About: I have had pet dogs and cats my whole life, and they have always been a cherished part of my family. I currently live in a non-pet-friendly apartment building, so Rover gives me the opportunity to care for pets while I can’t have one of my own. I worked there for two years, and I have grown up with & been around both dogs and cats my whole life. About: I have always had a special love for animals and their unique personalities. Currently two high energy Australian Cattle Dogs and two farm cats that I adore. I have also cared for horses, rabbits, birds, and even turtles. Realistically there are not many animals that intimidate me as long as I have clear instructions for their care. I feel so lucky that friends, family and neighbors have trusted me with the care of their cherished companions and I cannot wait for the opportunity to meet new four legged friends in my community! About: Hi there, my name is Sami! I've lived with dogs my whole life, big and small - some of which include a Golden Retriever, a Yorkie, and a Maltese. My sister occasionally comes over with her Goldendoodle, and I love spending time with my aunt's Bernese Mountain Dogs when I can visit them. I plan to adopt my own dog later in the future, and perhaps enroll them as a therapy dog to bring comfort to others. I've watched both my sister's and parents' dogs while they are away for the day, and I have some experience in caring for them when they were puppies. I used to walk my parents' dogs in the past, as well. I enjoy interacting with dogs as a whole, and I put their safety and comfort first. I'm an introvert who lives a quiet lifestyle, but I also love to have fun, so if your furry friend needs someone to hang out with while you're away, I'll be there for them! NOTE: Though I adore cats, I am unfortunately allergic and therefore cannot interact with them directly if you have any in your home. I can still feed or play with them via a cat teaser or laser pointer, but I cannot pet them or pick them up. :( At this time, I am working another part-time job as a behavior technician Monday through Friday, with the time usually being from 4:30 to 7:00pm. Occasionally, however, I am asked to come in at either 9:00am or 10:00am until about 12:00pm or 1:00pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, I am available during afternoons and evenings, though prior arrangements in advance can be made for a morning walk or visit! About: Hello! I've always had lots of pets growing up and have a love for furry companions. They truly are the heart of the family! Many friends and family will lean on me to watch over pets when they leave town and I'm looking to extend this service out to the community around me.
