“Brian was great with Porsche. She needs some extra TLC and Brian treated her like a true Princess. Pictures and updates a few times a day. Very good with communicating. Very flexible and was able to keep her 2 extra days when our flight was cancelled last minute. Will definitely use Brian again.”

She was very quick to respond to my check in messages, which were quite frequent because I was so worried. She sent photo updates. She even clipped his nails for me! “It is with deepest regret that we have to inform any previous sitter that we said was good in the past..... DOES NOT HOLD A CANDLE TO MIRIAM & TERRELL!!! No, we are not relatives or neighbors of/to them. No we didn't know them from the ole' college days, and no we didn't meet them at a bar or grocery store. Nope. We just needed a sitter about 5 days before we left town, saw their listing here on Rover. We messaged back and forth a bit, booked it, dropped 'em off Friday night, and WOW! They are truly into being great sitters for your pups! No joke. You could not ask for anymore. So many updates. So many little features that I will not tell you, but you will love... We promise. You can go off to wherever it is your going, and from drop off to pick up, you will not worry one bit about your pupper(s)! Unless there is an apocalypse, we will not use anyone else! Throughout the weekend we received updates and pictures about what they were up to. When we picked our dog up, Balbina had a full report typed up about their days together and what she observed. “This was our first time using Rover for leaving our dog, Oakley, with a sitter. Oakley has come such a long way. She came from a family where she was bullied by other dogs, and she had horrible separation anxiety when we would leave her to go out. I was somewhat apprehensive, but meeting Jackie and her family put my mind at ease. As I expected, staying at Jackie’s was a joyful experience for Oakley. Jackie sent us many pictures showing Oakley, and I could tell from her body language how happy and at ease she felt. Jackie‘s family loved playing with Oakley. I think Oakley didn’t have time to miss us, which is a wonderful way to have a vacation. No worries at all. I recommend Jackie very highly. She’s wonderful with daily walks, and for taking care of dogs while people are away. My only concern is that she’ll become too busy for when we need her for our vacations. She is wonderful!”

“Dunkin's first time with an over night boarding while his humans went away could not of been any better. After two introduction daycare visits to Jackie the day of his stay he could of not been any more comfortable. He actually ran into her house! Jackie's updates with me and pictures while I was gone put me at ease right away. Dunkin received the best of care while staying in a loving home environment. Dunkin for sure will be staying again.
