, so I'm not afraid of giving medication. I love to learn about new animals and any fun facts about them. I am also able and comfortable to give medication. I currently volunteer at what is called The Cat House. So I love caring for animals. I have been pet sitting for around 4 years for cats and dogs, but I'm willing to learn what it takes for other animals. I am comfortable with small and large animals and even ones that might be aggressive. I know that if an animal attacks me there was probably something I did to agitate them it usually is never the animal's fault. I currently work part-time, anywhere from 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. weekdays, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. all week, or 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays. All of this does depend on my part-time scheduling. If you have any questions on how I will care for your pet, don't hesitate to shoot me a question. I usually watch the dogs when I let them out into the yard unless the owner has stated otherwise. I carefully measure out the food given. Depending on the weather and usually will wipe dogs paws when they come inside. For any pets that require it, I always make sure to play with them to get physical energy out and to give them mental stimulation.

About: I have had a pet in my life ever since I was born and I have had a myriad of pets over the course of my life. My pets have included dogs, cats, rodents of all kinds, birds, fish, and reptiles. I have worked and cared for the animals at the Capital Humane Society, Petco (I was also a dog trainer), and Pioneers Park Nature Center. I currently have a house full of dogs of my own and frequently dog sit my grandpuppies whenever my daughter and son-in-law need me to do so. I have also recently taken an interest in dog grooming, but I am still learning. Currently I am a stay-at-home-mom and all of my kiddos are in school full time, so my schedule is fairly flexible. The only parts of my schedule not flexible are school drop-off and pick up. Occasionally I have to help care for my 94-yo grandmother when my aunt is unavailable to do so, but that is not often. I care for pets in the manner requested by their owners, but I also like to spend time with each animal and make a connection with them. Getting to know a pet's personality helps me provide the best care outside of the basics. I am always happy to take pictures and/or video as requested by the owners as well.

About: I've grown up with Labrador retrievers since I was in middle school. I currently have a three year old black lab named Zooey, and she gets along very well with other dogs. We love running, going to the dog park, and playing tug-of-war! Throughout the years I've done everything from administering medications to my dogs to taking care of them when they get sick in the middle of the night. I have quite a bit of space in my house for dogs to run around and play. My schedule is very flexible at the moment; however, I will be busier again in January. Zooey and I would love to hangout and care for your dog while you're out of town or busy for a day/evening!
