“Kimberly was amazing with my two girls, definitely a 5-star sitter! She sent photos updating me while I was away and was great calming my bi girl, who iI s afraid of thunder. She is communicative, timely, knowledgeable and loved my dogs like her own; I highly recommend Kimberly! !”

“We could not have imagined anyone better than Mimi and Terrell to have watched our sweet Nico. They truly treat their pups as family and extended that to ours. Throughout the week we received constant updates via photo and video and could tell that Nico felt right at home and loved being there so much. We will choose them anytime we need someone to watch our pup because we know he will be safe and loved there always.”

“Michele was great! Our 5yr old dog was only babysat one time ever prior to this. So he's a bit nervous with strangers. We were out of state on vacation for 2wks and we were worried how he'd do. Well Michele sent pics and msgs everyday we asked which was great! Michele did an exceptional job! We are super pleased with Michele and would use her again for sure.”

“Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Tintin while I was away. Knowing that they were in your hands gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy a truly worry-free vacation. I really appreciate the updates, the kindness, and the attention you gave—it’s clear you treat pets like family. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. I couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver. I would happily recommend you to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely caring. Thank you again for everything!”

“Jill was great! Easy to communicate with and sent us pictures while he was there. Our dog was well taken care of and had a great stay in her home. We would definitely recommend her!”

“Susan is wonderful and I will definitely book again! She and her husband took great care of my dog and even sent pics and video while watching her. I couldn’t be happier. So glad I found her!”

“Mera and her family did a great job with my dog, Nova. She can be a bit energetic and they have 2 young boys. I received pictures over the course of the stay and Nova seemed perfectly fine when I picked her up. I would recommend.”

“Peggy was Wonderful with Appa. She loves dogs and I believe that she took care of him very well. When I went too pick him up he was showing affection to her and to her husband despite he had not seeing me for 12 days. That was a great sign for me that he was in good care. She sent me texts and pictures of Appa constantly. She was Fantastic!!! I am very grateful of how nice she was. I will recommend her and I will leave Appa again with her. She has been the best pet sitter I have seen in Rover.”

“Brian and his family were great. They treated our fur ball with love and attention. Brian sent pictures and videos every day. It was great to see the dog enjoying his stay with Brian.”

“Jackie and her family were amazing. Our 2 kitties had so much fun and acclimated very quickly to their home. The kids played with the cats, so they got lots of affection and attention. Jackie is a great communicator before and during our trip and she sent photos along the way which gave us peace of mind. I'll definitely go back to Jackie for any pet sitting needs!”

“If you are looking for someone to love, adore, and cherish your pet Beatrice is your sitter. She took my 8 week puppy in like he was her own. She updated me throughout my time away and Bronx came home missing her just as much as he missed me. I highly, highly recommend her. ”

“There are not enough kind things I can say about Jackie, she took incredible care of my fur baby. My mom unexpectedly passed away and I needed to leave town on very short notice for a week. I had never used Rover before or boarded her for more than one night in the 10 years I’ve had her. I had extreme anxiety about leaving her with someone else, especially during such a vulnerable time. Jackie took the best care of her, and when I say best, I truly mean the best! Nala also has anxiety when away from me and in only one day being away I was getting pictures of her with a huge smile on her face! Jackie and her family treated Nala like she was apart of their family, and gave her lots of cuddle time too 🥰. They knew she was anxious too and did everything they could to make her comfortable. Jackie constantly stayed in contact with me with messages on how she was doing and lots of photos and videos. In 10 years, Jackie was the first person I trusted with my baby and I’m so happy I did. It allowed me to take the time I needed and gave me the piece of mind knowing my baby was being cared for as best as possible. I feel so grateful to have found her, I never would have been able to get out of town if I hadn’t. I couldn’t recommend her more if you’re looking for someone who takes just as good of care of your fur baby as you do ❤️.”

“My dog sitter Fanny was wonderful! She was very communicative throughout the stay, which gave me peace of mind, and I could tell my puppy was in great hands. I would absolutely use her again”

“Keith was great with our dog Archer! He bonded with him very quickly, sent frequent updates, and streamlined the drop off and pickup process for us. Professional & friendly - highly recommended”

“Eric is a great pet sitter. As soon as I met him and saw his house and yard, I just felt so calm. I knew he would take good care of my dog. She did have a bad first night but Eric took care of it with aplomb and empathy. I highly recommend Eric.”

“Ashely and her family were absolutely wonderful with and cared for my 4-month old puppy like their own. it was my first time leaving my puppy, and I was so reassured by Ashley. She created a safe and relaxing environment for my pup and was great about sending updates, photos and videos throughout the weekend. My pup got lots of exercise, as well as TLC snuggle time, which she craves as a little puppy. I will definitely use Ashley and her family again.”

“Gave updates every day and took great care of my dog King while I was away. He has liver and ear issues and Balbina gave him ear drops and medicine every day. I felt comfortable leaving even though he was dealing with some medical issues.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Plano
Beyonka took such great care of our dog, Bella, while we were away. Bella can be pretty shy and anxious, so we’re always a little nervous leaving her—but Beyonka made us feel completely at ease. She was so patient and gentle with Bella, and her two dogs were just as sweet, which really helped Bella settle in and feel comfortable. She kept in touch the whole time, checking in and letting me know how Bella was doing, which meant a lot to us. It was clear Bella was in really good hands. We’re so grateful we found Beyonka, and we’ll definitely be booking with her again for future trips. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind, reliable, and genuinely caring with their pets.

Phenomenal Experience with Michele G.! Michele went above and beyond to make sure she had everything in place for a smooth, happy weekend with our fur baby. From the moment we arrived, we could tell she was a genuinely kind and caring person—Skye immediately warmed up to her, tail wagging and full of excitement. Throughout our trip, Michele was always available for quick, friendly communication, which gave us great peace of mind. When we returned, Skye greeted us in high spirits, clearly having enjoyed her time. We’re so grateful for Michele’s attentiveness and warmth, and we will absolutely be rebooking with her in the future. Highly recommend!

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
