About: I will spoil your pets as if they were my own! I have my own dog, Jovie. She is a 9 month old lab mix and very strong willed. She is also in training to become a service dog. I am used to taking care of big dogs, but have no problem with small ones as well. I will walk and do drop ins to make sure your four legged baby is well taken care of! Currently, I am available most days. Since I was little, animals have always been a big part of my life. From puppies to senior dogs and tiny hatchlings to full grown tortoises, every animal is just a baby and should be taken care of as such. In all my years pet sitting, never have I met a pet that didnt become a friend. I love walking my dog everyday, and multiple times a day. As a high energy breed, she very much thrives from multiple walks and one on one time with mom.

I no longer have pets (due to old age), but for many years I had two bengal cats who needed lots of attention and activity. I lived with family who owned large and small birds, horses, and chickens. And I grew up owning various reptiles. My schedule follows Frederick County Public School’s schedule. I work from 7am - 2:30pm weekdays. And I am off from work (other than teacher work days) on the same schedule students are off. I will take careful attention to the specific needs of your pet and their preferences and routine. This will vary depending on the pet and the owners preferences! My animals at home have a set schedule for feeding and daily walks and play! They sleep with me and do homework with me from school.

I also have helped family take care of their new puppies. I’m very comfortable and understanding when dealing with puppies. Currently I can do any time! I don’t mind having an early morning or late night drop in. I am very flexible and want to make this easy for YOU! Just communicate what you need and it’ll be great.
