About: Our experienced and trained team closely monitor all interactions to ensure a safe and controlled environment. We maintain small play groups and each playtime is closely supervised ensuring playtime remains fun and safe for everyone. We keep a very clean and positive environment and we monitor all pets for signs of illness or injury throughout their stay. While we take every precaution to prevent accidents, we are prepared to handle emergencies should they arise. We believe in transparency and open communication with pet parents. We send our daily report cards that includes who your pet played with, what were their favorite activities, photos and videos. Most importantly, we have scheduled nap times between long playtimes to encourage a happy and well rested dog that’ll promote good socialization and play behavior!

About: At K9 University, we have comprehensive safety guidelines and cleaning protocols in place to ensure the health and safety of all dogs in our care. All team members complete extensive training in canine behavior, cleaning, sanitizing, and emergency protocols to ensure all standards are met in our facility daily.  Kennel attendants are always present in the playgroup to proactively manage the dogs; attendants are skilled in identifying behavior signals and de-escalating interactions in group, while also ensuring a fun & positive experience for all our canine clients. Our facility is equipped with large, secure kennels and dogs can take advantage of our spacious runs and kennels for both play and rest time. Our facility is staffed 24/7 by trained team members, as well as equipped with video surveillance and secure fencing in all play areas.

“Our two girls, Elizabeth and Scout, were cared for wonderfully by Suzanne. On our first meet and great prior to boarding, our girls took to Suzanne immediately, this was GREAT to see since we booked a sixteen night stay! Elizabeth needed to have oral medication twice daily and Suzanne was happy to make sure Elizabeth's needs were met. We were pleased with how well our girls got along with Suzanne's new puppy, Harley ?, and her fenced-in yard provided a safe outdoor space for our girls to hang out. Suzanne was great at sending photos and videos, to keep us updated on how our girls were doing throughout our trip. When we picked our dogs up, we found two very happy girls, that had a great time in Suzanne's care. About: Our trained and loving staff provide quality care. We have a rigorous first day evaluation/ 'interview' process for all dogs in our care to ensure only the most well behaved and social pups are approved to be in playgroup. We keep small playgroups of 15 to 20 dogs. We take hourly potty breaks, have toy playtime, outdoor mini pool pawties in the summer to keep cool, and so much more!
