About: I went to school to be a veterinary assistant so I’m quite knowledgeable in animals and basic first aid. I love all animals and im responsible. I currently only work 4 days so I’m more than available at anytime I’m off. I also work at 2 so I could always do a little bit in the morning I live out in the country so I never have to worry about my dog getting out and getting hurt. I also love running so if your doggo wants to, too they can.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 5 families in my neighborhood as well as walked them for 3 of the families. I love getting to know them and care for them. I am currently working part time at Monelli’s as a hostess, as well as preparing to be a full time student at Western Michigan University in the fall. Pet care will be a side hustle to fit in where I can so I have something fun to do between classes. As I settle into routine, I may be open to house sitting on the weekends. I have many pet sitting experiences and I am quick an active person, so I love to go on walks with the fur babies. About: I owned my first dog at age 17, and after that I branched out into other areas like vet clinics and then as a Dog Groomer… and found my niche with caring for pets and as well as grooming them. I love all of it so much! I currently groom dogs out of my home as well as do DoorDash, so my schedule is very flexible to be able to help with any of your petcare needs! I can come for daily visits if needed for walking or playing fetch in your back yard, as examples, and care for them in any way needed. Or if you need dog grooming care you can bring them to my house or I can give just baths and do their nails at your house!

About: I have always had a dog since I could remember from big to small. I just went through dog training with one of my dogs. And when friends or neighbors need help with their own animals I am always willing to helpp. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is very open. We just to moved to this area and I'm just trying to earn a little extra cash. About: I just love pets … and want to take care of yours as my own! I have either owned or had a pet in my life … ALL of my life! I am a retired Army guy of 34 years and this is just a next opportunity for me to help those in the community that need someone to entrust their fur baby to someone and honored it could be me! Just again a retired army guy that has a fair amount of flexibility and doing this as a fun gig job … if the dates and times work for both of us then great, if not I hope I can align with you another time! We currently are taking care of our ‘granddog’, Larry the Corgi. Larry has a partially fenced yard but has been trained to stay in yard while we are out with him. We have also had huskies which of course needed a fenced in yard so we also had that for their safety as runners! Both dogs each walked on leashes, he plenty of playtime outside with other dogs, and provided safe and comfy sleeping places in and out! Our fur babies where treated like family and look forward to treating yours as the same per YOUR guidance and preferences

I just started the Rover app and got very lucky with my first sitter, Elizabeth. I don’t think there is reason to look elsewhere! She is very personable when you meet her and does a great job with my elderly cat. She’s good at checking in and is reliable and a good communicator about the needs of my animal. She also helps out with bringing in the mail and watering my plants if needed. She leaves the house untouched and bowls are washed. Highly recommend!
We felt so comfortable with Christy and her daughter dropping in on our cats! They were so well loved during our week away and even gave extra attention to our one cat who needs to be kept separate from the other. Communication was wonderful and she even gave some yummy food recommendations for our trip. She is wonderful and we would have her back in a heartbeat!

Makayla was amazing! I booked a trip last minute and she was comfortable walking through everything via a video chat. She communicated with me all weekend and always made sure to send pictures. The house looked exactly how we left it! Seeing the snow prints from the dog playing in the backyard shows she took the extra time to make sure he got all his energy out (even during a snow storm).
