Throughout the day, she sent me tons of adorable photo updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. Paganini came home happy, calm, and completely well-rested—a true sign he was loved and well cared for. She was also incredibly kind, communicative, and accommodating with our schedule, especially knowing we have a baby at home. On top of that, she made sure Paganini got his daily medication without any issues, which was such a relief. They followed all of my care instructions perfectly and truly treated my furbabies like their own. I also loved that they were comfortable letting the dogs relax on the furniture and even sleep in the beds, which made them feel right at home.
