“We can’t say enough amazing things about Renee, she was truly our angel during a very stressful moment while we were on vacation in Florida. The place where our dog was staying unexpectedly call us and rudely demanded that we pick up our dog immediately. Being out there of state with no one nearby to help, we were completely panicked and heartbroken. My husband remember about Rover and he find Renee, she responded very quickly asking the situation and accept our booking. Without hesitation, she stepped in and went out of her way to pick up our dog for us. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and compassionate, exactly what we needed in that moment. After a meet up with the 1st choice that did not prove to be a match for my two puppies, I reached out to Ren, who had already reached out to me after seeing my post. We arranged to meet the family and see the great big fended yard. Perfect for my two terriers to explore. Drop off was smooth and the dogs took to Ren immediately. The photos started coming in within the hour to let me know they were settling in fine. Ren kept us updated with so many photos, it was great. We never had to ask how the were doing. We were given updates on them in the mornings, throughout the day, and in the evenings. After this weekend, I have to say, Ren is my 1st choice going forward. That kind of care and attentiveness is worth the extra drive time to me. Ren is highly rated for a reason, you want to know that your dogs are not just taken care of, but loved while you are away.
