Melissa ensured that my kitten was well cared for when my husband and I were out of town and she kept me well updated on everything and sent me some pictures to help with my anxiousness about leaving. We even found out that we would be getting home later and she was flexible and willing to come one more time to visit Henry in order to make sure he could get his medication before we arrived home. When our house/dog sitter locked herself out of our house Kimberly sprang into action, driving the sitter and our dogs to the sitter's employer until we arrived home.
