About: I have cared for pets of my own since I was 7 years old. Dogs mostly, but also cats, birds, turtles, rabbits, and fish. Now I am a mature, reliable professional who loves pets as much as ever, but unfortunately my living situation is not ideal to have my own right now. I look forward to connecting with folks who need an assist in caring for their animals and loving them as if they were my own. My schedule is somewhat flexible with plenty of early morning and afternoon availability, as well as evenings opening up at 9 or 10 pm. This is true 7 days a week with 2 rotating days off each week. I typically have one 3-day weekend available each month. My place is not conducive to have your pets stay. But I am happy to come to you, whether for a walk, a feeding, playtime, some combination of all of the above. I also welcome the opportunity to stay over in your home if the need arises and trust has been established.

About: As the proud owners to two wonderful little rescue dogs, a cat, some chickens, guinea fowl, goats and sheep, we know how hard it can be sometimes to find care for your pets and farm animals while you are away. We will provide the same level of care and kindness that I would want and expect for our own spoiled pets. Trust is an important part of pet care and petsitting, and we want you to be able to confidently, and without worry, leave your pampered pups and kitties in our care. We live on a small farm in rural Western Maryland, about 20 minutes west of Frederick. We have experience with all kinds of animal care, from horses, cows, goats, sheep, and poultry. We are currently able to provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals, as well as house or farm sitting, and in home boarding, as well as hourly dog park style use of our large fenced yard. Your pets will be a happy addition to our family in our home! Our whole property is fenced by 4 ft or taller board and wire fencing, with smaller areas sectioned off in the front and back yards. The driveway is gated and secure. We want your pets to feel as safe as our own. Leah and Andrew are both available for petsitting services. We currently work only at home, tending our farm homestead, and have a flexible schedule. We are able to drop in one or two times a day, or less or more often, as needed. We treat every animal as if it were our own and provide a level of care that we would expect from our pet care provider.

About: While I’m newer to professional pet care, I have plenty of love and attention to give your furry family member! I’m happy to walk, play with, cuddle, and care for your dog as if they were my own. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I’ll always treat them with patience, kindness, and lots of affection. I’m also happy to follow your dog’s usual routine and send plenty of updates and pictures along the way. My goal is simple: you feel comfortable while you’re away, and your pup gets a new friend who is genuinely excited to see them. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule, and I have flexibility throughout the week for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I’m happy to work with each pet’s usual routine whenever possible, whether they need an energetic walk or just some company and attention while their person is away. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet and entering your home. I’ll follow your care instructions closely, respect your pet’s normal routine and boundaries, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m also happy to provide photos and updates during visits so you know how your pet is doing.

About: I’ve spent my entire life around animals! From growing up in a house full of all kinds of animals and currently being a proud dog mom of 3 and snake mom of 1, to pet sitting through my teen years, to volunteering at a special needs dog sanctuary for 3 years.. there is nothing I feel more comfortable doing than hanging out with and caring for furry, scaly, or feathered friends! About: I have grown up with both cats and dogs- all sizes and ages. I helped my father train dogs for his business. I also have a service dog at home who is trained and got certified. I have my own cat baby who I’ve had since we were both young. I currently do work part time as a customer experience associate but my hours are very set normally and can be flexible with proper notice. Before being left alone with your pets I would like to do an in home visit to meet everyone and go over routines and where everything goes.

About: I have over 45 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages as well as many other types of animals that have honored me with living with me over the years (cats, horses, guinea pigs, gecko, Madagascar hissing cockroach, parrots, flying squirrel, rabbits). My original dream was to become a vet so I have a background interning with veterinarian, working multiple years in a grooming and boarding facility and had my own very successful animal care and sitting business as a teenager. I have great nail trimming skills as well! Animals are naturally drawn to me and sense my love and respect for them. I work remotely so am pretty flexible with schedules. I also have taken the pet CPR course! I work remotely from home so am flexible in what I can offer. I feed my own pets multiple times a day and am able to monitor what is consumed. I also live in a beautiful community near parks for nice walks. I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs who live next door who are always interested in playdates if desired. I work remotely so have flexibility in what I can offer clients. I do have a crate on premises if you do not have although I prefer (as do pets) for them to have their familiar one! There are friendly cats who live with me although I would likely gate off my kitchen / sunroom area where my office is so that I can supervise and ensure harmony with unknown pet if in my home.

About: Hi, I'm restarting my animal care business. I want to ensure a stimulated experience with a swift pace and consistent disciplined walking style of what I like to refer to as "nose to toes," where the dogs stay no further than my toe, to my sides, or behind me. I also have experience with aggressive dog behavior, so if a single walk is necessary, I can do that. I have been in the animal care business for as long as I can remember, and I know Fairlington very well since I grew up here. I now live in Harper's Ferry in West Virginia. I will be able to track my walks with a phone app that will track your dog's walking pace, distance traveled, and the route we take. I usually do pack walks of 3-5 dogs depending on size, but I can do singles if needed. I'm also able to cat-sit/dog-sit and care for exotics and birds (no insects). I'm flexible because I have my own cleaning/organizing/declutter business. I wake up however early dog might need be let out or pet given meds, and give at least 3 long 30min-hour walks depending on the energy level and few let outs throught the day if needed for young pups or older if bladder is sensitive. Plenty of loves and can work on training or stimulated play time with toys and puzzles. I will be professional and not have any guests over ever, and always keep doors locked when not there and if plants need care I can help with watering. I have 4 animals myself so it's pretty automatic to just add another pet cuz I've cared for multiple animals at a time or drop in visits when needed throughout my day. Whatever the fmaily requests for schedule when to feed, medicate(if needed), amount of walks and play time needed to make sure they're healthy and stimulated. Whenever they're ready for bed, crate if needed requested by parents, and make sure they go outside(dogs) to ensure no accidents throughout the night. I give them just as much love and attention and play as my own. And feed round same schedule unless instructed otherwise. Giving exercise and play time when needed. And kept to routine of crating if owners instruct.

About: Dog walking was my first “official” job when i was 12 years old and ever since then I’ve loved meeting and caring for new pups! I have my own 2 dogs so i know how much yours means to you! I have experience with puppies as well as senior pups and also have experience administering medicine. I have a flexible work schedule so I’m able to accommodate most days and be there when you need me! Weekends may be busier than weekdays but if planned in advance i can make it work! I have 2 dogs of my owned who are crate trained. I am respectful of each individuals personal rules for their pets/ households and ensure to the best of my ability each pet will feel safe and comfortable in my care.
