About: I was a devoted dog mom to my Pomeranian mix, Bear, for 12 wonderful years and have been caring for pets through Rover since 2023. I’m very comfortable caring for dogs, including those with health conditions that require patience, consistency, and extra attention. I understand the importance of administering medications, maintaining routines, providing gentle walks, and respecting when pups need rest. My husband, Michael, grew up with dogs and helps care for pups during their stay when he’s not working. We enjoy walks, playtime, and most importantly following your dog’s routine to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I work from home on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, walks, and companionship throughout the day. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I work from the office; however, my husband or a trusted family member is usually home, so your dog is not left alone while I’m away. We do not have any pets in our home, allowing your dog to have our full attention. Our space is comfortable and open, giving your pup room to relax and move around freely. If your dog uses a crate, we’re happy to accommodate it and have space to set one up as needed.

Easy to drop off/pick up and get back on the highway again. She responded quickly when I made an inquiry about a weekly daycare hosting for my shy miniature poodle. She demonstrated kindness and patience when our Meet and Greet began later than scheduled. During his stay, Christy texted pictures of Blinky going on a long walk or playing in the backyard. Lovely family took very good care of him. On the second day, I dropped Blinky off, he rushed through the front door without looking back. I work largely from home (except Wednesdays) so I’m home and available to care for your furry family. I have flexibility Wednesday morning and afternoon if provided enough notice. I care for pets under the guidance of their parent. I ask for details about feeding, potty breaks, medication, preferred play, etc to make sure your pup is comfortable.

Carlos provided many updates, pictures, videos, and I could tell from all of the pictures and videos that my little guy felt safe and comfortable, which has not always been the case with other sitters.
