About: I’ve had a dog all my life, have pet sit for many dogs, cats, and even a rabbit! I love animals and have knowledge about all sorts of pets. “Elizabeth had quite the scare today walking Iggy. Iggy went off happily with Aunt Liz for a first time walk. They had a good walk until Iggy saw 8 flying deer in our local park ( where I had asked her to walk Iggy). Iggy pulls when she sees deer and pulled a bit too hard and got loose. Elizabeth ran after her but Iggy runs pretty fast. She couldn’t contact me because it was my Sabbath. Therefore, Elizabeth called the police and asked local folks for help. Within half an hour, Iggy was found by the police near the park and returned to Elizabeth who had photos of Iggy to prove that she was Iggys dog walker. I picked Elizabeth as a dog walker because of her solid reviews. Despite this being a very scary situation, Elizabeth kept her cool snd did all the right things to get Iggy safely home. And the pics are adorable!!!”

About: I’ve had two dogs in my lifetime each for 12 years and I’ve always loved to be around them and to make sure they were safe and felt happy. I treat each pet like family. My reliability, calm demeanor and love for animals make both pets and their owners feel at ease. I will walk the dog everyday and I can board dogs every weekend. I have experience taking care of a French bulldog named Randy. Sometimes I go there to take care of him and other times I bring him to my apartment. I have space in our apartment for the dog to roam around and I live in a safe dog friendly neighborhood in which we can take the dog for long walks near a park and a pond.

About: Since the age of 7 years old I have always had a dog around my families home. Along with my family pet, I have experience taking care of dogs that range in age and size. I have experience with 6 month old puppies that need a lot of attention through 14 year old dogs that need medication given to them. Over the years, I have taken care of pets for my friends and family ranging from a day, a weekend, to a whole week. Having a dog of my own, I understand the difficulties of finding the right sitter as well as the importance of finding the right one. I am currently a Graduate student at the University of Rhode Island. For the summer, I am taking online asynchronous classes. Since my classes are asynchronous I am able to work my school schedule around my pet sitting schedule. With that being said, I still need a couple hours each day to devote to my school work. When it comes to someone else's home, I follow all the directions that are given to me. I am very versatile depending on the needs of the pet and owner. When it comes to walks, I always walk dogs with their leash and preferably a harness for long walks (but if they don't have one that is okay as well). If I bring the dog to my own home, I have a deck with a gate and a big backyard for playing.

The open days that I have posted on my calendar are days that I can be available in general, and I’ll try to work something out to meet your needs if possible. I’ve posted a 1-day cancellation policy, but I would prefer 48 hours notice of cancellation for a commitment so that I have an opportunity to reallocate that time. Marshall is our first family dog, Roberta grew up with multiple dogs caring for them from pups through seniors. Additionally, our 4 year-old daughter has enough energy to provide tons of additional fetch and chase time. We are also able to (and love) having pups with special needs. Marshall's best friend is blind and we have cared for him on many occasions. We can also administer medications and prepare specialized meals when needed. We have a large backyard that allows for plenty of jaunts and potty breaks. As well as plenty of space in the house for quiet time and naps. Your pup will have full access to make themselves comfortable in their home away from home. Travis works from home allowing for full time care. Roberta is a teacher nearby and is home early to allow for additional time and attention. We are able to fit your pup into our daily feeding, potty, play schedule or can adjust to meet their needs. In our home, your pets are treated like family. They'll enjoy a cozy environment with plenty of playtime in our large yard or indoors if it's too hot/cold. They'll have plenty of play time with our pup Marshall if they like or space to chill if that's what they prefer. Your pet will have access to our home to nap and play wherever they feel comfortable, and we also have the space to crate if, that's your preference.
