Melissa took excellent care of our two smaller senior dogs in her home during our weekend trip to Chicago. She was very easy to communicate with. Since we were traveling from out of state, we did a FaceTime meet & greet before the trip. She was flexible with our drop off and pick up times and the dogs seemed to really enjoy their time at her house (and especially the backyard!) We would have appreciated more updates throughout their stay, but that’s something we should have communicated beforehand. Overall, no critiques and we give 5 stars and would definitely recommend her as a dog sitter!
Julia was absolutely wonderful. I had to adjust Luna’s boarding reservation with her several times due to changes in my work schedule, and she was consistently communicative and very understanding of my situation. During Luna’s stay, she kept me well updated and showed genuine care for her. I always knew Luna was in very good hands and well taken care of. I will definitely be booking with her again whenever Luna needs boarding.
Zach was the perfect sitter for our sensitive little rat terrier mix! He was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He was incredibly understanding of our dog’s quirks and sensitivities, including nervousness around new people and other dogs, and made us feel completely at ease while out of town. We could not recommend him more!
Susan was so kind and helpful with my dog. We had a lovely meet and greet to test dog compatibility, and she relayed every update on how my dog was doing with plenty of information on how well she was doing. She kept me in the loop on any issues going on with my dog, and was available for prompt drop offs and pickups. I would recommend Susan to everybody who needs their dogs watched!
I had a wonderful experience with Ian. He took excellent care of Ringo during his boarding stay and made sure he was comfortable & happy. Communication was great, and I really appreciated the updates and the pics!. I felt completely confident leaving my dog in Ian's care. I would happily book with him again and highly recommend him!
Ollie had a great stay! He is POOPED after a fun filled week. Joerg sent a few photos over the week, which I always appreciate! Ollie has some special needs, and Joerg didn’t bat an eye. I’m so glad to have found a caring sitter as someone who just moved to the area!
Buddy was fantastic! He took great care of our two dogs and sent us lots of photos throughout their stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear they felt comfortable, settled in quickly, and enjoyed their time with him. They came home happy, healthy, and well cared for. I highly recommend Buddy if you’re looking for someone you can trust with your dogs. He keeps you updated while you’re away and genuinely cares about them. As a thoughtful bonus, he sent us home with two pieces of artwork, one of each of our dogs. It was such a nice personal touch.
Ana was so great! She really made sure to understand our dog and her needs. Thorough, communicative and sent us a great picture update of our dog happy in her yard. Our dog is a little reactive in specific scenarios and she followed our instructions and handled it with no problem. She clearly really bonded with the dog and seemed genuinely sad to say goodbye. Would absolutely book with Ana again if we were ever in town and recommend for any dog.
Eleonora and her family took fantastic care of my dog Monty for nearly two weeks. She sent updates during my vacation and he came home tired from a long stay full of playtime and cuddles. It was very nice to have my mind at ease knowing Monty was under great care. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for care for their pup!
Diane was incredible. I went on a 5-day trip and left my two dogs with her again. She kept me updated the entire time with photos and messages, took them on walks at quieter hours since they’re reactive to other dogs, let them sleep in her bed, and even brushed their teeth. This is the first time I’ve picked them up after a trip and they weren’t stressed at all. She even took them to the beach! It was truly the best experience I’ve ever had with a dog sitter. I couldn’t recommend her more.
Calgary and Bursa were absolutely amazing!! They sent multiple photos of Mo every day and he looked like he was having a great time!! I switched up the booking and ran a little late to pick him up and they were so accommodating it was amazing! 10/10 recommend for your doggo.
